I would like to start with a positive before I legitimize a 1 star review. The spicy ketchup was good and spicy but is not made in store so they cannot take credit for that. The rest of my meal was awful and not a single ingredient was fresh. I ordered a #4 jalapeño cheese burger. The 1/3 lb patty is extremely thin and was not cooked thoroughly. With a patty this thin it is clear it was not grilled long enough, I'm assuming they prefer speed over safety. I am also certain it was frozen as it's taste and look resembled meals from my elementary school. The lettuce is shredded, therefore it most likely came out of a bag. The pickles straight out of a jar, as well as the jalapeños. The bun was dry and thin. After reading other reviews I'm assuming was frozen as well. Lastly I ordered regular fries which were fried and not to be repetitive with my assumptions they were likely frozen. The look and taste reassured this. For $11 for a burger fries and drink this is not a bargain in any sense of the word. There are no combos on the menu. This was surprising to me when every other aspect of the restaurant screamed cheap. From the booths, white walls, pump ketchup from Costco, and cheap branding outside. I could keep going on aesthetics but I know that won't matter if you read any other part of this review. Y'all need some help. Maybe drive down the street and take a look at in n out. No drive thru , inside pretty small not a lot of indoor seating and no outside from what I can tell. This building used to be a prev chicken express if that gives u idea of layout. You Order at the counter and they give you a page. Good variety of beef burgers an chicken sandwiches to salads. They have milkshakes as well. I tried this place for the 1st time because they opened a new location near my office and I wanted to see what they were like. Pros - Clean, 2 TVs with sports on them. They give out buzzers so you know when your order is ready, Onion Rings cook perfect, crispy but not oily and they have garlic sauce. Cons - They put green olives on the burgers but dont state that on the list of ingredients. The olives were bitter had to scrape them off my burger. Patty was cooked to a Med and greasy, I prefer Med-Well at least. Bacon was under cooked too chewy. Too Pricey for the Quality. little toppings like onions and pickles and all tasted frozen and or bagged, nothing fresh. Well, we wanted to try Olive Burger tonight because dinner was spoiled, so looked for a drive thru with healthy options. These are as rare as a grizzly bear in Texas. In the car, and off we go! We arrive 10 minutes later and the drive thru is closed! Epic Fail! So we really cant rate it, but one star doesnt seem fair. People, the drive thru is there for a reason. Utilize it! read more

Overall a half a star if I could. Service below average and the place was empty on weekday after 2pm. Based on reviews from other location and it being a new place I thought I would give it a shot. Atmosphere - very odd. Cashier - not friendly and wearing a buc cees type shirt. Food - below average burger. Frozen meat patty, fries just ok. Only thing here to cheer about was the fountain drinks. Condiments - felt like I was at Sam's I the condiment isle as they had all their bottles of condiments just there like if it was a pantry. Don't think I will give this place another try. I went here for lunch and they had a good crowd of people. I even had to wait for a table. However, I was disappointed. I have been to one of the other Olive Burgers and it was good. This was not. The meat was dry and overcooked and the bottom bun was hard and stale. Also, they advertise they have a 1/2 pound patty on the burger and this definitely was not. Food was halal and it was absolutely amazing. I had the grilled chicken salad which had so much chicken in it I almost couldn't finish. My family had different burgers which they all enjoyed. The chicken nuggets and fries do not taste like the frozen ones you get from Sam's club or Walmart. Kids loved 'em. Those were really delicious and definitely homemade. I had the grilled mushroom chicken sandwich and it was delicious. My wife had a cheese burger and she loved it. Kids and wife got the Oreo ice cream and they said it was one of the best they've had. Driven by the place a few times, finally popped in. Nothing special. 1/3 lb thin patty was decently seasoned before hitting the flattop, and filled the bonwas placed within. Love tater tot's so I ordered placed an order, which were similar to any frozen supermarket version, though properly fried. This is my new Go-To burger place. Buns were toasted perfectly, burger was cooked nicely, lettuce was shredded, other toppings were just right. I loved the olive burger and my mom loved the mushroom Swiss (she like onions cooked longer so ask for grilled instead of sautéed). I want to try their chicken and falafel too. Hate that I waited so long to try this place! I got a burger, fries & a coke. Sooooooo good!!! Reminded me of one of those bomb burger stands in Los Angeles! I went in because I heard such good things. First they were out of some of their sodas and when I got my "to go" order, the tots were just dumped in the bottom of the bag. It was just ok. We realized it was a new location but the first thing any new business should do is TRAIN THEIR STAFF. My husband ordered the Greek salad that comes with balsamic and she said that wasnt an option. Then she went to ask and came back and said "we only have vinegar." I said "Are you sure it's just vinegar or is it a vinaigrette?" The girl responded, "I dont know" and that was all she was going to do about it. Finally went and tried the O.B. and I did NOT regret it. Loved the entire layout o the restaurant with how there's a little pick up window and a condiment/drink station in the corner away from the seating. Sophie was the incredibly polite and sincere cashier working. There wasn't a line when we got in and she got our order quickly and perfectly so it was clear because of how fast paced and efficient she is that there's never anyone waiting in line. Warning: this is going to be kind of a long review. Absolutely amazing experience. It's my husband's birthday and he wanted to get Sushi. The only place open for dine-in was charging $80 for the boat. We decided to skip Sushi. When I asked him what he wanted instead he didn't hesitate to say "Olive Burger" even though it.was like a 35 minute drive. When we got there Shawn, the manager, helped us. He took our order and when I jokingly asked him if they had any birthday specials he didn't hesitate and gave us 2 milkshakes for free (if you ever tasted their milkshakes you know that's a big deal!) While we were waiting we told Shawn about our experience at the Sushi place. We decided to sit down while we were waiting and when our food came out Shawn came to our table and wished my husband "Happy Birthday" again, handed him an envelope and told him the next meal is on him. 2 hours later and I still don't know what to say .
