My kid was sick and wanted OG's soup and breadsticks so I got the chicken & gnocchi and zuppa toscana soups 16oz separately for $9 each. Picked it up, came home, taking it out the bag I could already see that it's not filled up without even opening the lid and it looked like they left out almost a quarter amount of how much the container should've had. The photos don't do enough justice on how much less it actually seems and weighs. And the 20 something year old looking staff had the audacity to tell me "There's a question on the bottom of the receipt, thanks love" for a tip on the togo order for a container of soup that's not even filled up all the way. Regarding the soups they were good, no complaint in that. My kid was happy with his dinner but he also has no idea on how the value of money works so of course he's happy. As for me this leaves a bitter taste in my mouth so please do better and fill up your containers. read more

We visited this Olive Garden for lupper after a day of shopping in Buford. We arrived late in the afternoon and both opted for endless soup and salad. My friend also introduced me to the toasted ravioli. Yum, I'm uncertain how I managed to live so many years of life without knowing how tasty these are. For beverages, I opted for club soda with a splash of simple syrup and she opted for an adult beverage. Both of us were very satisfied with our drinks as well as the freshness of our food and speed of service. We ended our meal with an impromptu featured dessert (chocolate tuxedo something or other) that didn't disappoint. It was a combination of soft and crispy chocolate layers along with layer of cheesecake. Our server was fantastic and a manager checked in on us as well. This restaurant is no longer family friendly, and the manager's behavior was unbelievably rude and hostile. My husband and I ordered two entrees, a soup, and a salad. We were simply sharing the salad, and my child wanted some of the soup. When we politely asked for a refill, the waitress nervously explained that the manager strictly forbids refills if any food is shared at the table. Apparently, staff are expected to monitor who eats what, and if they see any sharing, they can deny refills or add extra charges. The waitress even said she would get written up by the manager if she refilled the soup or salad. When we asked to speak with the manager directly, instead of handling the situation professionally, she lectured us that our child needed to order her own meal -- despite the fact that we already had more than enough food on the table. Her attitude was incredibly rude, petty, and completely lacking in customer service. We felt policed the entire meal over something as harmless as sharing food with our child. I got my soup right away and was pleased with the quick service, however I finished my soup and waited. Then the server comes over and says can I get you anything else? I said, my salad. I brought a family of 9 to eat lunch this past Saturday 2/7/26 for a Birthday celebration. The place was not as full as I am used to seeing Olive Garden during a Saturday lunch service. The dining room was clean and the bathrooms were clean as well. Our server was very very nice and responsive through the whole service. The majority of our family other than the kids ordered soup and salad. I had my all time favorite chicken Marsala (which now is stuffed chicken Marsala) with minestrone soup. The soup was good and it seemed everyone else enjoyed their soup and salad. Now, for the not so good news. All of us are fans of the breadsticks and my niece ordered Alfredo dipping sauce to indulge. Unfortunately, upon receiving the breadsticks, they were way below average. We usually would eat about 6 servings for us all. We were not able to finish 3 bread servings. They were overcooked and or old. So as for my chicken Marsala, I was so unprepared to eat this salt heaping dish. I reluctantly ate as much as I could but couldn't do it as much as I tried. What made it sad was not finishing this dish I paid over $21.00 that didn't come close to that worth as I would normally sop the Marsala gravy with the bread. Upon lunch completion, the manager did his normal round asking if everything went well. I smiled respectfully but later decided to come up to him alone and share my true experience. After me explaining the chicken dish was more salty than normal, I was surprised he pushed back and said the dish is normally a bit saltier due to the mixture. Although he was appreciative for the feedback, It was sad he didn't try to investigate my input. Unfortunately, I won't be going back to this restaurant and I won't be ordering the chicken Marsala from now on because it was that bad and I don't want to waste my money on salt gravy with chicken. This is the closest Olive Garden to me and so I've been here a couple of times for lunch. Service here is a hit or miss. For lunch they usually have very good deals that go from $7.99 to $9.99 which includes unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks. I've chosen from lasagna Classico, spaghetti with meat sauce and fettuccine Alfredo and all dishes were pretty good. The salad is usually the best but I once ordered the Zuppa Toscana and it was amazing and so simple! It's made with spicy Italian sausage, kale, and potatoes in creamy broth. Yum!! The restaurant is very spacious and has different rooms, and a full bar. It was kinda messy the last couple of times by lunch time rush so there's that. Would be back. I have to say this was the best experience I've had at a restaurant. We decided to have lunch here after early church service, we purposely went early to avoid the rush. At first they sat us at a table next to the kitchen. We wanted to sit in a quiet booth so we asked to be moved. Then we were put in the bar at a booth. I asked to talk to the manager and explained to her that our daughter is autistic and needs a quieter part of the restaurant. April immediately found us a quieter place to sit and accommodated all of our needs. April and her staff were really attentive and made sure our experience at the restaurant went well. My wife and I LOVE Olive Garden, and it's not just because it was one of our first date spots so many years ago and has continued to be for over 2 decades. This was actually my first few times trying out Olive Garden. I've been hesitant to try because Olive Garden felt like one of those chain restaurants that everyone knows about but complains about (and if I'm spending my money, then the food better be worth it!). Great service and even if they didn't refill waters they were always nearby if we needed anything. Food & Pricing: I have tried the steak Alfredo ($17.49) and the seafood Alfredo ($18.79) while my boyfriend had tried the shrimp Alfredo ($18.29) and the "Create your own pasta starting at $11.49" with Rigatoni, Creamy mushrooms, and sautéed veggies. As you can see, we love fettuccine Alfredo (and pasta in general)! The fettuccine here has never been disappointing (maybe a little heavy). You definitely get a lot for your buck. Very generous servings of pasta and seafood, which took me by surprise because seafood is so expensive that people skimp on it a lot. Not here though!0 Steak was great and was not grainy. It was cooked how I asked and my bf had no complaints with his meals either. Each dine-in comes with unlimited breadsticks and salad. The breadsticks are soo good. (Heads up this a sit down eat in review) The Delivery: Its a Saturday and I was in the mood for some food around the Mall of Georgia. I already had a taste for shrimp fettuccine and in my case Olive Garden was nearby so that was the go-to move. Of course, the place was crowded packed full of people, some wearing masks and some not as I was forced to wait around 30-40 minutes for a seat but it's to be expected around this time and day, so I let that pass. The waiter directed us to our seats, and this is where it gets a little funky. They put us at a small table that was in between a walkway path and a booth (See the attached photo), on realizing this I immediately asked could we be moved seats because NO ONE should be sat at that table. One small elbow back across my chair and I'm sure I could trip a waiter or waitress, sending them flying but I digress. Thankfully they did move us to another table immediately, which was a great. The server took our drink order, and thankfully they were wearing a mask. The Presentation: When ordering we decided to get an appetizer despite how packed the place was which was the Toasted Ravioli and Calamari. The delivery time for the appetizer was pretty good and looked exactly a advertised on the menu. Soon after our appetizer was ordered, they waiter took our main dish order (Shrimp Alfredo) which also came out quick even though tons of other people were waiting for food as well. I very much appreciate how nice the waiter was when it came to our table needs. Once again, the food we got was also exactly as advertised and looked great! The Taste: (Calamari) The Calamari was good but not great, and honestly could have been better if it was fried for a little longer. As a foodie I've most def tasted multiple different calamari dishes from multiple places. I also understand I asked for a sea food dish in an Italian restaurant but i digress. (7/10) (Ravioli) The ravioli was prob the best thing I had here. It was crisp, hot and very seasoned. Each bite was gifted with a satisfying crunch, which made me wanna eat more. Combine that with the dipping sauces they give you and honestly you don't really need the main dish anymore. (9/10) (Shrimp Fettuccine) Sheeeeesh, I mean what more there is to say. It was pretty good or maybe I was just hungry...who knows. I do know that I ate every drop of it. The fettuccine sauce wasn't watery or too thicc it was just right, and honestly fun fact if you think the sauce is a bit to watery, asked for a LOT of grated Parmesan and let the plate cool for a bit. Warm fettuccine always beats super-hot fettuccine. (9/10) The Conclusion: Pretty okay experience when it comes to this place, just know if you decide to pop up mid-day on a Saturday, expect long wait times and shitty table placement. Covid Safe? At the time I would have said yes but eh not anymore, have been seeing less mask wearing, so for the people who still are a bit weary of the covid thing, just wear your mask ad you should be good. Hostess was not friendly and told me it would be a 40 minute wait. They texted me 3 minutes later to get my table. The menu was small and the food was horrible. I ordered the chicken margarita. I stopped going to OG years ago because it got so bad where I lived just outside of Nashville. But, I'm visiting in another state and was craving the soup and salad. Walked in and was told that there was a 15 minute wait, even though there were empty, dirty tables all over. Decided to sit at the bar. It was filthy with food scraps from previous diners. The silverware was put in front of us, but upon inspection, it was dirty. We asked for clean utensils and when the waitress handed them back they were dripping wet. Soup came lukewarm and the rolls were hot but obviously not fresh, just reheated. The portion on the salad was generous, but the portion on the soup was skimpy. I decided I'd like a bit more soup and was prepared for their usual trick of putting extra pepper into the 2nd bowl so you won't want any more. I wasn't prepared for what came. It was as if they put a drizzle of soup into the bowl and then filled it up with water. The person who accompanied me even looked over when it came and said "that looks funny, really watery" and it was. I used the restroom when I first got there. The establishment itself is really nicely built and it looks like there's a roof building inside the restaurant so stars for the interior design. The section we sat at though smelled like damp toe jam all around. I was literally about to throw up but my sister was like maybe it's the Parmesan cheese. I'm pretty sensitive to smell, so I was having difficulty sitting in the booth cuz I felt it was coming from the carpet and seats. Our waiter was not the best. He wasn't rude or mean, but very short and rushed? I would say. The first time he came around, he didn't welcome us or introduce himself he straight up just asked what do you want to drink. And then right after he brought the drinks he asks, so what do you want? And I felt he wasn't engaging and wanted to do away with us quickly. I felt you had to have your answer ready and pick something quickly so he could be on his way. Not like I am the type to be sold wine and other specials or deals or anything like that, but it was just a difference than what I get at other restaurants. Of course at Olive Garden you want the salad, but I felt a little soupy so with every entree, you get the choice or soup or salad. Since my sister was getting the salad anyway, I asked for soup, the waiter asked what kind, I told him and he only brought breadsticks and salad. At that point I didn't even wanna confront him with my soup, so I settled for just the salad and breadsticks. The waiter either just totally forgot or ignored everything we conversed about when ordering. So I had to mark stars off for that. The salad and breadsticks are good! They're always the best part of the whole Olive Garden experience. I ordered the shrimp scampi and it was mid. The sauce was too watery and they overcooked the angel hair pasta. The shrimp was the only thing that was cooked right. It was a little on the salty side for taste of pasta overall. This location is near the Mall of Georgia and can get very busy. My family and I waited 45min for a table on a Saturday night. I think this is about average. We ordered the sampler appetizer which was pretty small compared to the last time I ordered this dish. I would recommend two platters for a group of five for sure. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi (Very Large Portion). Others at my table go Alfredo noodles, tour of Italy and one children's plate that was a pretty good portion! Food was tasty but the service put a damper on the meal. Our server was slow and not attentive. It took us a while to get our meals as we watched tables sat at the same time get their food quickly. The broccoli was bland with the sauce obviously just pour les on top. It also wasn't steamed long enough for me. The chicken was just ok too. You could tell it had been sitting in the window for a little too long because the cheese was stiff. Even the soup wasn't on point. Looked like the bottom of the last batch. Disappointed is an understatement. My guest ordered the chicken Marsala and wasn't pleased with the flavor either. Their saving grace for our experience was our server who was very pleasant. Great service! We had soup and salad for lunch. It hit the spot. Emmie waited on us and she was a joy!

This was my first & last visit here. We went here after training at about 9pm on a Wednesday. Well to start off, I got my drink after my entree. Yes. You read that right. I kept asking for raspberry lemonade & she kept forgetting. She didn't neglect my company who happened to be male. She brought him a Sam Adams just as he asked. I asked the server for romaine lettuce & got iceberg instead. Clearly she is unaware of the difference. I asked for calamari as an appetizer. It was ok. I was looking forward to the salmon and was let down greatly. The salmon was poorly seasoned and dry on the inside. I didn't even finish it. The broccoli was swimming in a pool of water. How unappetizing. The breadsticks were salty as hell but the highlight of the experience here. read more

I know it is not the best Italian food, but we really enjoyed our time eating there tonight. We had minimal wait for our table. Our waitress was fantastic. She was quick to fulfill any requests we had. We had plenty to eat, and the food we ordered was prepared correctly. We even got free desserts for our Birthday.
