This is the best Olive Garden in Central Wisconsin, the service couldn't be any better. I ordered pick up two times in the last week just because of how kind they were. The first time I got lasagna and a soup and salad combo and everything was made to perfection. The second time I got two soup and salad combinations, and they even threw in a few extra breadsticks. When I called and asked for special accommodations, they were eager to help and went above and beyond and getting me what I needed. When I picked up my food just the other day the lady complemented my car and was just so kind overall, I would recommend this Olive Garden to anybody looking for a nice Italian meal, hot and ready. read more

Our waitress was great, Mayraih, on her first solo day impressed us. She's been on the job two weeks and was very polite and efficient. Good job young lady. The food was also good. Chicken Marsala and an Alfredo dish. Hot and well prepared. Good food and good service. Now for the bad, the hostess station was staffed by four young people. As the face of the restaurant, they should be more professional. Selfies and general dinking around was not impressive to me. I watched them chase off a 6 top due to their incompetence. The hostess named, Sarianne, who was working Friday 11/15/24 was beyond rude. Her attitude towards each person who walked in the door was uncalled for. After each encounter she had with every customer was followed with an eye roll and a rude comment. I witnessed this happen for 30 minutes while we waited to be seated. Nice place, okay service, okay food. JUST okay. Salad was just salad--iceberg lettuce. Breadsticks were dry and not very warm. Server got one meal wrong so we had to wait--too long--for the correct one. Scampi dishes were okay; not a lot of flavor. I gave a three star review not because of the food but because of the ambiance of the restaurant itself. Our waitress was amazing! Her name was Della and she was so sweet! She was super respectful and she was always observant and ready to help us out. Food was amazing and she was the best waitress we've ever had at an Olive garden establishment. Now here's where we had a problem. The entirety of the time we were there, there were two managers a male and a female. Didn't catch either of their names but the male had black hair to his shoulders that was slightly slicked back and the female and dark hair in a low bun with glasses. Both were slightly on the heavier side. The entirety of the time we were there these managers kept whispering and side eying us and were making our entire table very tense. Any time our server went over by them they would basically whisper and reprimand her. They stared at our table the entire time and kept whispering. The situation was very tense and we were uncomfortable for our whole stay. Then the male manger decided to come over after all of the whispering and talking about our table and try to act all sweet and nice and asked us how everything was. We said fine and we left. Our table wasn't even like loud or impolite. We just sat and ate our food and conversated like normal people. I'm very disappointed in this behavior and will not be coming back to this location. As well as we had a family member who couldn't make it with us and we asked for her food to go and they didnt ask if she wanted soup or salad or anything. We ordered dinner yesterday here, and it was very good! Not only the food but the service! The gentleman who took my order over the phone for a pick up, really knew what he was doing, and everything went very smoothly. I had a gift card and frankly, I was a little worried that it wouldn't be applied correctly, but it was no problem. when we got back home with the food it was hot and delicious! We ordered the Chicken Parm, Zuppa Tuscano and the Pasta Fagoli soup. Plus one single serving of salad with dressing, and of course, a couple of breadsticks that came with the meal. I'm pretty darn picky and I don't always leave the best reviews that's for sure, but I would highly recommend stopping in here. They are very busy, yes, and mistakes can be made but that's the way good restaurants are. So just sit back. Have a glass of Vino, relax, and then have a very good meal! read more

VERY disappointed! We joined the waiting list online and then checked in at the hostess desk. We were told that we were checked in and it would take 5-10 more minutes to be seated. We kept checking to see if we were moving up on the digital waiting list, and after 30 minutes, we never moved up. Numerous groups that came in after us kept being seated, so we then went back to the hostess desk to check how much longer we would need to wait. They then finally sat us, and seemed like they simply just forgot we were there. Once we got seated, we were told that our server would be right with us. After waiting for 15 minutes, no one came to check on us or take our order. We told a manager who said they would send over a server immediately, and after another 10 minutes, no one came to our table. Meanwhile, the staff were all sitting in the corner and talking to one another instead of helping out customers. We were very excited to try out this Olive Garden and we were extremely disappointed. We got there and were told there would be a 10-15 minute wait. Thirty minutes later after everyone (including several people who arrived after us) were seated, we finally got a table for two. As we're seated we notice that the dining room isn't even half full. There are plenty of empty tables every where. A waitress comes to take our drink order and another comes to help us. After some confusion, apparently the waitress who took our drink order was confused and "stole" the other waitresses table. They decided that the waitress who got our drinks would continue serving us. After another twenty minutes she finally came back to take our order. Meanwhile, three tables seated after us have already ordered and gotten their appetizers. A third wait staff finally delivers our soup, salad, and breadsticks. Our waitress appears later and tells us the appetizer we ordered would be us soon. We only see her twice more when she delivers our appetizer and main course. We were so sick of waiting for service that I asked another waitress for to go containers and we paid on the machine on the table rather than waiting to see if we'll ever get a check. I still tipped her, hoping she'll share with the other servers who helped. The food is not worth the wait, especially when there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for it. read more

We finally got in! Actually the Friday evening wait wasn't terrible. We checked in on line and then waited about 40 minutes. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. We stuck with the basics; Chicken Parmigiana and Lasagna. Both were nicely done and came out in about 15 minutes. We enjoyed our experience and the staff did an excellent job. We've been waiting for the Olive Garden in Delafield to open for months, and it did not disappoint! We went there for my birthday and my family absolutely loved it. Management is horrible, literally waited for 30 mins for togo boxes, and the manager that was helping, us after being there for 2 and a half hours, just left us hanging and disappeared. no comp on the bill after all of the nonsense we had to put up with during the meal. I've had better customer service at the stop light from the homeless guy washing your windows for some change. I would rather gouge my nails off with an ice pick than going back here. Whats even worse is this was our third time to the restaurant. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that the other experiences were bad just because it was during the actual dinner rush, but this was 2pm in the afternoon. There was no excuse for us not leaving until 430. Save yourself and go to the one in Brookfield, they will never let you down. read more

we thought we'd try Olive Garden since it was new in the neighborhood. There were 15 cars in the parking lot, and although we arrived shortly after opening we were told we would have to wait for 30 to 40 minutes or a table even though we had checked in online and when I went to the restrooms half the restaurant had empty tables. The problem seems to be they do not have the staffing. This really needs to be addressed. The service was fantastic. We were offered extra salads and the server were very attentive. read more

We ordered our family chirstmas meal thru the catering side. It was easy to do, they sent emails, It came on time from the actual manager which was impressive. I forgot her name but she was wonderful and so was the food. Came in with a party of 5 at 11:20 am. was told we would have a 1/2 hour wait. Other were being seated who came in after us. At the 1/2 hour mark we were seated at 2 different tables, one at one end of the row the other at the other end with 2 booths between us empty. Since we were split up anyway we should have been seated quicker. The girl at the reservation desk was not helpful and not professional. However our waitress was excellent. Jaden was able to move the other half of our party closer and did everything she could to make a bad experience better. She not only needs a raise but a promotion. read more

Food was as expected, but their business model SUCKS!!! Watching more business walk out than in. They don't take reservations, but you can be put on their "preferred" list. Been here 4 times and not during peak times either...the scenario is the same...NO CARS IN THE LOT; ALMOST ALL THE TABLES EMPTY; and was told we had wait times from 20min to 1 1/12 hrs. Never immediate seating. During this wait time on all occasions I watched pissed off people that were excited to be there WITH CASH IN HAND and an empty dining room be put on a lengthy wait list, while they watched people who either through the app or call a head be seated in front of them just because they were "on the list". In befuddlement most got up and left after a couple of let downs. Olive Garden as a company has enough of a national reputation they will fill their dinning room with just WALKINS...save the list or reservations for parties of 8 or more. For mediocre Italian...it's not worth the wait! Go to Angelina's in Delafield...or choose carryout if you must! P.S. Lunch times are no different. read more

Worst mismanagement of a restaurant I've seen in a long time. Been there multiple times now and purposely have gone at different times of the day. Always told it will be a 1 hour wait! For who?! There is no one in the restaurant, parking lot isn't full. The one time we waited, it took 15 minutes to get a server to acknowledge us. Then we never saw her again after our order was taken.
