No dinner crowds so we parking was quick work! Atmosphere 5/5 As restaurants go I typically reserve the ambience rating for subdued lighting or candle lite tables but this location is one of my favorites and almost gets there. Great dinning rooms, classic Italian contemporary architecture. We were seated in the large back room. Service 5/5 Tonight we were greeted by Server Aryrianna. She took our drinks and starter orders quickly returned with our drinks and mozzarella sticks. Aryrianna took our entree orders. Ray had the Spaghetti and meatballs and I had the soon to be off-the-menu; Spicy Sausage and Peppers Rigatoni. We ordered the shared salad and a boat of dipping sauce for the breadsticks. Great service thank-you! Food 5/5 Ramon said he enjoyed the Mozzarella sticks, his spaghetti meatballs and salad. I really enjoyed the spicy Rigatoni dish a beg you to keep it on the menu, (cried a bit). And who doesn't love their salad and that dressing OMGoddness Becky. I would give none but that's not an option We came in for lunch and had the most horrible service ever!!! Our server took the order came back with cold soup yes cold and had ran it the soup bowl was place on a cold salad plate and brought out like that we never saw the server to tell her she came bad with the rest of our food didn't ask if we wanted refills or extra bread sticks we ate or tried to eat are meals with nothing to drink and everybody we tried to get to at least pay attention to us never even looked at us, I love the Olive Garden the food is always so delicious but bad service left a bad taste in my mouth, yes after the fact that we paid still no server in site the manager was there but also took forever to notice that we were not happy You can't try to fix something when you cashed out and ready to leave Do better treat your employees better and take a class on serving and hospitality read more

Ordered for pick up, used the online website to place our order it was super simple. They had the buy one get one free options we chose from, I believe there are 5-6 options you can pick. Pick up was easy and everything was correct and on time, took less than 30mins after placing the order. Asked for more Alfredo and bread sticks because they are so so good:) The food was nice and hot and perfectly packaged, (maybe I woulda put the frozen and cold stuff in a different bag if I had to change one thing.. but wasn't a big deal, we didn't live to far. Just the steam from the pastas on the cold salad and frozen stuff, prob not best temp wise) but everything was great. The Alfredo tasted a lil different from last time maybe less garlic & cheese or something? Idk.. it had been a while since we've been in. But it was all still good. One of the chain restaurants I tend to revisit is Olive Garden. It is kind of safe place for Italian style comfort food - no surprises, but it is sometimes simply good to be able to rely on a familiar concept. This time, I had salmon and broccoli. It was quite ok; simple plate that is actually not overly challenging to prepare even home, but no complaints here - although I reckon pasta is the house specialty to go for in this place. Handicap parking right up front. We joined the wait list and got sat as soon as we got there. Service was ok. They were busy so its ok. Food was disappointing. We had 2 different soups and both were not hardly warm. 2nd bowl of different soup was hot. Breads sticks hard. My fettuccine Alfredo came out barley warm and no sauce on half of it. I asked for more sauce and it was barley warm. Did not eat any took home. My friend had chicken parm and noodles with olive oil and garlic they came out dry with nothing and were not warm. Her chicken parm was hot. We shared with waitress and the manager came over. Very nice and offered to remake. We were done at that point wanted to leave. Manager gave us a $25 gift card. This dish was bland on its own and the only thing that helped was the grated cheese packets and a side of Five Cheese Marinara I ordered...which was also lacking flavor. The shrimp was so tough I ate one and tossed the rest. Huge disappointment. Raspberry Lemonade (Kid's Meal) Flavorless. Not even slightly sweet or tart. Just... liquid. The salad is what I remember. There are lots of different components to the salad including croutons and carrot shavings. The lettuce will wilt quickly if you take home leftovers. We have been coming here for years. We always had great food. Service and relaxed lunch. Yesterday 5 of us were there to eat but also visit and have a relaxed and good lunch. We ordered soap and salad as it was put on our table another server came with our warm lunch. HUH? We told her we weren't ready for it and she said she would try to keep it warm. I personally cannot stand Olive Garden at all. I give this place a shot every year or so and every year I am disappointed. So as far as the soup and salad goes you can't go wrong there. The soups are all pretty good and the salad is just salad. The waiter we had was a nice guy and did what he could for us but they had him on way to many tables so getting drink refills and anything else we needed was tough. My issue mainly is with the entrees. I have tried many things over the years and it just always so bland. They need to revamp a few of the sauces and update a few things and it may be a better restaurant. The interior is the same old rustic boring style that hasn't changed in forever. This is just my opinion and experience. They've been in business a long time so to most they must be doing something right. Dependably good Italian influenced food from a widespread chain restaurant. This Friday lunchtime found this one very busy. Eggplant parm from the lunch menu was a nice blend of textures and flavors. To tell the truth, we usually try to go to local places rather than chain restaurants. We ended up coming today because of their Veterans Day deal. This place is seriously popular. Every time we drive by there's a crowd of people waiting to get in, and that was no exception tonight. Fortunately, I went online and got our name on the list before we even left the house. We got seated within a couple of minutes. The atmosphere is Tuscan, with rock walls and wrought iron lighting fixtures. It really is nice atmosphere. There's also a separate bar. We had a really, really fantastic server. I wish I could remember his name. He was the absolute best. We ordered a couple of cocktails, which were surprisingly inexpensive, and really good. All of us chose soup instead of salad, three pasta fagioli and one Toscana. That is some seriously good soup. The pasta fagioli was hearty enough to be the entire meal with the breadsticks Two of us got the spaghetti and meatballs, and two got the endless pasta bowl with fettuccini Alfredo with chicken, the angel hair with garlic and herbs, and the rigatoni with Five cheese sauce. Visited Olive Garden for dinner today. When I walked in there was about 3 couples standing around waiting to be seated and about 5 employees in the hostess area just talking and none of them were helping those people waiting. JP, the manager, was there as well and made eye contact with me so I know he seen us, he walked up to the hostess desk and then ignored us. No acknowledgment of our presence, no hello, not even an "be right with you" - nothing. Then he just walked away. Terrible example of how great patrons and worse he did it in front of his employees. Then Katie grabbed some menus and sat us. She was also our server. She was friendly, with a smile and let us know she'd be our server. Our table was clean but the partían was dirty. Katie took our order quickly for drinks and then came back for our meal order. I did order an appetizer, Shrimp Fritto misto, but it never came before the meal. Which was disappointing as we were waiting for it. Our food didn't come out after waiting for a while and we had to check in with Katie to see where our food was, even after she checked on us a couple times. I ordered the "create your own pasta" - Bucatini pasta with broccoli with mushroom sauce and chicken. Sauce was delicious, chicken a bit bland. Tasted like it was frozen and then added after heating it up. Katie did come back to keep checking on us and refilling our drinks. Her customer service was really good and I tipped her well for "her" service. As we left , I noticed a couple waiting to be seating. Again, no one at the hostess desk, but there was an employee sitting on the bench just out of sight of the hostess desk taking selfies. **Tip - you will have to speak up and let them "know" you're there to eat so you can be seated in a timely fashion. Ok it is Valentine's Day and my GF and I decided after our ride to stop in for a a lunch date instead of our planned dinner date. Allen first off was an amazing waiter! We sat at a small fable at first across from each other and we were not having that specially on Valentine's Day. So he pretty much let my GF choose our table to lower her anxiety. My friends and I went to this location yesterday to celebrate my birthday, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. They appeared to be short-staffed, so one of the managers ended up serving our table. She seemed to be in a bad mood from the start, which made the experience uncomfortable. The food was also an issue. Two of us ordered the never-ending soup, salad, and breadsticks. We tried multiple soups, and all of them tasted off. Each time we were served a bowl, it was only partially filled. When we ordered the chicken and gnocchi soup, my friend's bowl had just one gnocchi, and mine had about four. At one point, one of my friends asked if they did anything special for birthdays. The waitress responded by grunting "great," said she had to go change the receipts, and walked away without any further acknowledgment. Throughout our visit, we saw other tables celebrating birthdays, with staff singing and making it special for them. While it didn't bother me that no one sang to me, it did feel uncomfortable knowing that the same experience was offered to others but not to our table. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I will not be returning to this location. read more

My experience today was amazing at Olive Garden. Had such a great time with my family. I went today around 12 and the parking was not packed and parking was easily accessible. The place wasn't very packed and the environment was calm. The wait was not long and the waiter was so friendly and attentive. I had a great time. My food came out better than usually which was great. The food was warm and fresh. Unfortunately my brother didn't have that great of an experience but that was due to a stomach ache he had earlier but he said the food helped it a little. Overall amazing service today! Going to Olive Garden is always nostalgic and is always a great time! We waited about 20 minutes on a Friday night, and to be honest, that's not bad at all! I got some ultimate comfort food- steak and fettuccini alfredo! Super delicious, and of course, I got it smothered with cheese! Our waitress was very friendly, and the food came out pretty fast. Came here for my birthday lunch with a friend and had Spaghetti from the lunch menu. We each got their Peach tea to drink...so so good! My friend had the Eggplant Parmesan for her meal. Of course we both went with the neverending salad...you can't go to Olive Garden and NOT have it, after all...and I took the rest of our second bowl of it home with me, as well as an order of Fettucini Alfredo to have for another time. For dessert, being it was my birthday I had to have a slice of cheesecake. The OG crew put a candle on it and sang to me, so that was nice. Overall, a great dining experience and fantastic customer service! The only sad thing is that Fiesta Mall is no longer there, so seeing all these outside restaurants (except the closed Mimi's Cafe open and nothing else is depressing.
