After experiencing truly disappointing hospitality lately, Dustin completely restored my faith in great service. He greeted us promptly, brought our waters and breadsticks right away, and somehow had our food out in record time. He refilled our drinks without us asking, and I swear the second I thought I might want more lemon, he appeared and said he'd bring me more. Mind. Reader. I was craving the Chicken & Gnocchi Soup and salad, and they absolutely hit the spot, as always. What stood out most was Dustin's hospitality. It's obvious he's honed his craft. He was efficient, attentive, genuinely kind, and brought such positive energy to our table without ever making us feel rushed. After a long day, all we wanted was a quick, relaxing dinner, and thanks to Dustin, we were in and out in under 45 minutes while still feeling completely taken care of. Surprisingly good! I haven't been to an Olive Garden in ages but after a recommendation, I came here. My partner and I shared a four cheese manicotti with marinara, the gnocci soup and the zuppa toscana soup along with the endless breadsticks. There were copious amounts of cheese with the option to add more for all the food and while the soups were thin, they're made fresh daily and taste exactly like their ingredients. The gnocci was soft and pliable and what I ended up focusing most on in the gnocci soup. the zuppa toscana tasted strongly of bacon ( i love bacon so that's a win for me) and had chunks of sliced potato in it. All the food leaned on the saltier side, with the manicotti tasting a bit sour due to the sauce but for the price and quantity, you truly cannot complain. Service is friendly and fast! The restaurant is well staffed and the ambiance is warm and inviting. My partner and I went on a Tuesday at 11 am to beat the lunch rush so we got seated quickly. As time went on though, the restaurant got filled up fast. Overall, this was a pretty pleasant experience! Came on a Saturday around 7:30pm and it was pretty busy! Make sure to put yourself on the online waitlist to skip the wait when you arrive! My expectations were not very high but I was pleasantly surprised. If you're ordering soup, get the Zuppa Toscana. It's the best soup! I also tried the chicken and gnocchi soup but it's not as good. We also ordered the calamari and I personally think you can skip that one. The squid itself is a bit soft, almost mushy, and the breading is not as crunchy as I'd like. I ordered the shrimp calamari as my entree, but by the time it came out, I was too full off the bread and soup. I only took one bite and packed the rest to go! I noticed a lot of families come here to celebrate birthdays which I thought was very cute. They have the waiters sing happy birthday to you and gift you a little cake as well. I haven't been here in YEARS! My welcome back was memorable because of the exceptional service provided by Randy at the bar! He greeted us when we arrived, took our orders, checked if we needed drink refills and/or more bread, soup, and/ or salad, and made sure our order arrived exactly as requested! Thank you! My favorite dish that I thought at one point they took off the menu (probably the reason why I haven't been back) is the STEAK GORGONZOLA ALFREDO- which is grilled sirloin tips over fettuccine alfredo, tossed with gorgonzola bleu cheese and spinach and topped with sun-dried tomatoes and a balsamic drizzle. I asked that the steak be cooked medium rare and Randy explained that since the steak is in cubes it's hard to get it that way and it will more than likely be medium but he put in the request and to my surprise for the most part it was done! The steak was tender although some pieces were medium. All in all, this dish is a harmony of flavors! The all you can eat FAMOUS HOUSE SALAD with italian dressing, tomatoes, red onions, olives, and peperoncinis and BREADSTICKS still hits the mark! This location has been around awhile, faithfully serving the local community. And it's no surprise their popularity. Recently came here for a family birthday meal. Gosh, I wish I could remember the young waiter kid's name, but he was good. Olive Garden's salad and breadsticks are the best! Really sets them apart from many other chains. The entrees are also pretty fairly priced considering the totality of what's included. Despite my many years on Earth, I'll admit I've yet to step foot into an Olive Garden (my wife who grew up in the Midwest was shocked btw)...until now! Tour of Italy: Three classics - Chicken Parmigiana, Lasagna Classico and our Fettuccine Alfredo. The Shrimp Alfredo was absolutely delicious. With a generous portion of well-sized shrimps in a delicious, creamy garlic and butter alfredo sauce. My wife also really enjoyed her Tour of Italy, as it gave her a bit of diversity with good-sized portion of three different entrees'. I had a bit of her chicken parmigiana, and was pleasantly pleased by how moist and juicy it was. For those of you that are Olive Garden newbies like me, you also get your choice of either soup or salad with your entree, both of which are unlimited. Very disappointing experience at Olive Garden today. We traveled a long distance to come eat here and the restaurant was not even busy. We were seated and waited about 25 minutes without being greeted, offered drinks, or acknowledged by any server. Meanwhile, another table that was seated after us had their order taken while we continued to be ignored. After waiting that long with no communication, we decided to leave. When we mentioned it to staff, the response was just "sorry," which felt very dismissive. I understand restaurants can get busy, but there was no excuse for completely ignoring customers for that long. Definitely not the experience we expected. It was nice inside, there's a spacious seating area to wait in if you have to wait for a table, and they were very accommodating for our large party. Our server was very nice, patient with our group and answered all questions. He kept us full of breadsticks and salad while we waited for entrees. The breadsticks and salad were good, I probably could have just stuck with those instead of ordering an entree, which I was so full after eating! The portions are quite large! I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana which I thought was great, along with a Strawberry Limoncello Margarita. She did however never offer refills for our soup and salad, as well as not offer to take any orders before telling us the kitchen was closed when we asked for refills on our pasta. If you're closing the kitchen 15-20 minutes before you close let your guests know so they can order beforehand. They served me a raw sausage as well and the manager came to check and said "I can tell already it's not fully cooked." Then said "we'll improve," walked away, and didn't offer to compensate us at all. No refills on our waters at all either and by that point it wasn't really busy. 1 Star - Worst Curbside Experience Ever I will never order from this Olive Garden again. I placed a To-Go curbside order, paid online, got my receipt, and the full $14.74 was taken from my account. When I arrived to pick up my food, they claimed I only paid $0.09 on their end. I showed them my receipt and proof from my bank, yet they still refused to give me my order. I even called my bank while standing there, and they confirmed the $14.74 was taken out on their end too, no $0.09 transaction exists. Yet Olive Garden still wouldn't give me my food and said they could only refund me $0.09. Now I'm left hungry, out of $14.74, 30 minutes of my time wasted, and with the added headache of disputing the charge with my bank. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I always enjoy my trip to this location. My mother and I came for lunch today and enjoyed the lunch special. She got the eggplant Parmesan which she loved and she is a tough critic haha. So conflicted as I write this review, but I'm going to give an honest take. First, my history with Olive Garden goes way back to high school, it was the "nice" restaurant you took your date to, where servers wore crisp white button up's and black slacks. Lol. I took my kids here and we met up with friends, a bit of nostalgia as I don't see too many Olive Gardens around anymore. I will say this, the food is consistent. The salad is exactly how I remembered it in high school, the menu is just about the same, and the breadsticks... The food was what you would expect, I ordered the shrimp scampi as it was one of the lighter options on the menu and it was good. The server was amazing. So nice and good humored, and it really made the dining experience super positive. I didn't catch his name, but he was awesome. The one negative, which just irritates the eff out of me is that there is an option to put your name down on the "waitlist" on their website so you can be seated faster when you arrive. When I arrived and mentioned this to the hostess she looked at me like she had no clue what I was referring to, and said it didn't matter. TBH I don't really do chain restaurants, but my BF's family wanted to come since it was down the street. I was surprised to see it was actually pretty busy on a Wednesday evening, but service was still fairly fast. All pasta dishes come with never ending soup or salad, and breadsticks. They have 4 soup options: zuppa toscana, chicken and gnocchi, minestrone, and pasta e fagioli, but just stick with the zuppa and gnocchi ones. They actually have a really fresh salad but they ruin it by drowning it in dressing!! Next time, I'll definitely ask for dressing on the side so we can mix it all in ourselves, otherwise it's a fantastic side/app before your main meal. PS. They have never ending dipping sauces for your bread sticks now to add on for $6! Kinda pricey in my opinion, esp since you can only get 1 sauce at a time. They have 3 options - alfredo, cheesy marinara, or marinara. Not worth it because the alfredo was the only good one. Just get a saucy pasta and dip your bread there! We shared the toasted ravioli and shrimp fritto misto. They were good but heavy as both are fried and then served with marinara. The shrimp was succulent and juicy, and served with fried bell pepper strips which were a little over done but I'm not complaining! This one comes with a spicy ranch that was pretty dang good. The raviolis were meh. They had a spinach beef filling and each ravioli was large, but it wasn't anything special. I would absolutely reorder the fried shrimp. If you're a fried calamari person like me, then this one is right up your alley. I ordered the shrimp and chicken carbonara. It was the least carbonara tasting carbonara I've ever had, however it wasn't bad lol It just wasn't carbonara. It had a good amount of chicken, shrimp and bell peppers mixed in, and a ton of sauce! I like sauce, and it was creamy but it was a little thin. I would have preferred a thicker sauce to coat my pasta. The pasta was like a fatter spaghetti but not bucatini. Maybe for future I'd ask to sub for fettucine or a thicker pasta of some sort. The flavor has a strong bacon taste but there weren't any bacon bits :( I didn't eat much of it at the resto since I was so full from apps but when I brought it home, I added chili flakes and more parm and black pepper! Much better! My BF opted for the shrimp scampi and I think he made the better choice. His pasta was angel hair so it was nice and light in a buttery lemon garlic sauce. They added chopped asparagus and tomatoes which were so fresh, and the asparagus was nice and crisp! I will be replicating this in the future at home! All in all, it wasn't a bad dining experience. You go in with expectations that you'll get americanized pasta with XL portions, and you won't be disappointed. I think the staff knows how to handle big crowds as they probably see this a lot so if you're with a large family, this is a plus! Service was attentive and quick, especially with any requests we may have had. Back in the day they used to give Andes mints at the end of the meal but we didn't get any! IDK if this policy changed or if it was just our bad luck, but I hope they bring this tradition back because it was a little disappointing as the mint chocolate is one of the highlights at Olive Garden! read more
