Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. Want a harmony of flavors? This is the one to order!
    Leonora S.

I haven't been here in YEARS! My welcome back was memorable because of the exceptional service provided by Randy at the bar! He greeted us when we arrived, took our orders, checked if we needed drink refills and/or more bread, soup, and/ or salad, and made sure our order arrived exactly as requested! Thank you! My favorite dish that I thought at one point they took off the menu (probably the reason why I haven't been back) is the STEAK GORGONZOLA ALFREDO- which is grilled sirloin tips over fettuccine alfredo, tossed with gorgonzola bleu cheese and spinach and topped with sun-dried tomatoes and a balsamic drizzle. I asked that the steak be cooked medium rare and Randy explained that since the steak is in cubes it's hard to get it that way and it will more than likely be medium but he put in the request and to my surprise for the most part it was done! The steak was tender although some pieces were medium. All in all, this dish is a harmony of flavors! The all you can eat FAMOUS HOUSE SALAD with italian dressing, tomatoes, red onions, olives, and peperoncinis and BREADSTICKS still hits the mark! Will be back at the bar looking for Randy soon!

My family and I stopped by the Olive Garden in Vallejo recently, and overall it turned out to be a pretty great experience. Here's a quick breakdown of how everything went: Ambiance The Olive Garden in Vallejo has that warm, familiar family-dining feel -- cozy booths, soft lighting, and classic Italian-restaurant decor. It's spacious without feeling crowded, and it has a relaxed, comfortable vibe that works well for casual meals. Service During my visit, the service was really great even though it was busy. Our server stayed friendly, attentive, and kept everything moving smoothly. The soup, salad, and breadsticks came out quickly. Even with the crowd, we never felt overlooked. Food Quality I went for their unlimited-pasta promo, and it did not disappoint. I got to try different pasta and sauce combos, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. The breadsticks were warm, the salad was crisp, and the soup options were solid. Price Point Pricing feels fair for what you get. Most entrées stay under $30, and the unlimited pasta deal makes it an even better value. Between the generous portions and the refillable items, you definitely get your money's worth. Overall: Great service, good food, and a relaxed atmosphere. The unlimited pasta deal was a fun bonus, and I'd happily come back--especially when the promo is running.

Chocolate Lasagna Cake Dessert for the birthday person. Nice touch.

This location has been around awhile, faithfully serving the local community. And it's no surprise their popularity. Recently came here for a family birthday meal. Gosh, I wish I could remember the young waiter kid's name, but he was good. Olive Garden's salad and breadsticks are the best! Really sets them apart from many other chains. The entrees are also pretty fairly priced considering the totality of what's included. To top it off, they added a complimentary birthday treat (Chocolate Lasagna dessert) for the birthday person and sang Happy Birthday. It was a pleasant meal & evening.

Greet by three young hostesses. We were able to sit at the bar and watch the football game! They still had the all you can eat menu! I got the mushrooms sauce and angel hair it was very creamy. The refill had too much oil in it. Chris was an excellent server very nice and on top of his job.

    Tour of Italy

Despite my many years on Earth, I'll admit I've yet to step foot into an Olive Garden (my wife who grew up in the Midwest was shocked btw)...until now! With pregnancy comes random (and sometimes strange) cravings. And this time, it was Olive Garden; so off we went! Despite a seemingly packed house, the establishment was quite large and we were able to be seated right away. Our server was Cristian who was not only very friendly, but incredibly attentive and hard working. Despite having multiple tables, he was able to attend to everyone without missing a beat. Surprisingly, we even saw him bussing the tables because I guess this location doesn't have dedicated bussers? For the two of us, we ordered the following: Shrimp Alfredo: Creamy alfredo sauce, tossed with fettuccine and sautéed shrimp. Tour of Italy: Three classics - Chicken Parmigiana, Lasagna Classico and our Fettuccine Alfredo. The Shrimp Alfredo was absolutely delicious. With a generous portion of well-sized shrimps in a delicious, creamy garlic and butter alfredo sauce. My wife also really enjoyed her Tour of Italy, as it gave her a bit of diversity with good-sized portion of three different entrees'. I had a bit of her chicken parmigiana, and was pleasantly pleased by how moist and juicy it was. For those of you that are Olive Garden newbies like me, you also get your choice of either soup or salad with your entree, both of which are unlimited. As well as unlimited refills of the breadsticks. We were quite full by the end of our meal and definitely satisfied. If you're looking for some hearty, wholesome food to fill your belly, Olive Garden is definitely a solid choice.

Pretty good just like any Olive Garden! Good service the staff was very nice, it's not a super big restaurant, but it's clean! The portions were very big as per usual, and the pasta were really yummy.

I hadn't been to an Olive Garden in years before visiting this Vallejo location. It was nice inside, there's a spacious seating area to wait in if you have to wait for a table, and they were very accommodating for our large party. Our server was very nice, patient with our group and answered all questions. He kept us full of breadsticks and salad while we waited for entrees. The breadsticks and salad were good, I probably could have just stuck with those instead of ordering an entree, which I was so full after eating! The portions are quite large! I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana which I thought was great, along with a Strawberry Limoncello Margarita. Olive Garden can be a great go-to if you're looking for reasonably priced Italian food and I would most likely eat in this location again if in the area!

It was a very busy evening and extremely chaotic. There was a private event for a birthday in a separate room, the bar area, and another room where there was a jazz event going on where our party was located. We were 4 people from a party of 20. Because there were several guests already at the table we were opposite ends of the table. They managed to skip both our food and drink orders, 2 out of the 4 of us were seated the entire time and just blatantly ignored while the other 2 tried to find anyone who would take a drink order. The 2 waitresses tending to our area passed us several times even the couple times we tried to physically waive them down, and when they did briefly make eye contact a couple times, it was just a very quick smile as they immediately turned away to take care of something else. They skipped us when taking the food order (literally watched them take the food order of the other guests at our table and simply walk away without taking ours, and every time they passed by still wouldn't acknowledge us as they were clearly slammed and trying to deal with the massive crowd. While we waited at the bar after almost 2 hours of not being able to get a drink, we overheard multiple staff members voice how frustrated and overwhelmed they were. It's a shame because the menu looked good and the other guests were nice and the staff were cordial. I'm sure on a slow day it's great, but we ended up having to leave and go to Olive Garden because our elderly guest's blood sugar was beginning to drop and no one was trying to take her food order.

I still had to pick my kid up from school, so it just made sense to slide somewhere close by that never misses. Pulled up to Ristorante Pasta D'Oro -- this was my third visit -- and just like every other time, it delivered. Honestly, it might've been even better. We grabbed the regular spaghetti and split it between my two sons. Plenty of food, easily enough for two. I did ask about the spaghetti and meatballs since they usually run that as a special, but it wasn't available today. Still, the regular spaghetti held its own with no problem. I also picked up the mixed greens salad, and the vinaigrette is different in the best way. It's flavorful, balanced, and seriously one of the highlights. When I brought it home, my fiancée tried it and immediately said I should've asked for extra. I didn't realize it was going to be that good, but now I know. Pro tip: ask for extra dressing. We grabbed the penne pasta as well, which my fiancée said was great. And once my toddler finished his spaghetti, he went straight to helping her with the penne. That's how you know it's fire. On the side, I ordered the mozzarella sticks -- handmade, big, crispy, and cooked perfectly. I believe it came with about four to six, but they're large and filling. Everything was 10 out of 10. If I could give it a million out of a million, I would. Since I can't, it's a solid five out of five stars every time. Pasta D'Oro for the win.
