We visited for dinner on a Friday night for my daughter's 12th birthday. We had a 15 minute wait, which was accurate and then we were seated in a cozy booth overlooking the snowy weather. The hostess was friendly and our server was very attentive and sweet. The bread sticks and salad were as expected if you have ever ate at an Olive Garden before. I been going to an Olive Garden for 20+ years! It's always a good standard way to get some Italian cuisine! Service here was great, food took a little while, but it definitely satisfied my craving for Italian food! We ordered linguine with clam sauce and a chicken Florentine. For a Saturday afternoon it was quite busy but I think we caught the end of the lunch rush. They sat us quicker than the 15 minutes they said. But many tables were leaving. Waiter was a little slow on everything but he did have a lot of tables. Food was really good we both had soup since it was a cold day. Soup was a bit cool and not much in the bowl. The variability of reviews is impressive at this OG. Was taken here as was visiting in town. The excellent waitstaff - Emma - was friendly, accommodating and efficient particularly with a diverse group. The gluten free option of rigatoni with meat sauce and sausage was spot on, as was the eggplant parmigiana. Spaghetti and meatballs also was good and the breadsticks and salad was done well. There was some concern that the soup just wasn't hot enough but that was rectified by Emma in the second round. Hence, food, staff and environment was very nice given the nature of a chain. Hopefully this OG can get consistent with their offerings to create a consistent experience similar to what we found. read more

Typical Olive Garden experience with friendly and quick service, good food, and clean spaces. We had a really kind waitress that provided accurate service very timely. It's been a while since I've been to an Olive Garden and the salad and breadsticks had not changed. Delish! Understandably they have paired back their menu significantly leaving a lot of Alfredo choices and little other alternatives. I went with the tour of Italy to get some options and it was mostly good. I did not care for the lasagna at all but can't quite put my finger on what was in that meat sauce that I didn't like. But good portions of all and very timely. With limited places to eat in this area, I'll be back while traveling. Fingers crossed the menu can expand a bit more, but will always keep the salad! read more

Olive Garden is one of my favorite chain restaurants and this location is large and beautiful. We arrived for a early dinner at 530p and had a very short wait on a week night. Our waitress was nice, attentive and timed out dinner nicely. I really appreciate that Olive Garden has added some lower calorie options to the menu, making it somewhat reasonable. I had the shrimp scampi (510 calories) with unlimited salad that they can make with low-fat dressing. The shrimp scampi was cooked well, not rubbery and flavored well with large chunks of asparagus and tomatoes. My husband had chicken parmesan that they made with grilled chicken per his request and it was also made well. My husband had unlimited soup with his meal and breadsticks of course. Currently they have an option to take a pre-wrapped, chilled meal home for a different night for only $5. My husband picked the fettuccini alfredo and had it later in the week. The pasta dish was really good, especially for $5. There were several meal options available for this promotion - you are allowed to purchase 1 at the $5 price per entrée ordered. Good deal. Overall great experience for Olive Garden! Nice location with specific take-out area at the front, easily visible. read more

My boyfriend and I went in there around 6:15pm on a Friday and were out and in the car by 6:57pm. There's a huge difference between amazing service and being rushed out. The food was alright, my lasagne was all over the place, the cheese was off the top of the lasagne and it was okay, the ricotta mixture was sub par. I also found a hair in my food and super didn't love that. But also, the waitress came over maybe 6 times asking if we were ready to order and each time she would say "i'll be back in a few minutes." So i'd say 6x3 would be about 18 minutes, yet the 6th time was after maybe 5 minutes, it was incredibly frustrating since each time i still hadn't chosen what i wanted and settles on lasagne. We visited the Victor Olive Garden location at my daughter's request for her 13th birthday. We were sat right away at a table, there was no wait. Then I kinda felt strange because we waited what seemed to be longer than we are used to for certain things but then at other times felt rushed. For instance it took a bit for the server to get to us which is fine, we weren't rushing, but then she wanted us to order everything immediately... drinks, appetizers, dinners...and those came out practically right after we ordered, One on top of the other...it just felt a bit rushed. But my drink from the bar never even came to the table until after our salads, soups and appetizer came out and we were finished with them. Personally I'd prefer to receive my drink first. The stuffed ziti appetizer was great and came with marinara and Alfredo on the side - yum! My husband and daughter loved their chicken and gnocchi soup. Everyone's food was good - tour or Italy, chicken parm, Asiago tortellini with chicken....The only bummer as far as our entrees was that they were out of the eggplant Parmesan which is what I initially ordered. Olive Garden's food is ok overall. It's their bread sticks that really steal the show! However, for some quick semi-Italian food, OG does the deed. I ordered the new zoodles (zucchini noodles) dish and subbed the creamy sauce for the new spicy marinara to make it vegan. What a great choice! Cost was around $15. The zoodles were vibrant in color and had a good amount of veggies on top. The spicy marinara had a nice kick (though I added red pepper flakes for more kick because I LOVE spicy). I did have to add salt and pepper to make it more flavorful though. The bread sticks were on point as usual. I also had some minestrone soup which was delicious and hearty per usual. Our server, Francheska, if that's how you spell it, was amazing. Very knowledgeable of the menu and super attentive. This was a great visit to OG! read more

I ordered the create your own pasta & the sausage first came back with the Center of it pink. The manager said they'll make a new batch. The second batch came back & it still had pink in it. So I decided just to not eat the meat & have them just remake the pasta & meat sauce. Started to eat that. Then all of a sudden I started not to feel well. I started to get a rash on my face, neck, arms & chest. Needed to use my emergency inhaler. Looked around in the pasta sauce. I found a big piece of mushroom. I have an allergy to mushrooms. I called the manager over immediately. She said nope it not a mushroom, tried to convince me it was just a piece of tomato & immediately took it from the table & ran off. Never to see her again. The rest of the night I was sick as a dog & almost having to use my epipen. They did nothing about owning up to the mushroom & just taking my meal off the bill. The pictures below are the sausage. Have had a serious pregnancy craving for Olive Garden soup and salad lunch! I decided to stop in for a solo lunch while shopping. They sat me "table for one" in the bar area facing the wall... The wall of shame for dining alone???? I had about 4 or 5 servers pass by me without saying anything and I was curious how long until one stopped by. Maybe they thought I was waiting for a guest?? My fiance and I went to Olive Garden in Victor Sunday night about 6:30 and we had a drink and waited at the bar to be called. When we went to order dinner we noticed that there wasn't really anything on the menu that was gluten free or cheese free or vegan or vegetarian. I remember the last time we were there they had butternut squash raviolis which she could eat. We asked our waiter if they had anything vegan he returned and said the only thing we have is pasta with marinara and no cheese with garden fresh vegetables.. like peas and some other nondescript vegetables. That was it for her. I find it very strange in this day and age also in the vicinity of Victor New York, Pittsford New York, Fairport New York, and Mendon New York, that they don't serve vegans vegetarians or gluten free customers? Every time we go to a new restaurant and we ask the waiter if there's something vegan for her they always accommodate her in some way. We really have never heard of too many places that don't have something. We just find it so strange in this day and age with all the people that have gluten issues and can't eat any cheese that a restaurant would serve nothing but food with cheese all over it. LOL Olive Garden I think you need to step up your game and join the 20th century. The whole world is not made of carnivores anymore. read more

Our waitress was nice, we asked that the appetizer, salad/sticks and entrees be spaced out but they came pretty much on top of each other. Very expedient service on the rushed side. So, what can I say? It's OG, I don't expect much and I'm honestly not really that huge a fan of chain restaurants. I know, I know, such a snob - right? Anyways, the decor is nice and clean. WAY better than the Greece or Henrietta location. The staff was super friendly. Even other staff members that weren't working for a tip were super nice and complimenting and playing with our 7 month old, thank god he's a cute kid. Haha. Ok, I'm getting sidetracked. On to the food. We ordered the app trio - we chose the calamari, fried mozzarella and the fried lasagna. The Clamari was just ok, the rest of the apps were good. I had the salad and my hubby had the gnocchi soup. I personally don't like gnocchi's and the soup tasted like something you would get from the Wegman pre-made section. Now, I love Wegmans and I get that everything from OG comes from a bag or can but I just didn't like the soup. For our entrees my husband and I both ordered the chicken fettuccini Alfredo, both were decent. My 4 year old had the spaghetti, which he devoured - but he will eat anything. He's not a picky eater (thank goodness!) he eats everything from calamari to hot dogs. Overall the food is good for what it is, a chain. My only complaint was that basically all of our food came out at once. The soup, salad and appetizers all came out at once. Kind of annoying to be honest, and then not too long after our entrees came out. SO we were forced to eat everything at once. Met my friend for lunch yesterday Sunday around noon and got right in. Host and server were both nice, the server was attentive and refilled the salad, breadsticks, and water. Our meals were hot and delicious, although there was a small bone in my Chicken Parmesan, yuck! lol Restaurant was clean, and nice atmosphere, although the men's room needed cleaning pretty bad.
