I went with the Falafel and Eggplant Pita Wrap, ordered exactly as it comes -- five crispy handmade falafels, roasted eggplant, hummus, tomato and cucumber salad, purple cabbage slaw, white onions, tomatoes, pickles, and lemon tahini sauce. What I loved about the presentation was how they sliced the pita and stuffed the toppings inside the pocket, then placed the eggplant and falafel on the outside before wrapping everything up tightly. It made for a much easier, cleaner eat -- no toppings tumbling out with every bite! My first bite was amazing. The fresh flavors really shined, the falafels were perfectly crispy, and the eggplant had that deep, savory roasted flavor. Every topping complemented the others beautifully, and I walked away completely satisfied. I am so happy I found this fast and healthy option close by! I also grabbed a baklava and a mango sparkling probiotic drink -- both delicious. The location is quite small, but enough tables to dine in from what I saw since it didn't seem to be too busy when I stopped in. I got some tea and the lamb kebab to go, and loved that they prepared it quickly and fresh right in front of me.
