Sold a unit i have had for years that had priceless life long memories and during this time where people can not be evicted!! yet you can sell a unit after only two months behind. Buyers beware during a pandemic and other institutions are helping people this company/ storage unit will sell your belongings after 60 days!! I would give you multiple middle fingers as a rating but i have to do one star. My mom just lost her job and now her belongings i hope karma does not come back to bite you To the response you never texted! You never emailed!! I never got a phone call. I was super impressed with how organized, efficient, and well-run this place is! I need to rent a storage unit and manager Kymberly made the process a breeze. She quickly identified some spaces that would work for my needs, guided me through the rental process, and I was ready to go! Later, when I returned with items to be stored, she checked in to be sure all was going well. I highly recommend this business! The customer service they provide sets the bar for me. I accidentally left my unit unlocked and then left town. They called to inform me it was unlocked (hours later) and when I couldn't get back to deal with it immediately, they worked out a solution until I could return. When I inquired about giving proper notice, they noted it in my account and pro-actively closed it out without me having to stress about it any further. I have had to interact with a lot of storage facility operators for many years and usually the experience ranges from "meh" to horrible however I can confidently say that this experience was smooth, painless, well explained, friendly and speedy. Mike and Steve guided me through the process, explained everything, offered me water and candy making the sign up process a pleasant experience. Water botttles are always available, the facility is clean and safe (sheriff is around the corner). They have a place to put your garbage! Whatever you do, don't use these guys!!! I used them for 2 months and that I was all I could take of their really bad or non existant customer service. Every time I went to get something out of my storage unit, I would find they hat put one of their RED Locks. This is for people who haven't paid their bill. However, I had paid my bill in advance. They were so jacked up in their accounting program that they kept thinking I hadn't paid. After the third time this happened, I called and asked to have the manager call me. He never did!!! When I went to sign out of the storage for good, the manager was there. I epressed my dismay with their service. He made it very clear he could care less about the service. That's the bottom line really, they just don't care!!!! read more

They don't require a minimum stay (i.e. 3 months) and the facility is extremely clean. Even during COVID, the facility put into place procedures to protect customers and staff.
