We were a little nervous when told the make-up artist was not available but there was another staff member who could apply the makeup so long as we were not looking for anything that would require a little extra expertise. Mariah was fantastic, she made sure we were happy with the make up all of the way making suggestions but listening to what we each wanted. The blow out was fantastic and we were all very happy with the ladies recommendations and the end result. I would definitely go back again. Oh and I want to add we were not young women and were reassured that they did not cater only to the younger crowd. Only 4 stars because we were disappointed not to have the professional make up artist. But a discount was provided for the inconvenience.

They had someone else fix it, who definitely understood it wasn't what I asked for. Mika was very kind and helpful in fixing it. I cannot believe they treat their customers like that. I have to be on camera today, it's a very important day for me, and while I'm leaving with a blowout I like, I really cannot believe the attitude.
