I have always driven by this location and wondered what services were offered. Last week, I went in to learn more about their services and Michelina and her assistant were extremely informative and professional. I recently had a Silk Peel treatment done by Michelina that was perfection! It was luxurious, like a wet microdermabrasion that was deep-cleaning and exfoliating. It was definitely one of the best spa services I have ever received and I very much appreciated Michelina's gentle, yet effective demeanor. The prices at this med spa are lower than others in the area, after doing my research prior to booking my treatment. The following treatment I received was with Michelina and Dr. Olivo for the Kybella injectable. Again, they both treated me with the utmost compassion and care and were able to make a usually frightening experience, very calm. Dr. Olivo is extremely knowledgable with her injectable skillset and I was highly confident with her completing my treatment. She took all the time necessary to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed, as I have before at other med spas. I went to Dr. Olivo for fillers in my smile lines. She used a new product, Revanesse, which is absolutely amazing. Having had fillers before, there was very little swelling with this product and the results are very natural looking. The Medical Assistant took my vitals follow by I need to draw blood. I looked at her NO YOUR NOT (I'm a new patient), I haven't even seen the doctor yet and you want to draw my blood No. Who gets there blood draw when you haven't even seen the Dr? So the MA room's me, so I waited about 30mins and then the nurse practitioner comes in and says I'm waiting for something and it's going to be about 8-15mins more. Wait I thought I had a doctor not a nurse practitioner. She didn't answer my question. (My first day I went for a physical, and I had a sty or a pink eye problem.) So the Nurse practitioner walks in 50mins later and we are talking for some reason she thinks I'm a old patient, I told her nope I'm a new patient. She gets a call after 5mins of me talking to her and she said oops I forgot that whatever I had you waiting forgot to finish with the patient. I was already there waiting for an hour, so she walks back in I tell her my problem so here diagnosis is I seriously don't know what's wrong with you so I am going to need labs done for you. Ok so I told her ok but due to bad experiences with nurses with drawing my blood can I have you draw my blood? Her response was I would but I only draw blood every once in a blue moon. So she said let me ask the other nurse practitioner (1Hr 30mins later) I said I have to schedule this for another day I've been here too long need to be some where. So that following Monday I went in for a sty/pink eye problem, it got worst. So Same nurse practitioner comes in says oh you coming in for your labs, nope. So my eye got worst and I need an antibiotic or something, so she looked at my eye, she made a face like ew, then she said can i squeeze it? I said sure. As she is squeezing it she is making noises and faces, then she says I'm not going to squeeze it anymore because "I think I'm going to throw up just by thinking what is going to come out of your eye". I looked at her all stupidly who says that to a patient! So she even said very impressive that your able to tolerate that much pain. Then she said I know you work in the medical field but when you wash your face your switching cloths right? Well wouldn't that be the right way duh! So she said I'll be right back with your prescription. Waited 5mins then she comes in with another nurse practitioner (a student) the nurse practitioner ask me can my student see your eye? The proper way would of been, she comes in first and ask me can my student come in take a look at your eye? Well, I said sure just because I felt I had no choice (felt very uncomfortable with that). She took a look at it and started making faces like if she was grossed out, and making noises. Then the student says wow that must hurt huh. Yes it does! Then I tell her the pressure of my eye being swollen is making me get migraines. I might as well had asked for codeine and I would of got it, she prescribed me 800mg of ibuprofen and an ointment. So I went to an eye doctor first he said this ointment should of never been prescribed for a sty that doesn't work, second you don't have a sty or a pink eye you have an ingrown hair. See this is why places get sue, talk about malpractice. This lady needs to go back to school and stay more focused with her patients! I don't and won't recommend this place and when someone ask for a damn doctor a doctor I should get. Why have pictures of all these doctors in the waiting area when they don't work there they work in another office. The reviews for this place are very sad, read all the reviews before choosing a Dr. Oh and yes I was seen here I'm just not going to give you my government name. read more

I decided to get Laser Regenesis at Olivo MedSpa for prevention purposes mainly and to rejuvenate my skin as I head into my thirties. Anna Rivera has been my aesthetician throughout this process and I can honestly tell y'all that I recommend her with no hesitations. She is a wonderful aesthetician and very skilled at getting results, as I am already noticing results after two treatments. She is a very intuitive person and counseled me before I began treatments about what to expect and the aspects of skin care that I have to do at home. For example, you cannot eat chocolate all day everyday and expect to be acne-free. Dr. Olivo supervises the practice and it's nice to find a practice with a supervising doctor and aestheticians like Anna who have the technical skills, medical knowledge, and kind bedside manner that makes me feel like I can fully trust the staff here at Olivo MedSpa. I've finally found a nice cosmetic outpatient clinic with a doctor and skilled aestheticians like Anna, who know what they are doing and make sure you feel comfortable and Anna never pressured me into extra treatments or anything of the sort. I am so disappointed with my experience. I went to Dr. Olivo a couple of years ago. I get Botox in the brow area to enhance the arch. I paid $130. This time the price shot up to $250, even after I called and was quoted $150 per area. When I tried to ask why the price was so drastically different, I was given the run-around and told things such as the pricing of Doctors practicing downtown and just basic old inflation being the reason. I brought a friend and she paid double what expected. I will never go back to this place again. read more
