It's a full week of fun and some instruction, plus exposure to what it takes to get up on stage and perform with with band. A child who wants to play an instrument or sing should definitely experience this. It's an encouraging, energetic environment. Make sure you plan to attend the performance at the end of the week because it's a big deal to the kids. Finally someone sitting at a table told us what to do. After about 15 minutes, one of the people working there came over to us and began giving us directions on how to work with the clay and a few utensils they had to use on the clay. He kept saying, just do whatever you want to do with the clay, and we didn't know what our options were "to do with the clay". When I asked for examples of what we could do, they really had no examples, and he pointed to work that was on the shelves that other people had done. It was very frustrating. We felt like little kids given some play doh. So we were supposed to get a call when our projects were done, no phone call. I finally called and our projects had been done a couple weeks prior. When I went to pick them up, they were on a shelf outside the studio, so I had no interaction with anybody when I went to pick our projects up. I would not suggest anyone go to this studio. They run it like a kids play doh class??

I can see how it was a little frustrating when all the renovations were going on and the gym had frequent closures, but now that it's done I feel like it was definitely worth it.

I love that the owner organizes games with the kids if they want to play hide and seek or the floor is lava with other kids. We came here with the intent that our ball machine would work and we were told that we couldn't do anything about that. The customer service is horrible as they do not care for the customers that come in looking for a fun experience. Also, after inserting money into the vending machine, it would not drop the drink and we were told there was nothing they can do. Very bad service and products here and I highly recommend going elsewhere for a batting cage.
