So me and my buddies at work were hungry and we decided to order from this place and let me tell you the delivery girl was sketchy as can be. She busted in are work office like the kool aid man (ooooooh yeaaaaaaaa) My boss had to tell her to be quite because he was on a conference call. Then when we went to pay she told us she only had one had for the change because she brought in someone's sub from another order that wasn't even in are office. As she walked out some of are employees had to dodge her as she was swinging the sub around like a nunchuck like she was Michelangelo from the ninja turtles. Ever since the ownership change, and Olympia turned unto the Olympia Grille, multiple orders have been wrong and/or gone completely missing. Today, I called in a pick up order, went to get it 30 minutes later, and it was no where to be found. My company is 2 minutes down the road and we order from there 3-4 times a week. Im not sure why anyone would ever give this place a bad review, I think Karen may be a yuppy from Melrose who expects a sub shop to cater their every need. Not to mention there are over 20 lunch spots in the area as it is in the middle of a large industrial work place. Oh and the owner? He is great! He moves the lines along and is always behind the stove taking orders and cooking I've been working in this area for 2 years and enjoy Olympia. They have a great kabob wrap, along with a nice beef lunch special. Out of all the places in the area I like this the best, although Andreas is also good. read more

I just ordered a lunch and picked it up here. I used to love their sweet potato fries. And today is really disappointed. When I took the fries out and tried it, the fries were soft and not hot. My location to the restaurant is about 2 minutes. What means your fries is soft and not hot? Did you just gave me the fries from someone's return? Or.......? A nice work-time lunch spot. Not glamorous but definitely delicious! The workers there recognize their regulars(which is almost everyone) and the workers are also very friendly. Good food, good people. Weird prices. I know this may sound crazy but I cannot eat here. I want to, their roast beef is great, and I love fried mushrooms, but they charge more for a small fried mushroom than they do for a large roast beef. My main meal should not be cheaper than my appetizer. If they took mushrooms off the menu I would have no problem cause I wouldn't see it. I just can't spend more on a small appetizer (5.75) than a large sandwich (4.95) Drives me crazy. Not their fault I suppose but it's my world and they just live in it. They probably deserve 4 stars for who they are but the mushroom thing makes me want to give two stars so I settled on 3 . My family was sad to find out Olympia has been sold. The food there was great. The owner was a super nice guy who everyone knew. He would make the roast beef sandwiches to perfection. He sliced the roast beef when you ordered the sandwich. It was sliced nice and thin. He had made the pizza dough fresh everyday. read more

The menu is quite broad and everything is really fresh! [and very reasonably priced] I have tried most of the items in the menu and so far I haven't been disappointed. My favorites are the Greek specialties {Spinach pie, Chicken pie, avgolemono soup and lentil soup] and their pizzas. I truly feel bad writing this...but, unless you like your roasted eggplant wrap as mush....DON'T order this. I assumed that the roasted eggplant wrap was just that.....roasted eggplant in a wrap......it's pureed eggplant, NOT roasted. It tastes horrible and looks like the green stuff from inside a lobster. They load it up with tomatoes, lettuce and onions........... I used to love this place, but if this is what the new and improved menu is going to be like, I won't be ordering from Olympia any more. read more

You can always judge a Greek Pizza joint by their steak tip dinner. There were three things I didn't really like about this one. First, there was a ton of onion rings in this thing. I don't even like onion rings. Second, the amount of meat was less than others that I have tried. Lastly, the Greek dressing was really thick, like mayo. This was not good since one of my favorite things to do is to pour that stuff on my meat and fries and it just doesn't soak in when it has the consistency of mayo. On the bright side, the steak tips were cooked perfect and tasted great. The salad wasn't bad either. I suggest at the very least, that they give up on the onion rings and provide at least one more steak tip. read more

Ok this place is great! My friend who works with me told me about Olympia Grill. Been going there for about a month now and have to say they are outstanding. My fav is the stuffed peppers. I have been a stuffed pepper nut for 45 years (mom first gave them to me when I was 5 and bring Italian they were very well made) and the ones I got at Olympia tasted the same. Just enough rice and beef and a great red sauce baked just right. Now the pastrami is great as is almost everything I have had there. The staff is friendly and most importantly the place is very clean. The pizza is also very good, not too greasy, light and just enough crunch in the crust. Burgers are great you have to try the "large" sliders two are enough and the fries are very good. The soup had a homemade taste. This place is great for take out or to bring the family! This place has always been quick and efficient when I've visited. I always order out so I can't attest to the sit down service but my subs have always been correctly made and still warm by the time I get there. It's nothing out of the ordinary take out place but they are good on the go regardless. read more

From Colorado and heard about this place. Remembered the owner from his last place in Beverly. Food was awesome as I expected!! Service was great, food portions huge compared to here in Colorado, and the owner and family were friendly coming by making sure we were happy with everything. How about branching out and opening this kind of place out here? I only get to the Boston area very infrequently but when I get there again, I will be back. My friend and I came here today after climbing at the Boston Rock Gym down the street having worked up quite an appetite, and this place did not disappoint. She had the roast beef special, which was a pretty large sandwich, fries and a drink for under $8 - the meat was very fresh and very thinly sliced. Juicy and delicious!
