    Rose Lady Roll

Seated quickly on a Friday night. Nice date atmosphere. We tried the watermelon fizz drink and the Rose Lady roll. Both delicious! The Rose Lady is spicy and has a nice tempura shrimp crunch.

As many people know, we still aren't back to whatever normal was before the pandemic. I have never sat down here even though I have been inside several times to pick up our call in order. I loved for years rating an experience when dining in but alas, those days are over and we now rarely eat out. From what I have seen inside, they have done a tremendous job at remodeling the place. A gorgeous and welcoming bar area greets you for some libations and greasy fare. Then there are plenty of tables in the back that also includes space for bigger parties. I'm not a fan of them being on the second floor in the plaza here and can understand why people can get confused as to where they are even located but I can't fault them for it, it's there now and replaced a prior Chinese restaurant. The woman running the front has been extremely friendly and always makes sure you are happy before walking out the door. Service on the phone and in person has been nothing but top notch. Again, I have no opinion on any serving within the restaurant since there have been no experiences due to the pandemic. But if they are as friendly at the back of the house as they are in the front, there should be no worries here. The food has been better than average, like a 7/10 on a scale such as that. I have pretty high standards as they relate to authentic Chinese. I'm not saying they are aiming for being authentic, this is about as Americanized as it gets and they know their customers. The flavor is plentiful and the salt/MSG is kept to a minimum. Some dishes have been superior and others were just average, but in the end their quality and consistency brings us back again and again. We like the lunch/dinner combos and many of the maki rolls. I have nothing bad to say about them, consistent, friendly and great prices. It's not the best Asian food you'll ever have but for Woburn and the suburbs with many places that are less than mediocre, Meet Us does much of it well.

Very good sushi. They have white tuna which a lot of places do not. Super fresh. The spicy chicken wings are great also. Service is fantastic.

Such an amazing place to come! Food is great ! Service is even better! They have karaoke on Saturday nights that my friends and I love!! Come try them !!

    Delicious Mai Tai.

Great little spot. Just started frequenting this place I recent weeks. Owners are very nice and they provide a very clean setting for Chinese / Japanese (mostly sushi) dining. Their Kung Pao chicken is very good. The crab Rangoon is probably some of the best I've had. Mai Tai is a little heavy on the pineapple juice, but is very good. Overall a great spot IMO.

Peaking Ravioli (Pan-Fried) - Sauce was nice and tangy. These were good.

Pretty good, I enjoyed everything I ordered. Doesn't break the chinese/japanese food mold much - everything you order will be as you expect - but they do that well, and everything I tried was enjoyable. The sushi seems good. I tried yellowtail with avocado, did the trick. Spring rolls, chicken wings, chicken fingers, and crab wonton (crab rangoon) were all solidly good, as expected. Highlights were the beef skewers and spare ribs, which were moist and flavorful, and the pan-fried peaking ravioli (dimsum), which has that nice tangy sauce. Only thing that didn't do much for me was the tempura shrimp, which was same as always - not much flavor. Overall, I'll be going back again at some point. It's a solid chinese/japanese place, people were friendly, portions were pretty good.

    General Tso chicken dinner combo.

I'm the same spot that Great Mandarin was. Still have Chinese food but now they also have sushi. The general Tso chicken is pretty good above average. The beef skewer was very tender and delicious. For sushi I got the maki combo and also delicious. The gyoza were good too. Overall a solid option and great for this side of town to get your Asian food fix.

    Crazy Maki roll and Prosecco

I love Meet Us! If you have tried this gem, you are missing out. Their sushi is fresh and delicious. Spicy edamame and crispy chicken wings are out of this world. Meet us is open late and they offer karaoke on Saturday nights. They also have a brunch buffet with Asian cuisine as well as classic American brunch items. Owner, and bartender Michelle, knows every guests name and drink of choice after meeting them once. They make you feel like family. Meet us at meet us!!

We got a bunch if appetizers - started with the calamari which just has such a good flavor with the marinara and cherry pepper rings in it, then the crab rangoon dip which was okay but not my favorite, the portion was really small with a ton of a chips but no dip. We also got the crispy green beans which are exactly what you expect, I do wish they had a bit more seasoning because I don't love the wasabi dipping sauce they come with. We then got the jalapeno and bacon wrapped scallops, as well as the seared pork gyozas which are by far the best appetizer on the menu - the chili slaw it lays on has the most insane flavor and the crispy outside of the gyoza is just to die for. We all got various meals but me and a friend split the hot honey salmon sushi roll and the umami veggie sushi roll - both were amazing!! I will always get the umami, as basic as it is the flavor is just unreal. Only negative thing I have to say is that the service was very very slow, for a Monday night at 7pm, it was busy but not busy enough to not be greeted at the table for 25 minutes, then wait for drinks for 20 minutes and then not get to put our order in until an hour of sitting at the table, so that was a bit disappointing but first time we have had this issue.

Been going here for years, rarely disappointed. Recently they were closed for "renovations" for awhile. That might also mean they changed hands, sold out. In my experience, that is never a good sign, the new owners will surely ruin a good thing, they'll cut back on quality, raise prices, and change the recipes. My best guess is that's what happened to The Lobster Claw. Or they just went downhill. Went here last week for lunch. Walked in, where am I?! They now have a big divider between the seating area and ordering. You're corralled into this area first. The giant blackboard menu is gone. Now they have a small, cramped, menu above the register. I had to squint to read it all. I gave the girl my order which she got wrong THREE times. The Calamari basket, well done I said. I always used to tell them well done because it tastes better and the breading doesn't slide off the fish. Now where do I go to pick up my food when it's done? There's a sign that say's "Takeout Pickup" next to the register. Is that all one word, or for takeout orders and picking up what you just ordered? So I wandered aimlessly out of the dividing area and into the dining area. A window at the end with a sign, "BEER AND WINE." Is that where I go or is that for ordering booze and paying for it? So I sat down at a table and waited for my number to be called. I got my food pretty quick. I asked the new kid, looks like the old staff was not there anymore, for a lid and a bag for my thimbleful cup of chowder, that cost $7.00 by the way, to take home. He acted like I was inconveniencing him. This is after he plopped the tray down and spilled some of the chowder broth onto the tray. Thanks a lot Junior! Sat down to eat. Calamari...not well done. In fact it looked and tasted under done. It was chewy, and the breading was falling off. ONE tarter sauce with it. They used to give out two and then asked you if that was enough. Saving money for the renovations are we? The fries under the Calamari were soggy, greasy, cold, and under cooked as well. I didn't finish my meal obviously because to be frank, it sucked. Later on at home I tried the fish chowder. Maybe at least that will be the saving grace. Nope. It was the consistency of oatmeal, like it was put in a blender. Bland and watery as well. $ 30.00 I'm out for a meal that I could have got at Market Basket for one third the price for frozen fish sticks and a can of chowder that would have tasted better than that disaster. Next time I'm in the area and want some fish, I'll be going to McDonald's for a Filet-O-Fish meal instead. And another one gone, and another one gone, another one bites the dust...don't let them get you too.
