We recently had lunch at this Omaha. We've been going there for many years and always ordered the homemade chips appetizer that was loaded with blue cheese, shallots, etc and a main course of a caesar steak salad. The server told us the chips were always very popular. That day we learned a new manager had recently taken over and did away with the chips. Then we found out they substituted the strips of steak on the salad for a different cut of ground up steak. We were extremely disappointed at these changes. We ended up getting their burgers - which were fine - but could not believe they changed these popular menu selections after all these years. The service was good but the kitchen put the sauces on our burgers when we had ordered them to be on the side. Why do new people come in and think they have to change things? The answer is almost always - money. They probably decided it cut their costs. Don't know if we'll go back. It was nice while it lasted.

I went here with a group and was very happy with my meal. I ordered a hanger steak with steamed broccoli (instead of smashed potatoes) as well as a Caesar salad with anchovies! I loved it! The waitress was very attentive and that was unexpected. I would be happy to come back here . It is inside the Embassy Suites hotel. I even went back later on the evening to sit at a high top with my friends and have a drink ! Reasonably priced all around!

Steak Sandwich with cheese and mushrooms w/ parmesan chips

We came in here to have lunch after checking in to the Embassy and settling in. We were quickly seated and we both ordered the steak sandwich which came with a side of freshly made to order Parmesan chips. When checking in with Yelp you have the choice of a free draft beer, wine or dessert. I chose the wine. The steak sandwich was a banger tender & cooked to order with swiss cheese and mushrooms. The parmesan cheese chips were perfect. The service was great and the restaurant clean with a nice decor.

Blue cheese bacon burger. Takes about an hour for room service delivery. Not worth it.

The food is dreadful and they know it. Do not eat here just order delivery if you stay at the hotel and can't go out.

The French onion soup is also a solid choice. Our server was fantastic and we left with plenty of leftovers. See ya next time, Longhorn!

Fig's Prime was my first visit, and it absolutely makes a strong first impression. Located in…read moreAltamonte Springs, the exterior is grand, parking is easy, and when I arrived there were multiple parties happening at once. It immediately felt like a serious date-night spot--also perfect for client dinners, birthdays, or celebratory gatherings. I went with a group of eight, and across the board, the steaks were the undeniable stars of the night. I got to admire a prime rib, filet mignon, and New York strip at the table--and every single one was cooked perfectly. I ordered the special: a 10 oz filet topped with three jumbo shrimp in a lobster cream sauce, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The filet itself? Perfect medium rare, exactly as requested. Seasoning was balanced and not overly salty (which is something I often run into elsewhere). The steak alone was excellent. The lobster cream sauce, however, was just okay for me. This is subjective, but I felt it leaned a little too creamy and slightly muted the savory depth of the steak. Personally, I would've preferred something brighter like a chimichurri--or if going the lobster route, perhaps a full lobster tail instead of shrimp to really justify the pairing. The shrimp were fine, but they felt like they were competing with what could have been. The asparagus was my only real food gripe--it was small and limp. Properly cooked, thicker asparagus can be vibrant green with a soft crunch. This missed that mark. We started with beef carpaccio and grilled oysters. The oysters were dressed heavily (almost like a potato-skin style topping with bacon and spinach). Not my preferred preparation, but they were ordered for the table, so I joined in. The ambiance was spot on. Lighting was balanced--not too dim, not too bright. The booths were beautiful. Service was excellent: quick to pre-bus, attentive with water refills, helpful with suggestions, and even brushing crumbs from the tablecloth. Very polished. My one logistical complaint: the restrooms. For a fairly large venue, there's only one locked stall per men's and women's room, which caused small lines and even some crossover between guests. That felt like an oversight for a space built for larger parties. One thing I did miss? Complimentary bread. At this price point, that small touch would've elevated the experience. Dessert, however, redeemed everything. The pistachio gelato was the perfect finishing move--authentic, nutty, and not artificially green. Exactly what I needed after a rich, savory meal. I don't usually gravitate toward high price tags, but this experience felt worth it. I chose the special for perceived value, but next time I'd likely order the filet mignon on its own and let the steak shine without the extra embellishments. Overall, Fig's Prime delivers on atmosphere, service, and steak execution. A strong addition to the Altamonte dining scene--and definitely a place for occasions that call for something elevated.

I ordered the Shrimp Pesto Pasta, it was really good, a little on the oily side but it was good, huge Shrimp and the pasta perfectly cooked. My one recommendation was they need some Garlic bread served with it, the waitress said it was a new item, and they may consider adding that. I had a Lychee Martinee and a Watermelon Margarita, the Martinee was okay, but the Margarita was delicious. Service was okay, could have been better, felt slightly rushed. great ambiance with just enough light.

However, I must express my disappointment with the overall experience. The menu, while seemingly promising, fell short of expectations. While I would be willing to elaborate on the specific dishes that did not meet my standards, it would be excessive. The staff was a mix of friendly and unprofessional. One of the male staff with long hair displayed poor decorum when we entered the dining area, making the experience uncomfortable. Furthermore, the staff engaged in unnecessary conversations from a distance, as if the restaurant were deserted. While the inside section was relatively empty and we were the only client in the interior area, this did not deter the staff from running around and acting as if they were late or overworked. The overall experience was uncomfortable. In contrast, our waitress was exceptionally pleasant and attentive. Despite our lack of interaction, she continued to engage in conversation with me while completely ignoring my husband. It is unclear whether this was due to my Caucasian appearance and my husband's African American background, or if there was another reason. However, it was evident that they were solely interested in hearing my opinions and orders.

Time to update my review from 6 years ago…read more Seasons 52 is a chain restaurant, as most people know, but I enjoy the fact they switch up their menus seasonally (hence the name). We recently made reservations to celebrate our son's and fiancee's engagement. The service was very good -thanks to Chad- in spite of a very busy Friday night, and also surprising because the four of us each received a champagne flute with a couple ounces of the bubbly, courtesy of a manger, to hep us celebrate! Of course the dark wood accents, the booths for a little more intimacy, and fires (real and video) really enhanced our enjoyment of the night. We selected flatbreads, entrees, a starter and a side for our meals. My Lump Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Mushroom started my night right with a wonderful crunchy combo kept hot in the little iron pan. I found that the Chipotle BBQ shrimp flatbread toppings complemented well, with the spice and heat of the poblano peppers mixing with the sweet acidity of the pineapple. My 3 ounce pour of the Côte Mas 'Rosé Aurore' from France provided a mellow yet slightly sweet taste that paired well with my seafood. We finished off with the mini desserts which our son and his fiancée thoroughly enjoyed, and I orders a cappuccino that tasted lovely and hit the spot. Seasons 52 showed their best for us tonight, and it was a very enjoyable night as a result.
