I was later informed that 'yes' my order was 'processed', however, it would not be shipped until they 'could find the parts from the distributors'.... What??? They are selling parts that they don't know if they have them -- ??? -- the next day I called and was informed that 'actually, your parts have been discontinued'. Can I get a refund then? Ohhh... I go to the brick-and-mortar OMB store about once a year for outdoor equipment parts, usually for gas engines. The employees are friendly and helpful in identifying the parts I need, and they usually have them in stock when I call. It is worth the 1/2 hour drive to pick up my stuff because it is a pleasant parts store to visit and interesting to look around. I have found that OMB's prices are fairly low compared to online suppliers, and reading these reviews is the first I knew that OMB is one of them. Since I have not dealt with OMB via the internet,Ii cannot comment on their online service, but it is hard for me to believe that it is any less than the good service I receive in person. read more

I have ordered and spent lots of money with OMB warehouse, I didn't receive 1 order and ERIC & other CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS if that's what you call them. Told me since they got confirmation that the package was delivered there's nothing they could do. That's really shitty, I was in close contact with fedex the whole time, after 7 business days fedex had marked my package as untraceable/ lost, and they were going to give OMB warehouse my refund back for my whole order, Now OMB warehouse will not reply to any of my emails, these people come off as top notch customer service but that's really shitty I spent a ton of money. I placed an order on April 14th,when it showed up part of my order was missing. I had ordered a PAIR of red grips for a mini bike I was working on for a customer and told the about being shorted one grip. First customer service wanted me to "lay my order out on my bench and take a picture of everything I received". What good would that do I asked?? Then she said she would have to check with the warehouse and would email me the following day. 2 days later I had still not heard anything so I called again,this time I was told they would have to have the warehouse check their supply to see if their supplier had messed up and only sent the grips in singles or if they were pairs and it was on their end. fast forward 2 weeks, I call again this time I am told they are sending the missing grip out. A week later still nothing. My customer got tired of waiting and took the mini bike minus the grips. Now I have been on hold with another call to them for 15 minutes and just got disconnected. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. read more

The willingness to fix my order after they forgot so much, was 0. I spent hundreds and I got maybe $50 worth of it, literally Lowes packing tape and they wrapped a greasy engine mount in newspaper. Had they I don't know washed it, they wouldn't of had to do this. Wish 0 stars was an option because I wouldn't even give them that. Walmart charged me via my credit card $196.97 for a Kohler Flywheel Assembly Kit 24 025 23-S. After significant delays, I finally received a box via US Postal Service from OMB Warehouse, but the box was completely empty. In my opinion, OMB Warehouse is running a scam by shipping an empty box to me, and then telling me that I have to get relief only from the US Postal Service. In my opinion, I suspect OMB Warehouse may make a practice of this to other unsuspecting customers as well. In my opinion, they are engaged in fraud, and they should not be allowed to get away with it. read more

I ordered a tractor maintenance kit from OMB Warehouse which came with all the right parts, except the two spark plugs were wrong. I wrote a quick note politely asking for the right ones and they said they could no longer help me because more than 30 days had elapsed. I sent them an operator's manual and a cross reference spark plug sheet so they would know that what they sent was not what the manufacturer requires (the plugs were an inch longer and a different diameter). They ignored me. I persisted and eventually, they are sending me emails chastising me for not finding their error soon enough. Not the kind of company I want to work with. If you make a mistake, own up to it and make things right. read more

The short: Product did not fit as described, shipping and communication was terrible, no refund was issued after shipping the item back. The story: I ordered 4 hub centric rings to fit BBS wheels onto a Tesla Model S. Their website claims they ship same day or next day. These were shipped 5 days after I ordered...ok fine, I can wait, no problem. They arrive and I take one of my wheels off the car (I have a home car jack so I can only take one off at a time) to test it out. I immediately see that the item does not fit as described since the wheel did not lay flush with the hub on the car. I remove the ring, place it back in the bag with the other three, and email them to start the return process. Five more days go by before they get back to me with return info and the news that they will only refund 3 of the 4 rings since one was used...again, ok fine, it didn't work as described but whatever, I'll at least get some of my money back for something that I won't use. I ship the items back, pay another $15 in shipping, and wait 10 days to hear back from them. They reply back saying they found evidence that all four rings were used and they will not issue the return. At this point I'm livid and reply back with the exact thing you are reading now. They denied it, essentially calling me a liar and said they will dispose of the item unless I want to play shipping costs to have it returned. Just terrible business over refunding $35 to someone who has just spent $65 on something that was mislabeled, dangerous to install, and still doesn't have the product they wanted in the first place. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a part 5 days later i called to check status of shipping i was informed that there was an issue and that the part wasn't in stock but had just arrived and it was currently in stock. I was told i would get a call back as soon as it was shipped instead i received an email that said there was a problem with the system and that they didn't charging me the $7.99 shipping fee this is why it wast shipped out, i called again requesting to speak to a manager after i saw the same part i order being sold in E bay with free shipping the part i ordered was ($69.99) they again said i would get a call back, i did not i received an email saying i was getting a refund. No one had the decency to call me back especially after i complaint. It is proper to touch base with a phone call especially when the ball had been dropped so many times. i wouldn't recommend this to no one. read more
