Scam company. I requested a diagnostic of my washer, the tech came out and didn't even want to move my washer to open the back to examine the inside mechanism. He only turned my washer on for a minute, which I told him I have no problem with normal loads. I had a problem when I wash heavy items. He made a call and spoke only in Arabic and when he hung up he told me my suspension was bad. A $420 repair. His diagnostic fee was $85 but my credit card was charged $87.55 and he initially asked me for $100 and I had to tell him I was quoted an $85 fee not $100. I decided to get a second opinion from another company and they actually moved my washer to open the back and examine the interior. Nothing was wrong with my suspension! This company doesn't seem to know how to actually do a proper diagnostic and make crap up for business. read more

Unwilling to repair our refrigerator. They were assigned by Samsung under the 5 year closed system warranty for a freon leak (validated by another tech I paid for to confirm). Samsung confirmed they sent a report telling Samsung they can't fix it. This goes back to square one waisting a week of a broken refrigerator. Advise: Don't ever buy a Samsung refrigerator. This is a shady service place they are supposed to do warranty work for Home Depot however after service they give u an extra bill supposedly for cleaning 85 dollars that no one requested they came to change a compressor on my fridge and it was warranty however they slapped a cleaning fee even though my fridge had just been cleaned really a shame... well after they had finished the service they stated we had to wait two days before using the fridge. Finally today we believe we were going to be able to use the fridge and after waiting for two days the fridge still warm not cooling at all its been more than a week between the 3-4 days of them ordering the part and the time it took for them to do the inspection and all for notyhing i am calling Home depot to complain about their repair that did not work i called Omega and they are not answering since i complained of their charge that i never agred on. all my military friend and family stay away from this company. read more

I do not recommend this company for any repair of household electrical appliances. They sent a technician to my house that couldn't speak English nor show any technical skill to resolve my issue. He was rude and show no willingness to lesson to my concerns. To install the part in my refrigerator he had to remove a panel from the freezer, but he broke the drawer. Our brand new LG refrigerator's water / ice dispenser was left not functioning after a third-party, presumably LG-certified, technician replaced a defective door. Omega's LG-certified technician Alex promptly identified the source of problem and fixed it soon after he arrived; under 20 min. He showed up with a neat backpack, and clean disposable booties and gloves in his pocket--much appreciated by any customer!! He promptly put on his booties upon request before entering our house. Today we realized that Omega Appliances did not fixed our machines but they left the machines unattached. The machine can collapsed at anytime if someone touches it. Took screws. Also, the hose in my washer was off? I did laundry at night and came down and major water damage. The living room, family room and the downstairs had a lakes. We quickly and efficiently with the help of my handyman remove all the water, put commercial fans and dried everything. Plus is summer and it is very hot. Monitoring for mold. We took care of it. Is almost done drying. No insurance claim needed. The point is well establish. Avoid them as any disease or plague. read more

Not good. Do not let LG WARRANTY Repair send these people out. I scheduled with LG, they said this was a PREMIERE Repair Agent for LG Washers. I got my appointment. 1-5PM time frame. At 3PM when no call from serviceperson that they were coming, I called OMEGA APPLIANCE REPAIR here in San Diego, CA I got a lady, with kids crying in the background, who said my appointment had been cancelled and they notified LG, but no one called the person expecting them to come out. Not happy. Do not use these folks for LG Washer repair, they may not show, never call you, and you have lost a day of work. read more

Omega Appliance Repair came to our house to fix our "dead" microwave in fast, friendly, and professional fashion. They arrived for the appointment on time and as promised (and the communication leading up to the appointment was excellent), quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it on the same day, and brought our microwave back to life, working better than it has in years now.
