Morning grits, sausage and eggs. Coffee and water to keep you hydrated!

Hearty breakfast every day through the week! Excellent staff, cosy environment and tasty food!

Went on a Sunday morning after church there was four of us. They did have open seating, which was quite easy for us to eat. Our waitresses was extremely intentive, making sure our coffee was full, and our drinks was good. They made sure our food came out expeditiously. We had a lot of people so we have a few different meals. I personally had the Gyro dinner and it was delicious. The meat was well cooked. It wasn't dry and crusty. It's a decent size diner, so it's walk-in and see yourself Lots of menu options very casual place. Staff is super friendly.

Orlando~ Cute little mom & pop diner. Filled with moms & pops! Food was good but not outstanding. We both had the same entrée so it is a little bit harder to review properly. We had the chicken salad. The pita bread that came with the salad was hard as a rock, but other than that, the flavor of the salad was good. This place reminds me of good old-fashioned cooking with down home entrées! Service was good. I'm not going to go rushing back, but if I'm in the area and feel like meatloaf or liver and onions, I think I'll give this place a try again.

From the outside looking in, this seems like every other stereotypical diner... A line outside the door. Breakfast served all day. Fresh, hot, coffee refills before your cup is even empty, and a specials board outside. Nothing was great, but everything was decent. Eggs were cooked exactly as ordered, special orders were perfectly satisfied, and we all left full. Being from South Florida, where we have a diner on every corner, prices were high for diner food, but I guess it is what it is.

Johnny's is a serviceable diner option in Casselberry. No reservations so be prepared to wait during breakfast and brunch hours on weekends. There's also not a great seating option for large families. We squeezed 6 into one of the larger booths but it was cozy tight. The servers were friendly and those drinking coffee were never left with an empty cup or a hot refresher. The food was average diner food fast, tasty, well priced, but not special. Because it was busy it wasn't a great place to just chill and chat because we felt guilty with the line waiting. But we had a filling and well priced meal and went elsewhere to hang out! I had the corned beef hash with two eggs over easy...it was as expected and filling.

Been back twice since my initial review. Have now had the waffle which was great and i can't think of a place that had better biscuits and gravy. Service is consistently excellent

This is Johnnys second location from the first initial one on 436 and University. The newer location is on Universityy and Dean. This one is on 436 in Casselberry across from Pet Bazzar. Can't say nothing but higher phrase about this establishment. Plenty of seating during normal hours during the week. You'll definitely have to wait your turn during the weekends. Parking is plentiful. I usually stick with what I like. Farmers Omlette, grits, whole wheat toast and ham slices. Service is pretty quick depending on how many people are inside.

Love Johnny's. Go a lot for breakfast on the weekends and it's such a good experience every time I'm there. Staff is wonderful and welcoming, always attentive and the food is great. We never have to wait long and our meals are always excellent. Classic diner vibes, couldn't ask for better.

On 6/25 we took my parents to Johnny's Diner for breakfast. We seated ourselves as that is the custom here and were greeted by a friendly server who knew my folks. We placed our orders and within 15 minutes our food was on the table. I really enjoyed my hash browns with cheese and onions added with a side of crispy bacon immensely. We come to Johnny's every time we visit and other than the BLT, have always enjoyed everything we have tried. Give them a try if you haven't already, great food, friendly staff

Today we visited ready for a great breakfast. We saw a sign on the door "Cash Only" because their CC machines were down on the whole block. We had only $20 cash. The good news is--their prices are so low it wasn't a problem. We were even able to leave a generous tip. Yay!

What a great find! This place has the best Reuben I've had since childhood. If you know of Wicks Applehouse in MI, it is just like it. Our waitress Sidni was the best, great service all around.

They have specials on Monday and Thursday which sounded yummy and at good value. We got classic breakfast fare and pretty much everything was amazing. The only thing that did not WOW us was the biscuit, a little dry and dense but still okay. I would highly recommend the sausage links. They were good quality, juicy, and crispy. The pancakes and French toast were also delicious. They are not crispy but very buttery, soft, flavorful. So if you like that kind of pancake/french toast, this place is your jam. Will definitely be coming back again. We were pleasantly surprised about the prices and the service was amazing too. Jen was our server.

If you grew up in Longwood, you know the Country Kitchen. FULL DISCLOSURE- This is my family's restaurant - my parents became the owners over 15 years ago. Since buying it they moved the restaurant from its free standing location to the plaza behind it. The ambiance/vibe is as it's always been...COUNTRY!! Chickens! Cows! Funny signs, and even pictures of the regulars. It's first come/first serve, with plenty of tables and even a bar top if you like that. Our youngest son got a chocolate chip pancake with sausage and hash browns. Our older son and my wife got the same thing...Country Boy Meal...one egg, bacon/sausage, French toast/Pancake, plus a side of hash browns. They all LOVE hash browns! I got BLT on rye bread with home fries! The food was really good, not anything fancy, it's a home cooked meal. You should be full from your meal and might have some leftovers. If you're in the Longwood area, Country Kitchen is a great spot.

On my first visit, I ordered the Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Pancakes with link sausages and a glass of orange juice. The pancakes were delicious, the sausages hit the spot, and the orange juice was... well, you know... orange juice. It did its job! The atmosphere reminded me of a classic country diner--cozy, welcoming, and filled with an older crowd, which I honestly prefer. One thing I really appreciated was being able to seat myself. That's always a plus in my book. Sometimes being escorted to a table means ending up in that one awkward corner nobody wants... but I digress. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily come back. My significant other, however, wasn't nearly as impressed. Oh well--you win some, you lose some! Sometimes breakfast is just a pancake split decision.

Fun fact, diners were started in New England region of America in the 1850s. All this to say, I love a good diner. I mean the American diner has always been there for middle America. The closest one to me and honestly it's definitely hidden away is the Maitland Breakfast Club. It's pretty much situated on the boundary line of where the City of Altamonte Springs starts. They have large space that's casual and what you would expect for a diner. Anyone can walk in wearing their Sunday best to pajamas. The waitresses are very welcoming and exactly the kind of person I would expect to invite me into a diner. We had gone on a Saturday afternoon and they're not a diner that's open late, so more of a breakfast diner really. Now I got the eggs Benedict with bacon and hash browns. For me, there are three breakfast staples I believe all amazing must revisit breakfast places should have. A good cup of warm regular coffee, eggs Benedict, and good crispy hash browns. I mean some places have other things like lattes and hash brown bowls, and I'm not saying those aren't good. However, when you nail the basics, you can do anything else. The hollandaise sauce was great and didn't split and bacon was crispy. The hash browns were super crispy, which I loved, and I could tell it had been made on a flat top grill, which is another very classic American restaurant kitchen appliance. The cup of coffee was good, I mean they had the sugar packets and the creamers right there. Overall, I would rate it a 9/10 and it set us back about $15 for just my portion. I will be back (said menacingly), Maitland Breakfast Club.

The food was just as good as I remembered from a few years ago. It can be difficult to find consistency in restaurants these days, so I really appreciate that the quality hasn't changed. It's nice to have a spot like Sourdough to add variety to the rotation of mostly American breakfast spots. I ordered the Sourdough Bread Plate, which is a large portion. Even though it's listed on the lunch menu, I was still able to order it for breakfast. Their bread is incredible, and everything tasted so fresh! The ezme is a wonderful addition to add to the avocado and labneh toasts. I also tried the Turkish coffee, but as someone who doesn't drink black coffee, it wasn't quite for me. I would recommend it mainly to those who enjoy strong, black coffee, though it was a nice touch that it came with a Turkish delight! My only minor critique is that the staff weren't around very much. Our server checked in on us once, and after waiting a bit for someone to bring the check, we eventually just walked up to the counter to pay. Nonetheless, everyone was very friendly!

For a weekday, that felt a little odd. I think the food definitely makes up for it.
