4.5, loved their fullerton location and glad that there is another spot here in costa mesa (even though they are just take-out). loved the food so hopefully there will also be a dine-in location some day!

The restaurant has plenty of seating and a good view of the outside shopping centers. It has a nice vibe especially if you're doing a dinner and they have a nice cultural influence. Service was amazing, the host was checking in often and the food came out in good time. The food overall was decent. Honestly I've had Peruvian food with more flavor profiles and payed a little less, the chicken was a little dry and did not have that Peruvian, you usually get some good spices and citrus with Peruvian food and it felt closer to fajitas with French fries. The yuca fries were actually done really well but came with no sauce or dip and the empanadas were good but fell apart t very quickly. The filling was good and there was a whole green olive inside that had more flavor than the meats. I would have chopped up the green olive, and integrated it more. Lastly the fried rice was pretty good to be honest ... I think that was the best thing I had while there but it did need some of that spicy kick. Overall I would return to Inka but it will not be my first choice for Peruvian food.

I got the Cabrito Norteño (highly recommend). My in laws shared the Arroz con mariscos (don't recommend, the dish was dry for some reason). Service was great and parking was easy.

It's great for a date night. We got the empanadas as an appetizer and it was really good. I got the lomo saltado. Only comes with 4-5 pieces of fries so we order an extra side of yucca fries. The lomo salad was great. A bit too salty for my taste though. My husband got the aji pasta w/filet mignon. He said it was really good. The portions were pretty good. We were full after our meal. It was a bit pricey for dinner. It came out to over $100+.

The food is always flavorful, fresh, and consistently good every single visit. I love that I can always count on them for quality whether I'm in the mood for something light or a full meal, everything hits. The atmosphere is comfortable and the staff are always friendly, which makes me keep coming back. You literally can't go wrong with anything here. The whole menu is the special of the day or night! The pisco sours are amazing here. I love getting the one of Maracuya. I get the Ceviche Mixto which has raw fish cooked shrimp and calamari. The Causas come with 2 you can either get two chicken or two tuna or one of each. You can ever go wrong with the empanadas or the papa Rellenas. I'm not a big salad person but I love the salad that they offer I usually ask if they can add chicken (with an extra charge of course). Mmmm now for the entrées....... You ask what's my favorite out of the whole menu. It depends what day are we on? I'm a big Peruvian that loves her Lomo Saltado but I like getting the Lomo Mar Y Tierra. It's like a Lomo Salado they just add shrimp to it. A little surf and turf yum! Arroz Con Mariscos..... it's like a paella, it's green rice because they marinated it with dark beer and cilantro sauce with all the seafood in it. Pescado a lo macho...... it's a little spicy if you can't do spiciness. It's a Bronzino without the bone with different sea food in a delicious red sauce and a side of white rice. Out of ALL the pasta my all time favorite here is Tallarin A La Huancaina. It's a really good creamy yellow sauce and on top they put Lomo. To me it's literally like having pasta and Lomo Saltado with out the fries or the side of white rice. Arroz Chaufa...... Peruvian fried rice. I love fried rice. I usually get chicken with it. Aji De Gallina...... I'm picky with this dish because I only eat it when my sister makes it BUT here.... Yum! I love the one they make here. I can keep going on about the food here. Ohhh can't forget the Cancha that they serve you right when you get seated. It's a corn that they fry there at the restaurant. It's literally so addicting. You can't forget the dessert. They have 2, the first one is Crema volteará, it's a baked custard, kind of like flan. I'm not a flan person but this one I would eat every time I eat here. And they have Peruvian Alfajores, it's a powder cookie with like caramel inside, and there's 5 in the order. Big shout out to all the servers! If you're looking for a reliable Peruvian restaurant that actually delivers every time, this is it!

I've been going to Bella Cuba since I've lived in the OC the area for the past few years and…read morediscovered a love for their Cuban food. The high level and consistency of service and amazing food I had every time going to Bella Cuba is truly unique. Regardless if its just a simple lunch break, birthday dinner with friends, or anniversaries; I've spent a lot of time at this restaurant and have never had a bad time. So much so, that when it came time to figure out a caterer for my wedding Bella Cuba was my first phone call. Nick and his father Antonio were upfront with me about having never catered a wedding (we had 150 guests!) before even though they've catered other large events. I was convinced with their food and level of service that they would do an great job, and once the day came they did not disappoint. We got a little bit of everything: salad, garlic bread, beans, rice, garlic shrimp, pollo asado, and the oxtail! Nick coordinated with us every step of the way for months prior to our wedding. He even stayed for the whole wedding to make sure the food was served properly! One of the big takeaways from our wedding from all our guests and vendors was that they've never had better food at a wedding, and I think that's a testament to Nick and the whole staff's work ethic and attention to detail to their level of service and great quality of food and ingredients. My only wish is that my wife and I had more leftovers for ourselves, but the look on our guests faces when they got to take home the extra ox tail was worth it. Now, whenever my wife and I go back to the restaurant we're reminded about our fun wedding, and the food and service is always just as great. My wife highly recommends the oxtail. Being a vegan myself I always go with one of the vegetarian specials (They're vegan!) as I love the beans and yucca. I can't recommend this restaurant enough, 10 out of 10 for everything, you won't be disappointed!

HOW THEY FIX MISTAKES AND MADE THINGS RIGHT…read more I eat here from time to time and the food is excellent as well as the customer service which is second to none. I ordered the garlic chicken to go. However, when I got to work I realized they accidently have me two boxes of rice and and beans. I gave them a call, told them about it, and it was no big deal. I totally understand the lunch rush and all the boxes look the same. We're all human. This isn't the zombie apocalypse. I'll survive . That being said it was it was really how well they handled the situation. I returned there after work and we had a good laugh about it. Not only did they gave me the full correct order but also realized I like that lemony flavor of Cuba, but they also have a me a really nice dinner to go for me evening. And yes the lemony pork was absolutely delicious. There was no hesitation, no dispute, just all smiles acne appreciation from both of us. So to sum it up it really wasn't the mistake. It was HOW THEY MAKE YOU FEEL and how they take care of you as a customer. a now loyal custom for years to come.

Since we had never tried Peruvian food before, we decided to give this place a try -- and we're so glad we did! As soon as we walked in, we noticed the ocean-inspired décor -- seashore elements, fish, seashells, and fishing nets on the walls. It gave the restaurant an exotic charm and made the cozy space feel warm and inviting. We ordered the signature Ceviche 19, Pulpo a la Parrilla, Arroz con Mariscos, and Tamal -- definitely more than enough food for the two of us, but we wanted to try a variety of dishes. The food arrived surprisingly quickly. The moment we saw the generous portions and smelled the aromas, I had a feeling we had found a hidden gem. Every dish tasted delicious, and some flavors even reminded me of food we enjoyed in Spain. It's honestly hard to pick a favorite because everything was so good. The ceviche came with such generous portions of fish -- it felt like fillets from an entire fish! The Pulpo a la Parrilla was unique and beautifully prepared, with a variety of vegetables including tomatoes, potatoes, green onions, and huge Peruvian corn. The Arroz con Mariscos was rich and flavorful, and the seafood tasted incredibly fresh. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to bringing family and friends back to try it!
