I was impressed by his knowledge of the issue, and the quality of the work. I have some experience with other pest control companies in the past. Both were bigger companies, with owners then hiring guys to do the work. I like the model of this one better. I think we're working simpy with one, knowledgeable guy. He works in an unmarked truck. He's the guy -- he's the talent, and he knows his stuff.

I've been a customer of Simple Pest Control for nearly two years. When I first started using the…read morecompany, the owner Keith was professional, informative, and respectful. Unfortunately, that changed over time. This spring, I was informed my pricing was increasing because he was restructuring his pricing as he worked to grow his business. On the subsequent visit he informed me he was again changing his pricing structure and increasing prices. As a loyal customer, it felt like existing customers were simply paying more to help finance that growth rather than being valued for their continued business. Towards the end of May, I paid to have my home treated for ants. Initially, I only saw an occasional ant afterward, but within a few weeks, I was finding groups of ants in multiple rooms throughout my home. When I contacted Keith, I expected the issue to be addressed. Instead, I was told that Simple Pest Control does not guarantee its work and that I would need to pay for another treatment. He also stated that his product takes one to two months to become effective and that pest control companies don't offer guarantees for ant treatments because ants are so pervasive during the summer. This directly contradicted what I had been told during previous visits. In the past, Keith assured me that if the treatment didn't resolve the issue within a couple of weeks, he would return and re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost. After I pointed this out, he eventually agreed to perform a one-time "courtesy" re-treatment. The customer service during this "courtesy" visit was even more disappointing. We had agreed on a 2:30-3:00 PM appointment window. At 1:06 PM, I received a text stating he was running early and would arrive in 20 minutes. He never asked whether I was home or available. I happened to be grocery shopping and had to abandon my cart with the store manager and rush home. As he was finishing the treatment, I explained that if he was going to arrive more than an hour early, he should at least confirm that his customer was home before showing up. His response was, "I don't need to ask my clients anything. I'm doing you a courtesy. I'm not going to plan my day around you. I'm not even getting paid for this, and I'm too busy to stop and ask you for permission." I'm not quite sure how he plans to treat the inside of a home if the homeowner is not home... At that point, I asked him to leave my home. After this experience, I contacted several other pest control companies to compare their policies. Every company I spoke with stated they stand behind their work and would re-treat the same pest issue if it returned shortly after service without charging the customer again. They also advised that their treatments begin working immediately rather than taking one to two months. I ultimately chose Pest Fighters because they offer a service guarantee, reasonable pricing, effective treatments, and products that are safe for household pets. My experience left me with the impression that Simple Pest Control is focused more on growing its business and raising prices than on taking care of the customers who helped build it. Between repeated price increases, the lack of any service guarantee, inconsistent explanations about follow-up treatments, and disrespectful customer service, I can no longer recommend this company.

I really appreciate their complimentary services outside of the quarterly ones if it's a particularly bad season for pests. Their technicians are great, and they try to send the same person every time, which I appreciate. My current tech, Kevin, really goes above and beyond. He noticed an area near my front door where rodents were potentially hiding, so he put down some wiring to protect the area without me asking. He also gives me at-home spider traps I can use and even disposes of them during his visits since it rather grosses me out to do so :) Also, during my most recent appointment, I was totally frazzled due to meetings happening at work, and I told Kevin to go ahead and spray my garage area, and that I'd close the garage door later when I could. What I discovered later is that Kevin actually closed the door himself without me asking, which just shows that he actually thinks about the customer and what's best for them. That defines good service. Finally, their customer service folks are also great. Whenever I've had to reschedule or have questions, they are always easy to get a hold of, prompt, and friendly. Parker Eco is the kind of company where you don't have to think too hard about using their services because they're really good at what they do. That lack of mental overhead makes it easy to recommend them!

Let me tell you instead how I called this guy nearly TWO YEARS AFTER THE INSPECTION in a panic during the last big freeze when an exterior hose bib failed. Why? Because a) the water company had come through and updated the water meter, changing the look of the main shut-off (rendering my limited experience with the valve totally useless), and b) no plumber would come out, since they were responding to 19,383,629 other freeze-related emergencies. I expected NOTHING from this guy at this point: it was the hailiest of Hail Mary's. Instead, I got a quick "I'm on my way" from him. WHAT?!? When he got there, found another shut-off, and kept me from going without water (and my house from floating away on its own plumbing-failure river), my shriveled little Grinchy heart DID grow three sizes that day! My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

Awesome!!! Came out the same day I called. Nice guy and communication was excellent. Kept our distance because of the whole Covid19. He was professional and knowledgeable. Quick too. We've had wasps in our shed every year and he finally did what he did and got rid of them. We had tried at home sprays but they were mean and came back. He treated them once and told us he guarantees his work. The wasps were still there after a few days so he came right back when we called with his gear and equipment. We are waiting to see any more wasps so far looks good! Would definitely recommend. read more

David from OMNI Pests is a lifesaver! We had been struggling with an ant problem for several weeks. We tried everything we could think of, but nothing seemed to work. David came to our house and inspected the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand. Shortly after that I received a text message response asking for my full name, address, and email so that they could enter my information into the computer. That struck me as odd, but given the situation I was facing, I gave them the requested information. After that they told me that the earliest they could talk to me was Monday at either 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM. It was unfortunate to have to wait two days just to talk to someone, but I assumed they must have been very busy. We scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM Monday morning over text. However, when 9:00 AM came around I didn't hear from anyone. I tried calling the number that had texted me, but it went to voicemail. I tried calling the main number I had called on Saturday, and it also went to voicemail. After nearly an hour of waiting, I texted the number explaining that I had to go into a meeting at 10:00 AM and asked if we could reschedule for the 4:00 PM time slot. At 9:57 AM, the person responded saying they were "just getting ready to call", but that we could talk at 4:00 PM instead. Now imagine my surprise when the person from Pest Fighter tried calling me at 3:37 PM. Then again at 3:40 PM. And then texts me at 3:44 PM asking why I was not answering. I responded to the text immediately, explaining that I was in a meeting until 4:00 PM. I asked them to call me at 4:00 PM, like we had agreed on previously. After that message I never received another text from them. When I called shortly after 4:00 PM, my calls went to voicemail. To this day, I have never received a response from anyone at Pest Fighter. No texts, no calls, nothing. I debated posting this review. Maybe Pest Fighters provides good service if you can actually talk to someone, but I wouldn't know. After playing an unprofessional game of phone tag, I contacted another service who was not only able to talk to me, but who was also able to make it out to my house at the time they said they would.

No real problems or issues and they have good customer service when we've rarely had to call their office. We don't actively have any major invasive pest problems so we use this company for exterior preventive protection. The come by on a monthly or quarterly basis depending on the contract and check on the bait stations and spray the exterior grounds next to the buildings. We like their report that is available after each visit which itemizes details of each bait station serviced and recommendations for preventative steps we can take to minimize unwanted pests (mainly rodents in this area). This company says they've been around since 1921 so that's pretty good.

She even explained why the visit needed to take place when it was not raining since these wretched beasts (my words) were not out and about in such weather. Thank you! YAY! * Next, he walked the entire property, again listening to my concerns. * After that, he explained everything he was suggesting he do, clearly and specifically. He also made sure I knew the chemicals they use would not hurt my pets or koi, nor would they kill mason or honey or bumble bees. Excellent! * Their prices are fair! * He then proceeded to actually treat the property right then, not next week, next month, he did it right then! Call them. You will thank me.
