Overall good hotel, especially on the west wing. I stayed here on two different occasions. The first time I was on the west wing. It was quiet, spacious, and more updated. Although the sheets were worn with holes in them, I was willing to overlook it because of the room size, view, and bathroom size. The second room on the east wing was smaller in space and size. The chair was in front of the mirror which was oddly placed. It was not as clean either with hair in the bathroom and towels upon arrival. Still, it was a good night's sleep. Just nothing to write home about. Great location though. You're right next to the mall and cvs and right across the street is the bus center and 2 blocks from train station. Front desk is super friendly. I'd give it a 3.5 star honestly. read more

Several outlets in my room could not charge my phone. I woke up in the middle of my first night there to realize that there was a smell coming from the bed, as if it had been soiled and then improperly cleaned. The room had two beds; the other one was fine. Do not disturb signs are not provided. So house keeping is coming whether or not you like it, and if you happen to return to your room while house keeping is there, you will be politely asked to wait while they finish. That's not the fault of the cleaners, it's the company's responsibility to provided DND signs. The was a locked door connecting my room to someone else's, through which I could hear everything. Forget talking, I could hear every footstep, every furniture creek, which means those poor people could hear everything I did. The front desk called me on the hotel room landline while I was packing because they were confused by my scheduled late checkout, and needed me to tell them if I was leaving at 2 or 4. I had to press both ends of the phone cord into the receiver and the phone body, respectively, to hear anything that was said. When i finally managed to hold everything just right to permit a clear channel of communication, like some WWII radioman, I said I was in the middle of packing so I could check out at two, but if they were offering to let me stay til four, I'd gratefully take it. They said no. The conference chairs are medieval metal frames hidden under the illusion of padding. I skipped panels because my body hurt, as did others I spoke with. Stayed here for one night. Even with trying to access the guest WiFi and deluxe package, I could not get onto the WiFi at all. It was incredibly annoying, so I just went a night without WiFi. Couldn't figure out how to dial front desk. They were very polite, though I was kind of annoyed they were calling me by my middle name, which is not my preferred name. I haven't stayed at an Omni for many years, but I liked this location and decided to give it a try. The valet service was prompt and we were offered help with our bags, which we didn't need. The check-in desk was available, though it was early and our room wasn't ready. I was told they would text me when it was cleaned. We gave our bags to the prompt and polite bellman, and headed off for a walkabout in Providence. Five miles later, after an excellent lunch at Hemenway's, we returned. I didn't get a text, and our room wasn't ready, in part because we had a corner suite and there are fewer of those available. However the desk clerk told me another suite was available and the same as the one booked, so she checked me in. It was a large and nicely appointed room, with sofa, two wing chairs, large desk, king bed, and expansive views of the city. The room was in excellent condition. But it was warm! It was 74 degrees. I turned the thermostat down to the lowest setting, 67 degrees and made sure it was on AC. About an hour later, the room was still 73 degrees, even though we opened several windows. As the night cooled, and more windows were opened, the temperature went down to 71 degrees, which though still warm, was acceptable. We also had another issue, the TV wasn't a smart TV, it used Google Cast. I tried it from my PC, then my phone, called the front desk, but couldn't get it to work. The next day, prior to heading off to the Seastreak Providence to Newport Ferry, we let the front desk know of these issues. When we returned that evening, the room was 68 degrees, as was the thermostat. Fixed! Once again, I tried to get Google Cast to work with my phone, to no avail. The front desk sent up an engineer, who was able to launch it. You had to tap the room number notification at the bottom of the screen. Google Cast doesn't tell you to do that, but that's how he got it to work. Overall, I was impressed with the Providence Omni Hotel, and think it's in an excellent location. Service was professional and responsive. Considering they use Google Cast instead of smart TVs, and the temperature issue wasn't reported prior to our arrival, I'm comfortable providing a four-star rating for this visit. We have stayed here now for 4 years. The location and building being connected to the mall is a super bonus!!! The staff are also very nice. However the rooms are VERY basic. We always get the corner high floor room that has a great view of the city, but the rooms are starting to be in need of some TLC. The outlets are loose and finding one that allows my phone charger to stay put without falling out, the windows being UBER drafty and the bathroom fixtures being worn down. Very nice hotel located in the heart of downtown Providence. Fleming Steakhouse is located inside as well as a coffee shop. The best part is that there is a 3-4 story mall attached with a FABULOUS food court. It has Thai, Chinese, Sbarros, a cheesesteak place and a few other restaurants. It's a small food court, but you can find something in it. Lastly, there are tons of stores and a movie theatre. Room was clean, comfy and quiet. read more

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is older. You can tell by the elevator and the rooms. The rooms in the east tower have huge metal doors inside the rooms. It has been kept up well though. The lobby area is absolutely gorgeous and the front desk staff are so personable and efficient. My flight arrives late and they got me checked in within 10 minutes of arriving to the hotel. It was quiet, but located in an area where there are food and shopping options. There are restaurants inside the hotel and a walkway to a shopping center across the street via a bridge. I would gladly star here again. It was only about 20 minutes by uber from the airport. I enjoyed taking the elevator to the coffee shop every morning. The bath products in the bathroom were also amazing. They smelled so good that I used them instead of what I brought. read more

We originally booked this hotel because online said there was a swimming pool, which was for the kids (otherwise we would have went else where). Our arrival was fine. Our check in was great.we arrived around 11:45 check in at 12. We get to our room, and I normally do a spot check which I hope everyone does and the beds were big. Everything was nice at first glance. Then I go to the bathroom ...... I started noticing small things. Which I showed in my pics. What I didn't capture was the peeling of the toilet seat. Even my kids didn't want to sit on there. I was a little disappointed but we already paid for our rooms so why not enjoy the stay Connected to mall was a wonderful experience. We didn't have to cross any streets just walk over the bridge. Very convenient! Our stay was fine. Although I had to call down to the front desk a few times and ask for towels to our room which seemed to take forever. For the price we paid to stay here for 3 nights I feel like things could have been more ...upscale. Paying for early check-in seemed a little pricey too. The cleaning staff was PHENOMENAL! Always ready to help at a moments notice. When I opened my door and they were outside resetting other rooms & cleaning they were great. Shout out to the cleaners on the 12th floor. I could be getting This name wrong but also shout out to DJ (guy with salt and pepper) locs) he also helped us when we first got to our rooms. The kids enjoyed their stay overall. This hotel seems to be having a collapse in its physical plant management. 1) This morning the elevators stopped working for several hours. There were no apologies from any of the staff. None. Instead, hotel guests were, after much waiting, shepherded into a dirty, garbage-smelling, back hallway to use the service elevator. No apologies. Nothing. 2) The heat in my room didn't work. I asked it to be fixed on my way out for the evening. When I came back? Still nothing. 3) Last night, after a very long day, the shower in my room literally took 45 minutes to provide hot water. 4) This morning, the hot water in the shower ran out after 5 minutes. Omni is a lovely hotel with so many onsite and nearby activities. Everything is clean and comfortable. You really cannot go wrong. Be sure to use their valet parking because if you park in the North garage you'll pay $25 every time you leave whereas valet is a flat rate of $38 and you can come and go as you please. There's no city I love more than Providence so going to the Omni means everything I love is nearby! read more

Just checked out of the Omni Hotel in Providence and had to say location was excellent! Great cocktails and bartenders at Fleming's right next door. The only bad part about our stay was the woman at the front desk who told me to go upstairs to use the restroom instead of unlocking the one on the main floor lobby. WTH! Beyond rude! read more

Bella is the best at the front desk. She provided exemplary customer service throughout our stay. We were in town for a Cheerleading competition for the weekend. The pillows are very soft, they disintegrate under your head. I ended up stacking four of them and my head was still on the mattress in a few minutes. Besides the pillows the Omni is great. We had a great lunch and some custom cocktails at Fluer restaurant and a fantastic dinner at Flemmings steak house. I would recommend calling and making a reservation for Flemmings if you want to dine there. Food is amazing and the wine list huge. read more

For a second, I almost felt guilty for my class warfare feelings after visiting Newport. But seeing the comments of spoiled lunatics about the Omni, I'm ready for battle (yes I realize that Newport residents aren't the ones grumbling about the towel racks at this particular hotel). I'm a Super 8 guy (cue "Common People" on the soundtrack) but was delighted at the chance to stay somewhere more glam. We choose the Omni in Providence because it's in of fabulous location over looking WaterFire & an easy walk all around the city. We waited online to get dropped off in front of the hotel, lugged our bags inside and then waited on another line to check in. Unfortunately, it was not an express check-in and there was quite a line. We stayed here previously, and it looks like the hotel is being renovated, I didn't recognize the lobby. We took the elevator upstairs and weaved through the hallways until we got to our room. I was pleased that we needed to show our key to go up in the elevator. Our room was a Standard room with a king bed, Keurig, coffee pot, large screen, TV, a refrigerator & not much of a view. The room was a bit worn with chipped furniture and dirty stained worn looking chairs. There was plenty of space to place all of our luggage. We had lots of towels and nest toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and it did get hot, and our room was quiet. 68° was ad low as our air conditioner went in the room just didn't feel cool enough. I think when we were asleep and not moving the air conditioner went off and the room got very warm. Once we were up and moving around, I got significantly cooler I was happy to have housekeeping come in after the first night and give us fresh towels, toiletries, and coffee items. I had difficulty breathing in this room and couldn't figure out what it was. I took allergy pills and allergy sprays yet still had difficulty breathing. I am allergic to feathers and asked at the desk, our pillows are feathered and will be removed. Flemings is the restaurant that's attached to the hotel with an entrance from the lobby. The gym on the sixth floor was clean and had extensive machines and cardio equipment. The pool was closed for maintenance. The Omni is connected to the Providence Place Mall, convention center and visitor center with access is on the second floor. Morsels is a coffee shop on 2, we used vouchers for complementary drinks. read more

Went for a conference. Wifi has been down all day. Hundreds of people travel and are remote for work. Nobody seems in a rush to address it.

Fitted sheets, man. These may be hard to fold, but what's worse is when you toss and turn, only to be awakened by the wrinkled pandemonium that formed beneath you. Overall, the hotel did many things right, but little-ish things made it a less-than-stellar experience. The Omni is not an inexpensive hotel; for the money it costs, I would hope for a slightly better experience. ** Disclaimer: the below are my general observations; I realize not all of these are 100% the fault of the hotel ** In no particular order: The good: + Cleanliness - I found the room, hotel, and bathroom very clean. No issues or errant eyelashes. + Staff - Everyone I've interacted with, from the front desk, bar staff, and housekeeping I encountered in the halls, etc., has been kind, professional, and welcoming. + Location - I found the hotel to be close to dining, transit, and easy on/off the highway. It also seems centrally located when it comes to points of interest. + Safety - I felt the hotel was pretty safe regarding its location and the hotel's common areas. Also, access to guest floors was restricted to guests with a key card. + Room - The room was spacious and had a pleasant layout. I also liked the large writing desk. + The option to have your bed linens changed at any point (and not just the bed made) was a nice touch. The not-so-good: - Noise - even though my room was on the 19th floor, there seemed to be a lot of street noise that made its way into the room. - Bedding - See above on the lack of fitted sheets (otherwise, no issues) - Outlet placement - As a solo traveler, it wasn't a big deal for me, however, only one side of the bed had outlets. With folks charging phones by their bed, having this on both sides would be a no-brainer. - Balcony - The lack of a screen was a little strange. With the weather as lovely as it was, I would have loved to leave the door open for fresh air (with noise, if only during the day), but I would also let bugs in. - Thermostat - While the temperature setting of mid-60s was perfect for me (thus no need to complain), it seemed there was no way to adjust the temperature. Only turn the climate control on or off. - Light Switch - One of the light switches controlled only one of the bedside lamps. The lamp has a switch on it, as well. Switch off? The lamp won't work. Lamp off? The switch won't work! The lamp in the corner, though, is not switch-controlled. - Bathroom - A decided lack of a place to put a bath towel when getting out of the shower. Furthermore, they have a card stating that to conserve, only towels on the floor will be replaced. This is great; however, besides one hook on the door, there is no place to put towels for reuse to dry. - Navigation - While I realize they are in the renovation process and appreciate that the two "towers," plus the attached convention center, do not help, I found myself getting lost often. The Omni has the essentials: a clean and safe place to stay. Further, some things are hard to blame them for. I don't expect them to shut down entirely for construction, and soundproofing that number of rooms would be prohibitively expensive. Yet, minor details could be easily rectified, making my stay more pleasant. read more

I was not impressed with my experience here, starting from the booking. Our whole softball team stayed here with a room block that generally locks in a discounted rate. We were quoted $219/night and noticed the invoices were actually charging us $279. We figured out that the reservation defaulted to counting every head as an adult and increasing the cost. They did correct that, but then when we were on the website we noticed the regular rate for Sun-Thurs was only $152, so they were actually charging us more than what anyone could hop on the site and book for. Customer service swore up and down that they don't have different rates for weekends and weeknights and refused to adjust our rates for the weeknight portion of our stay. I ended up modifying my original booking and then making a 2nd separate reservation for the remainder of my stay, to lock in the $152 price on my own. Upon my arrival the front desk said they weren't going to make me move out and back in on the same day and that I could stay in the same room for both of my reservations. Well, they didn't communicate that with room service half way through my stay, room service used their key and walked into the room thinking it was empty and ready to be cleaned. Luckily, we weren't changing or anything, but it was still a not a comfortable situation to have someone barge into your room. The front desk failed to tell us we had to use our room key to go up on the elevator. It wasn't until someone else joined us that we were given the instructions. Some of our other teammates who were also part of the rewards program were given a complimentary drink ticket per night they stayed. We were not. We thought their was a pool but were disappointed to find out it had been closed down about a year ago. No complimentary breakast. The buffet will cost you around $32 per person/per day. Valet with run you $38/day or they'll tell you that you can park yourself for $20/day. What they don't tell you is that if you leave and return, it's another $20! The chair in our room looked like someone had an accident on it (see pic). Speaking of, there was literally feces in the sky walk one evening. It took them so long to clean it that somebody walked through it. One would think they'd scrub out the stains. Nope. There were poop streaks there for all of us to enjoy for the rest of the stay. I could go on and on. With all the costs that add up to stay here, this place should be in much better shape! read more

The Association of Rehabilitation Nurses had their conference at the Rhode Island Convention Center that is attached to the Omni. We received a group rate to stay and the only negative thing I would say is that after checking the group rate against the state rate (I work for state government) there was a substantial difference. I think they could have done better giving this large group of nurses a better rate. That being said, it is a lovely property with great customer service. Room was clean, housekeeper was there everyday and greeted me in the hallway. Despite the lobby having renovations being done things were still very organized and safe and I was on the 9th floor so didn't hear any noise. The best part of this hotel is the connection on the 2nd floor to both the Convention Center on one side and the skybridge to the mall on the other. In bad weather you don't even have to go outside. There is a great coffee shop on the 2nd floor near the entrance of the convention center and of course Flemings for dinner or drinks (very pricey but worth it). You can order food delivery but have to pick it up in the lobby since they are very strict about security (not a problem for me). I stayed here for 3 nights and when I left I realized I had left my Apple Watch in my room. I called security from the airport and by the time I got home (east coast to west coast) it was on the way to me via Fed Ex and I got it the next day. That is customer service!!!! I didn't rent a car or park there, took Lyft to the airport and back, only about $15 so it was worth it. Everything is within walking distance. I walked to the lovely RISD Museum which was beautiful (see my review on their page). Recommend signing up for the loyalty program (Select Guest) before you go. You will get free wifi and free coffee coupons! I would stay here again and again. read more

The A/C was very loud and it went from hot to freezing and back to hot all night long. We enjoyed that you could take a hallway directly to the mall on the 2nd floor. I stayed with my family-- husband and two boys (7 and 4)-- at the Omni Hotel in Providence, RI. I was excited to stay as the Omni where I'm from has a great reputation. I booked directly through their website. By the time I finished the booking process, the website had deleted a promotion I had selected (the Bed and Breakfast package), and when I called to add it back on, I was told I could change rooms and add it for an additional $150 dollars a night. I was not interested in adding to the bill white that much, and I was disappointed that the promo disappeared upon booking. The day before we arrived, the hotel texted to offer us early check-in for $30. I had already pre-booked early check-in at a rate of $65. I asked for the $30 rate and was told I couldn't have it because the rate goes up for weekend arrivals. This was frustrating for me as the hotel was the one to reach out and offer this accommodation and the lower rate in the first place. I did not reach out to them. When we checked in, we found the valet prompt and kind and the room cramped but very clean. All the staff we met in person were lovely. After a long morning traveling, I wanted to switch on the TV for the kids while I unpacked. There are no kid channels on the TV (at least not ones my kids watch), so we needed to set up the streaming service using the hotel WiFi. I was supposed to get free WiFi as a select guest member, but every time I went to sign in, the screen kept saying they were going to charge me an additional $30 a night for WiFi. I tried calling Guest Services from my room phone but no one picked up. Eventually, I found a tiny tech help number on one of the screens that listed WiFi prices. I called that and was connected to some company the Omni clearly sources its IT issues to. I felt like I was an employee rather than a guest as I went through a series of complicated steps to fix the WiFi issue. The whole thing was really infuriating, given the price of the room in the first place ($400 a night). I will not be back. It feels like the Omni caters to guests hosting events at their hotels rather than the average guest who's there with their family and looking to enjoy a weekend away. read more

I stayed there for a conference September 23-28. I have reached out to management and on the Omni website without any response. I was attacked by bed bugs in room 1710. I had bites all over my body, had to see a doctor who diagnosed the problem, and was terrorized wondering if I brought them home with me. I have never had this happen. Highly do not recommend. "They called me Sweet Rhode Island Red" (Ike and Tina Turner) When the Omni did something right they were magnificent, and they were magnificent most of the time. They are located right in the sweet spot of Providence tourism - near the Convention Center, Providence Place Mall, lots of saloons and restaurants, the Summer's River Fire, and a short walk to the Italian food mecca that is Federal Hill. The hotel is beautiful, and our corner room on the 9th floor was one of the most amazing hotel rooms we've ever had. It was huge beyond words, with nice views of the city on two walls. All of the mechanicals worked fine, the WIFI worked fine, and the bath and shower were great. In fact, our bathroom was maybe 3 times as large as some big chain hotel bathrooms. A young lady named Sarah checked us in and was terrific, so helpful with maps, advice, and lunch destinations. Our room rate was a convention rate of $209.00 USD plus a Room Tax of $27.17 USD. Now, if there was anything about the Omni that bothered me, it was the nickel and diming for extras. For example, you can either self park or valet park. We chose to add onto our registration for a Discounted Valet Parking fee of $20 USD. But you need to know that all that does is reduce the valet fee, it doesn't cover it fully. I mentioned the room WIFI earlier. It isn't free unless you join their Select Guest program, which I did the night before I checked in after reading their website's fine print. More a la carte/nickel and dime features arrived in the form of text messages offering early check in ($40) and two late check outs ($50 or $60). I've been travelling to hotels since Gerald Ford was in the White House and I NEVER had to pay for an early check in. The text I received said check in was 4:00, but we could get into our room early for $40. Of course we scoffed at that. We arrived at the hotel around 12:30 PM, and presto!! We were whisked right into our awaiting room. Good thing we didn't pony up that $40. On the morning of our departure, we received a 7:30 AM text advising that check-out was 11 AM, but for a $50 of $60 fee we could stay as late as 1 or 3 PM. Other things you should know is there is no hotel breakfast service other than room service, and the main escalator has been out of service off and on since the pandemic. In fact, it's being ripped out and will be replaced with a Grand Staircase. But the Omni's good points far outweighed the others and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. read more

When I last stayed in Providence, this Omni Hotel was a Westin. It's still a beautiful, landmark hotel in this city. The main lobby with the huge chandelier is beautiful. We had a room on the 15th floor and it gave us great views of the city. It's located right in the center of town so it's an easy walk to the Capital or to Federal Hill. The Providence Mall is attached, so you don't even have to go outside. The only criticism I have is that I think it's way too expensive. The cost of the room is high, plus add $35/day valet. At least they could serve free coffee, but no the coffee shop is upstairs at $5/cup. That said, I knew the cost going there and it was a special occasion. Only issue we had was the outlet in bathroom wasn't working. read more

We were running a little bit later than expected (less than an hour) got to the hotel and were told that they gave our parking spot away and we had to find public parking. No help whatsoever to tell us where to park. The only reason we chose this hotel was the parking included. Way to ruin a trip. read more

Last night we were here, we were woken up by the people in the room next door being loud and partying at 3:30am. I called the front desk, they did send security promptly up to check, we requested to be moved to another room because they were still making noise. Mind you it was 3:30am, to get another room with a king bed we had to walk across the whole hotel to the other tower, we decided to just take 2 queens in the same tower we were in just a few floors up, of course they put us in a room next to the elevator. Upon checkout we expected to be greeted with apologies and a free night stay or refund but instead we were only offered 1 free night of vip parking, we didn't even park there because it was too expensive so we parked elsewhere. Extremely disappointed in the way we were treated and they said because we booked through a third party there was nothing they could do. NOT TRUE! Being the hotel itself they are they ones that should be making it right, it is not booking.coms fault. I will say I will never be staying at this hotel ever again, and they don't update amenities either which was the least of our worries. read more

I probably would have given them 5 stars except for the fact that the AC only appeared to work when we were moving around in the room. Not good for sleep. We stayed here 2 nights for Waterfire. After the 1st night we mentioned the AC problem to the front desk. As my wife has reactions to feather beds and the bed had feather pillows, we also mentioned that to the front desk. That they addressed. The hotel appeared dated but you could see that they are in the process of renovating it. There wasn't a wow factor as opposed to when we stayed here over 5 years ago. The hotel location is excellent. Most of the things to do in Providence are within walking distance. FYI Waterfire is close by. Despite all, we certainly would stay here again. read more

This hotel is so dated and they have the gall To charge outrageous rates with moldy bathrooms, worn out carpeting! Such a shame. Service particularly at the cafe on the second floor was very good though, extremely friendly and helpful. Valet team was prepared for influx of guests this weekend they were holding an event. But the hotel itself needs an upgrade to the rooms, especially the bathrooms! read more

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. No pool even though almost all the websites advertising this place says they have one. The AC in the rooms don't go below 69 degrees (Sucks on a 95 degree day) if it works at all. The water pressure and hot water is almost none existent. Also the rest of the hotel just seems runned down. Forget about parking. No free parking for guests. You are forced to pay for valet (28 bucks a day) or pay for garage parking that charges you 20 bucks every time you park your car. Was told by security that I looked "unprofessional" while I was talking on the phone in an unoccupied section of the hotel. I made the situation known to management any they responded quickly and appropriately. There are plenty of other places in the area to stay. I would choose somewhere else next time. read more

Room is clean. Staff is helpful and friendly- very approachable. Our room 417 was spacious and although it just looked out onto a rooftop it was fine. We had drinks a Fleur which was hopping all evening. Elevators are fast. Parking in garage next door for $20 a day. read more

I've stayed here many times, including 3 times over the past 3 months, so I felt a full review was finally warranted. Overall, I like this place. The staff are very friendly and efficient. It's clean and has a certain grandeur about it. However, it's not without its problems. See the pros and cons below. Pros: - Great downtown location and within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues. - Valet and self-parking available. Self-parking is of course cheaper and is connected. Drive past the hotel entrance to the North Garage on the right, and park on level 4; there is a walkway leading you from there to the hotel. - Rooms are comfortable and clean. They're not well worn... yet. Robes are included. There are also room safes; sometimes they work and sometimes not. - Food and bar service is generally good at the restaurant named Fleur on the 2nd floor, especially for lunch and dinner. Hours are decent. - Flemings Steakhouse is directly off the lobby. Somewhat pricey but good food and they have lunch specials on the weekends starting at 11:00 am. - A walkway bridge from the hotel directly connects you to the Providence Place Mall. - It's across the street from the Convention Center, which is connected and when open also allows indoor walking access directly to the Amica Mutual Pavilion. - It has a store for sundries and snacks, but a CVS is close via the walkway bridge to the Mall. Cons: - The rooms can be noisy, depending on the floor and location. There always seems to be a droning/pulsing sound eminating from somewhere, especially if you're near the elevators. Some rooms come with a sleep machine to help drown that out. - It's near the RI Convention Center, which can be a Pro, but it's definitely a Con if there is a children's event or competion going on. Then the place will be swarmed with juveniles running amok. Not the hotel's fault, and I'm sure they rely on the business generated from these. Check the convention center schedule and avoid staying there during said events, especially on weekends. There are plenty of other lodging options in the area. - The elevator waits can be very long, especially on weekends when the events described above are taking place, and the cars are often full and stop frequently as a result. They have also had one elevator out of service for the last several months, which contributes to this issue. - The escalators from the street to the 2nd floor have been out of service for months. - Fleur is somewhat inconsistent. Sometimes there is only a breakfast buffet in the morning, other times not. During kiddy conventions it may not be available at all in the mornings due to bookings. - This hotel gives you the smallest bar of soap I've ever seen, mabe 1.25" square. Bring you own if you want to have a bigger one. That's it. Hope this helped you. read more
