My sister recommended this boba place and decided to swing by after lunch. We were lucky as there was no line. She said usually it's a long line so we lucked out. I got the Ceylon milk tea creamomo with the cheese foam. The wait time was about 7 min and the drink itself was really tasty. I got regular sugar level but it wasn't too sweet.
Sooo saddd the seasonal Pineapple Alice is gone..you don't even know!!! I'm legit crying inside, cuz I was seriously addicted to that drink..so when I stopped by today & found out, I had to find another yummy substitute. *sigh & tear* I was in a fruity & refreshing mood, so I opt'd to finally try the strawberry tornado fruit tea. I've been so hesitant in the past, cuz I didn't know how'd I feel about the cheese foam, but shockingly..to my surprise. I LOVED IT! Not the same Pineapple Alice LOVE, but it will do, for days I'm leaning more fruity than matcha. The blended smoothie made of fresh strawberries is sooo refreshing and being swirled w/ their cheese foam and strawberry bits, it somehow just all works & balances. I get 80% sugar level, which is perfect and not overly sweet, since it is a smoothie and the blended ice will already water-down the sweetness. Just trust. Heads up, it's a non-caffeinated drink, but does contain dairy, for those who are lactose-intolerant..be warned. Lol A total RxFoodie recommend & must-try!!!
Located next to Starbucks, near the Tustin Ranch 99... parking is plentiful, though parking lot can be busy. Staff is friendly, and environment is bright and welcoming. Oolong milk with, no ice and 30% sugar... my new "less guilty" pleasure drink! I have tried 0%, 30%, and 50%. I think the 30% is the best balance of milk tea sweetness and tea fragrance. I love that they top off the drinks even when you ask for no ice...excellent value. My kids usually like the Thai milk tea, which is plenty sweet at 80%... might try 50% next time and see if they can tell the difference. There's usually a line queuing but it moves fast. There's a seating area while you wait for your order number to be called. Nice space, doesn't feel cramped while you wait. Thumbs up for OMOMO.
10/10 Omomo Matcha Special - This is my go to drink and I always ask for 80% sweetness. TBH I think I could go even less sweet because it's overpoweringly sweet sometimes even at 80%. 7/10 Boba - I was a bit disappointed in the boba. This is Omomo which is one of the most popular spots in SoCal and especially for this price point you expect perfection. I would say 75% of the boba was soft but the other 25% was kind of dense in the middle. All boba should have the same soft consistency. Cost $8.25
OMOMO is now open in Tustin and is located right next to the 99 Ranch Market. This spot is in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Definitely expect some lines still, but it is not as bad as the Irvine location. Inside, there is limited seating at this one so it is more of a grab and go vibe. This specific location has new seasonal drinks and they are definitely worth trying. The Pineapple Alice is one of my fave drinks I have tried in a while!
So glad to see this spot finally open up a location in Tustin! It's a fantastic addition to the area, though the popularity is definitely showing--the parking lot can get pretty busy, so definitely give yourself a few extra minutes to find a space. The drink quality is as consistent as ever. I went with the Smashed Avocado, and it was a total hit--creamy, fresh, and exactly what I was craving. It's easily one of the best versions of this drink I've had. If you're looking for a reliable boba fix in a great location, this is the place to go.
Got to try the new magnolia tea at omomo! It was my first time at their Tustin location. I only waited about 10 minutes total to order and receive our drinks, which is insane compared to the hr+ wait times at the Irvine location! I don't live too far from Tustin, so honestly I could see myself coming here instead to avoid those waiting times! For drinks we ordered the magnolia tea with cheese foam and boba, and the avocado smash. The magnolia tea flavor was very light and refreshing and as perfectly complimented by the salty cheese foam! The avocado smash was super refreshing on a warm day, and had strawberry bits on the bottom. Both drinks were the perfect sweet treat! Overall I really like this location, and the drinks here are good quality! :)
Love this place! Only been here twice, both times looked like long wait for drinks, but they are amazingly quick. Took longer to get to head of line with 8 people ordering in front of me vs less than 5 mins wait for the drink. Can't recall what I got first time, but second time I had the Omomo matcha, best thing ever. Wish it was closer to me! With all the competition saturating the market, this place rises above.!

The line can get long, but they keep it moving very quickly. The drinks are also prepared quickly and it seemed a little bit faster than the Irvine location. My favorite drink is the strawberry green tea. It's very refreshing and full of fresh strawberries. The only menu that they had was right above the cashier, so it's best to look at the menu online while you're waiting so that you can order as soon as you get to the front of the line.
I was frankly surprised by the poor service at OMOMO, and given the cold "corporate" response I received afterward, this will likely be my last visit. I had high expectations given the premium pricing, but the experience was subpar. I ordered a matcha milk tea, and the staff member suggested adding foam. She did not mention an extra charge, nor the amount ($1.25). When I noticed the higher total and asked about it, I was dismissively told to "look at the menu." Expecting a customer to hunt through a dense menu for a price that should have been disclosed during the upsell is simply poor service. Beyond the service, the drink itself was a disappointment. The foam--which I didn't even want--ruined the flavor, the matcha was lackluster, and the boba was mushy and stuck together. Additionally, there is no real seating; the interior is just a waiting area, and the only nearby tables belong to Starbucks. When I reached out to customer service later that day, they simply sided with the staff, stating in an email that guests should check the confirmation screen. It's disappointing when a business prioritizes being "right" over basic hospitality. For over $8 for a drink (with foam and boba extra), you can find much better value, a true sit-down experience, and better boba elsewhere. The biggest disappointment here is how they treat customers who are actually trying to provide constructive feedback to help them succeed.
Tried the seasonal pineapple drink, Pineapple Alice, and really enjoyed it! It's a pineapple yogurt blended drink with whipped cream on top, perfect for the hot weather recently. I will say that the yogurt flavor was more on the Yakult side rather than a drinkable yogurt flavor like the one at Yomie's Rice Yogurt. So here it's a little sweeter and less of the greek yogurt vibe I was expecting if that makes sense. Nevertheless still great and of course I'm giving Omomo five stars because of that mango tornado, seriously never gets old.

If you get one drink here, hands down get the OMOMO Matcha with the Oreo blended in. The Oreo really makes a difference and for only an additional cost of $.75, it's well worth it. It's a delicious dessert, so treat yourself. read more

A new Omomo spot! It was extremely busy! The line was long. Once people placed their orders, more people come in continuously...line just don't shorten at all! There was a seating area. Once people picked up their orders, a spot opens up. My friend and I ordered the Mango Tornado and Oolong Milk Tea. Very good drinks and satisfying on a hot day. read more

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. Parking lot is a shared business plaza huge no problems with parking. Very large, clean, and spacious inside. No sitting tables just benches to wait for your drink. The line was short and moved quickly. My drink came out quickly too. Workers all looked miserable. I asked for a recommendation and she was not enthusiastic at all. It's okay maybe they were all just having a bad day. I just went for a black jade milk tea full sugar and full ice. It was perfect for me nice and cold and refreshing. Just a slight bitter tea after taste sugar level was great. I like this milk tea and would definitely come back and try other flavors. read more

Newly opened next to the 99 Ranch. Most of the seats were taken for people waiting for drinks. The wait for your drinks can be a bit long even though there weren't a ton of people there. We weren't necessarily in a hurry but we had to be somewhere in 20 minutes and we were not expecting to wait for 15 minutes for one drink with 4 people in front of us so -1 star for me. The seasonal magnolia milk tea was silky smooth and floral. Boba was pretty good too, a little bit on the soft side. read more
There was a line out the door on Saturday at 12:30 p.m., but it wasn't too bad of a wait compared to the Irvine location. There is a fairly sizeable waiting area inside, which is nice. I ordered my favorite Grapefruit Smash ($6.85) and it tastes the same as the Irvine location. This is definitely going to be my preferred location if the wait is shorter than the Irvine one - which is the only reason why I don't frequent as much. Another thing to note is that it is located right next to the 99 Ranch Supermarket, which is super convenient if you're looking to pickup some groceries as well. read more

After seeing all the hype these past few years especially since their Irvine is their most popular, I'm glad that more locations opened! I decided to give it a shot and got the Omomo Matcha since my friend had recommended me to try it. Not gonna lie, it is pretty pricey, nearly $8. BUT luckily there wasn't a line when I went, so I got my drink really fast! The drink itself was a good balance between the crème brûlée and the matcha flavor was pretty strong but tasty. Their matcha definitely kept me up at night. Afterwards, I've come here a few times. There was a time when I got a drink with Aloe Vera and it was really bad. Tasted like sink water... so based off of my experience I would only stick to boba. read more
Came by opening day and the line took about 20 minutes. As you waited in line the staff would come out occasionally to pass out the menu so you knew what to order by the by you got to the register. Parking: There is a large parking lot but parking can be tricky due to the multiple business in the area. You might have to circle around during the prime times like around 5 ish or in the evening. Wait time: Took a little longer but it was opening day so the staff were learning how to make drinks. I'm sure once they are open longer it will be more fun efficient. Happy to see that OMOMO at Larwin Square in Tustin finally opened. They are still on soft opening mode. There was a line when we came by around 8:15 pm but it wasn't too bad of a wait (about 10 mins for 2 drinks). Loved my Taro Paste Fresh Milk. Would definitely order that again, next time w boba. Pretty decent and the service was really quick. I haven't been to an Omomo location in quite a long time so I wasn't sure what to expect. The tea is definitely on the sweeter side and I feel like it was a little bit watered down by the milk, but overall a pretty enjoyable milk tea. Nothing about the drink really stood out to me as amazing but maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. read more
I visited Omomo Tea Shoppe on opening day, which meant a pretty long wait (over an hour), but they did hand out a tote bag and keychain, which was a nice bonus. I was excited to see a new Omomo location closer to home and was especially curious about their location-specific drinks, like the Magnolia Green Tea series. I ordered the magnolia green tea with matcha foam and minimal sweetness. I liked the idea of it since magnolia is such a pleasant, fragrant flower, but the flavor ended up being stronger than I expected. It just wasn't quite my personal preference, though I can see how others might enjoy it. The shop itself is really nice--modern, bright, and filled with natural light. There aren't tables to sit and drink inside, but there is some seating available while waiting for your drinks. read more
We were in the area and since we have try Omomo in Irvine and Brea, why not give this new location a chance. I like how this place is in a bigger plaza so parking is so much easier to find than the other two locations. The decor is simple and sleek. Less people waiting compare to Irvine. In term of drink, it's good as usual. I try the Tustin exclusive Magnolia matcha and surprisingly the Magnolia flavor overpowered the matcha. Matcha didn't shine through. Overall, I would definitely comeback. read more

Omomo is great! I will start with the drinks. The drinks are awesome. There is a wide selection of drinks too. The drinks were very big though. The service was great too. I got my drink in about 10 minutes. The workers were kind and patient. The store is really cute and has some seating. This is a great place to get drinks! read more
It's finally open, the long-awaited Tustin location! The shop is crisp and clean, minimalistic which I like. There's a high-back couch on one side and a large bench in the center, perfect for people to sit while waiting. So far I've tried grapefruit smash and taro milk. The grapefruit smash wasn't as smashing as I was expecting and the verdict is still out on the taro milk. The purée didn't mix with the milk. I think it would be better blended. I know Omomo is well loved so I will give it another chance.. Perhaps the staff is still working out some kinks. read more

Great to see another Omomo location open up! What's great too is their flavors are the same, still the great tea taste unique to Omomo. Came here on a Sunday afternoon and the line wasn't too bad. Took about half an hour from waiting in line to getting our drinks. This location is much more spacious inside. It was still part of their grand opening special so they were still giving out pins, Keychain or tote bags. There is a Tustin exclusive of Mangolia flavored drinks so decided to try it out. I've never had Magnolia flavored drinks before so this was a new experience! It was definitely floral as expected, but not too overpowering. I also got their black jade milk tea and uji matcha, both classics! The staff were new of course but were all friendly and drinks came out promptly. read more
We came by today around 2:30 pm and waited an hour to order our drinks. Only one cashier taking the orders. We got our drinks in 2 mins once we placed our orders. They should've another cashier to take orders then the wait would be a lot shorter. The poor guy who was taking orders was very patient. We got a lemon tea and a mango tea. Both are pretty good drinks. We got a free tote bag for each of us and a discount card for future visit. I don't think it is worth an hour wait. I hope they will offer online order or have 2 cashiers to take orders. Plenty of parking in the lot. read more

Steep Thoughts: Florence's Quest for (Her) Perfect Black Milk Tea Black milk tea: 1.5/2. I always get the Black Jade Milk Tea, less ice, 30% sweet. It's very milky/creamy, slightly fruity, mild, and overall pleasant, although it's a little sweeter than I would expect 30% to be. I like it better than the Ceylon Milk Tea as that one is a little too floral for my personal taste. Other drinks: 1/1. Good variety of milky and fruity tea drinks, foam toppings, and other add-ons, with non-dairy milk available. Unique drinks for the Tustin location are Magnolia Green Tea, Magnolia Milk Tea, and Magnolia Matcha. I tried the Magnolia Green Tea which is mildly floral but very astringent; I probably should've gotten the Magnolia Milk Tea for a creamier drink. Ambiance: 0.5/1. Simple and minimal decor with some long benches for seating but no tables. Gender-neutral restroom available. The music is really loud, so you kinda have to yell to place your order and it's hard to hear when your drink order is ready. This shop shares a parking lot with a 99 Ranch, but parking isn't bad if you're willing to park a little further in the lot. Service: 1/1. Order at the counter. I came during the soft opening, so it was very busy but the workers were friendly. Expect to wait a while both to order and to get your drink. Total: 4/5 read more
Woohoooo first review!! I love omomo and have been going for years now so I was so happy to see they were opening one in Tustin! The inside is a lot more spacious than the Irvine and chino hills location with large benches. We got the oolong MT (50% sugar) and it's so creamy and delicious w the boba. The matcha cortado tastes like matcha ice cream and everything here is perfection. read more
So exciting that there's a new location open that's more convenient for me! The line is still pretty long on weekends, but it moves quickly. The quality of drinks is on par with the other locations. My favorites are the omomo matcha and the milk teas! They also offer seasonal drinks, which is the magnolia series right now. The magnolia series is a floral light tea that's really refreshing! read more
