I ordered this weeks special #1 which was very light on the stomach but filling. Plenty of cheese, chicken, and tomatoes throughout with a nice light sauce over penne. The chicken parm was also very good. Right amount of cheese and parm on top with great breading and a perfectly cooked chicken breast. The housemade sauce was on another level. Very tangy with plenty of tomato chunks just the way I like it. Very good portions at a very good price.

It's about $7 for the Pretzel Bites. Kind of basic with a side of cheese sauce. I used mustard. The rest of the menu has meaty items like pork chops and things like that. I had placed many online orders for pick-up on my 30min lunch break, to ensure I had proper time to drive to, pick up my food, and quickly drive back from the restaurant. After a few pick-ups took around 20mins after promised time, I was pretty upset. I was told they only start making food once the person is there to pick it up, so I asked what's the point of placing an order online and receiving a pick-up time, when the food only starts to get made once you're at the restaurant to pick up? That's when the owner stepped in (My family and I have had many pleasant convos with him before at the old location), turned red, bunched up his face, and legit yelled at me "What do you expect? Do you want your fries to be cold or do you want them fresh?" (I was taken aback, and responded "I expect my order to be ready at the time indicated"). He told me I could go elsewhere. I get it. I was receiving consistently poor service and was upset when I asked the cashier about timing, so he stepped in to defend his worker. What I don't get is how you can tell a customer to go somewhere else when they're expecting their food at the time promised (or at least within 5 mins...I'm not THAT picky).
