We explained our concerns to Ismael, who assured us that he would stick to the timeline and finish in a timely manner. We accepted that with a grain of salt. First off, Ismael and his crew were professional in their work, started the job, which took 6 weeks to complete and never missed a day. They started early in the morning and worked till early evening and Saturdays as well. They never disappeared and he was in constantly communicated with us in regards to the status of the project that day. Unlike most contractors, he was organized and well planned, even gathered materials and supplies, prior to or after leaving the job site. Every evening at the end of the day, he and his crew would thoroughly clean and remove all materials, debris and tools, leaving the job site free from hazard, dust or unsightly mess.
