Having explained and showed a male attendent at the front what work I needed, he stated that the lady who does sewing only can do simple sewing. In his opinion, the task was very simple and agreed that it could be done. He asked that I show and explain what needed to be done to a lady he called from the back of the shop. As I tried to explain and show the simple task to the lady he identified as their seamstress, she became abrasive and unwilling to allow me to explain and show what I required. I even pinned the fabric to make it easier for her to understand what needed to be sewed. It was as if she did not want to listen to my instructions nor understand the simple job requirement. I asked her, "Why are you yelling and stop just for a moment to listen. I attempted to explain what was required. It was as if she did not want to do the work. As a customer, I should be able to explain clearly what is required to ensure there is no misunderstanding before work is done. If this business can not perform simple alterations, it should remove its advertisement indicating alterations are done. Extremely poor customer service. Nasty attitude and rude. Don't recommend this business for alteration services.
