My mom is a huge fan of French cuisine, so I was ecstatic to see a brand new beautiful restaurant pop-up just in time for our belated Mother's Day celebration. The designers did a wonderful job as stepping into the building you are transported into a chic and cozy bistro. The bar especially is a stand out with a beautiful floral arrangement front and center. We sampled a few of the lunch, menu items, including the veggie quiche, the traditional Lorraine quiche, and the croque madam. The quiches both thoroughly creamy and had great flavor. The quiche crust is beautifully layered and adds a great buttery crunch. I did not personally try the croque madam, but my family could not stop singing the praises of their delicious sandwiches. There were a few ebbs and flows with service that can easily be chalked up to the newness of the restaurant, but Ebony handled everything beautifully with a smile and happily fixed an issue that we had. On the cafe side, Lina helped us pick out some great pastries which were also to die for. The peach tart is my favorite, which unsurprisingly won the best dessert during taste of Alpharetta. One day in Paris has true potential to be a neighborhood staple as it offers so much versatility, originality, and flavor.

I love the location, beautiful decor, and pet friendly patio at One Day in Paris! I also love that they offer a gluten free pastry option. I have been twice and had the veggie quiche both times. The first time it was absolute perfection so when I ordered it the second time I was surprised that it seemed totally different and super loose and gooey in the middle. I'll probably try it a third time in hopes of getting a good one again because that first time was so good. The pastries are beautiful. The coffee was fine. Staff was friendly. The vibes were outstanding!

Pastries are superb, golden flakes make me feel fancy service is nice, and the environment is beautiful, I will be returning soon

This dish seemed like a blend of cassoulet and duck à l'orange. definitely a favorite for us!

There were eight of us and the atmosphere was great for winding down, and the service kept up with the happy hour rush without missing a beat. Definitely adding this to the regular rotation--highly recommend catching their happy hour specials on a nice day!

I had the love potion which was a seasonal drink to celebrate Valentine's Day. It tasted like a cosmopolitan. The Duck Around and Find Out was heavy on the blue curaçao, so if you like that flavor, you'll love the drink. I enjoyed it. The calamari didn't have as many ring calamari as I would've liked but crispy. Needed a lemon or something to make it pop for the flavor. My fiancé ordered the blushing margarita which was also special for Valentine's Day. It was a really good raspberry marg, would definitely order again. Then, he had the adult Capri sun sangria, which was good but really sweet. The server did warn that it would be sweet, so wasn't bad just something to note. He also had the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls which were pretty good. Definitely filling as far as meat portion, enjoyed the flavor. Would've liked a little more cheese, and for the price, a larger amount would be better. It was two big rolls cut in half to make it seem like it was a large amount but really wasn't. The service overall was a little slow as far as getting food and drinks, but the servers themselves were pretty attentive. It was easy to get someone's attention, and they checked on us often enough. It was also very pretty on the inside, so aesthetically, it gets points there, too.

This place exceeded my expectation's!!…read more My niece is the first person that told me about Cooper's Hawk. She did the wine tasting at the Tampa location and raved about it. I then chatted with friends in the Maryland and Chicago area who confirmed that the hype is real! This location opened February of 2025 and I finally made my way to check it out. The location is about 30 minutes from me so it's not necessity in my neck of the woods. A friend said she would drive so I was game to check it out! The restaurant is located in the same plaza as Studio movie grill. There is ample parking around the restaurant, When you walk in you are in the tasting area of the establishment. You have to walk through the tasting area to get to the host stand. We were able to make reservations online so we were seated within a few minutes of arrival, Our server Emma was top Tier!! She deserves a raise, that's how good she was! She told us all about the wine as well as went over the menu and the specials. She is extremely knowledgeable about the wine and the food and was able to provide solid suggestions and feedback. We were able to sample a few wines. I really enjoyed the Vin chocolat Noir wine ( it's not as sweet as it sounds) and the raspberry peach sangria ( I went home with a bottle of this). Note: I do not typically consume alcohol but figured since I was at a spot known for wine I had to give it a try. If you love wine , you will love this place ! The food was done well! According to the about section of the website " Each dish is made fresh in our scratch kitchen, incorporating peak-of-season ingredients, and listed with a bin number to guide you to your selection's perfect wine match." The food tastes fresh and was flavorful! We had the following: Starter: complimentary bread and butter. The bread is a pretzel bread - very unique! Appetizers: Asian Ahi Tuna Sashami, and the classic tomato bruschetta. Both were really good. I can't pick a favorite . I will say you can't go wrong with either choice! entrees: pistachio crusted grouper and baked Parmesan shrimp scampi!! I had the grouper and the combination of fish, mashed potatoes and asparagus paired well together . I wound order this fish again and again. I also tried my friend's scampi and it was all out of this world, bursting with flavor! Overall this place offers a beautiful dining area, stellar customer service with great tasting food and wine! It s a win across the board! I honestly do not have any suggestions on making it better! I hope that the service remains consistent as well as the quality of the food and drinks. Looking forward to additional locations in the metro Atlanta!! -- Cooper's Hawk ---- you have a new customer!!

It was nice out so we asked to be seated outside. They have outside seating on the roof and also out front. We were seated out front. It was a wonderful experience. Although it's a wine bar we just had water. But noted the wine flights for a future visit. They have 6 oz pours, which is nice. The flights are interesting though. They have three wines in a flight where you receive a 2 oz pour of each wine in the flight. They tell you that they cannot mix and match wines from different flights, so you have to receive the wines that are in each flight, which is fine with me. We started with the goat cheese beignets with the honey sauce. They have a decent helping of goat cheese inside of each beignet. My wife says that it was almost too much. And I joked that there's never too much goat cheese. Lol. My wife had the chicken kabob which was very elevated. It didn't come on the skewers which was nice and it had a really flavorful sauce and roasted veggies. I had an arugula salmon salad with a citrus vinaigrette which was perfect since I didn't want anything heavy. Perfect for a date night after a concert where we enjoyed the music, met friends, and enjoyed our entire evening. My wife said that it feels like we're on vacation, and it did! We highly recommend CRU.

It has been my experience that few bottles that go under $40 are worth my time. I was wrong. Amy, owner of TOTT, shared with me 4 wines that ran $15-$20 that I actually truly enjoyed. Her selections are impressive, small batch bottles, 5,000 in existence or less from around the world. She also has a strong meat and cheese selection and an adorable dog to boot. I will be back!

I didn't know what it was, until some friends of mine booked a wine tasting for us. What? I love wine tastings, and thought I had to drive to Dahlonegha for that. No idea there was a place so close by to do wine like this. We walked in and were walked back to a quaint room with a long table and chairs around it. A reservation had been made for the wine tasting, so the four of us were seated with some other people that had made the reservation as well. Amy, the owner, came in and introduced herself. She was so knowledgable about wines, and really was informative. I have to say I've been to several wine tastings before, but I learned a lot here from Amy. She told us about herself, and what her store is all about. She stated she has about 300 wines in her shop, and she has tasted every single one. She stated that she got a lot of her wines from small producers, and that most of her wines were under $20. She said she liked to have a unique variety of wines that would be good to grab for a dinner at home, or for a gift. She also had several imported and domestic cheeses. We had the opportunity to try a few different cheeses, and by far my favorite was the brie/gouda mix Belletoile. It was so good and creamy. The crackers that were served with the cheeses were so good as well. We had a peppercorn and a plain cracker. Both were really good, and I loved the small sizes of the crackers to go with the cheese. They were made from a small company in Chamblee called Georgia Sourdough. You can buy their crackers at this store, so you don't have to drive to Chamblee. So the wine tastings are Monday-Saturday. Drop-in tastings are Monday through Wednesday for $10, which includes four wines and one cheese with cracker. Thursday through Saturday, Amy does a six wine tasting paired with 3 different cheeses and crackers for $18 per person. The latter requires a reservation. Each tasting has a theme, so for instance, the one we did was USA Wines. And I tried my first Riesling I actually didn't mind. It wasn't sweet. She mentioned that before I tried it, and she was right. You also get to keep the BPA plastic stemless glass you use to do the tastings. She chose these BPA glasses, because there is no odor like with most plastics and doesn't have that plastic taste, either. The glasses are very sensitive to heat, though, so don't put them in your dishwasher or they will melt. She serves the wines from lightest to heaviest, and she told us if you rinse the glass each time with water between tastings you will change the way the next wine should taste. She said going from lightest to heaviest will nix the need to actually rinse the glass. If you like any of the wines or cheeses you try the day of the tasting, you can get any of them for 10% off. And she won't tell you the prices of the wines until after the tasting, which was a good idea. She didn't want us having preconceived ideas on the taste based on knowledge of the price. Unfortunately, I picked the most expensive wine as my favorite. I wouldn't pay $27 for a wine for any regular evening, but it's a good choice for the weekend or entertaining. I'd love to come back here, sooner than later. I am so excited my friends discovered this place, and will definitely be back. If you live in the area, check it out.
