Everything here was amazing! From food to service 10/10. Perfect place for a nice lunch with seating outside on a nice day. Cornbread: 5/5 Spectacular, give me 14 of them right now! Quite literally the best cornbread I've ever had. So tasty, flavorful, and moist! Kanpachi: 4.5/5 Fresh and delicious. The thin sliced peaches really tied the dish together imo. Just wish the slices of fish were a tad thicker or if there was more. One Fish Chowder: 5/5 So good. Creamy, flavorful, and the cornbread croutons to top it off. Fancy Chicken Strips: 5/5 I honestly wasn't expecting this to be anything special but I was wrong. Juicy and delicious. And the oyster remoulade paired to dip with.... altered my brain chemistry. Buffalo Fried Mussels: 4/5 Yummy! I think it would've tasted better if more fried/crispy but might be a personal preference. Mussels were fresh though. Aerated Pandan Cheesecake: 3.5/5 A great and refreshing dessert! I'm not a huge sweets person so this was perfect. I couldn't really taste the pandan otherwise would've been a 4.5. This definitely has become one of my favorites so will be coming back frequently when I can!

My group made a reservation for Saturday night dinner, and it was the first time I came back in a while, but we enjoyed our dinner experience at One Fish Raw Bar. The restaurant is located in downtown Campbell and there's plenty of street and garage parking. The restaurant itself had very simple, clean, and modern feel and was very intimate. The menu changes daily based on what's available, and we had the choice to do family sharing style ($125/person) or al la carte. Since the menu wasn't super extensive, we decided to give family style a try so we didn't have to think about what to order and how much to order. The family sharing style came with 4 raw dishes, 4 starter/appetizer dishes, 3 main dishes, and 1 dessert. For our raw dishes round, I really enjoyed the salmon (with some type of chili oil), and the scallops with Chinese sausage. For the appetizer round, I really enjoyed the clam (although a bit small) and the potato chip with caviar (very creamy and flavorful). As for the main, I really enjoyed the cornbread although would say the ikura gets a bit covered up by the creamy sauce (although still incredibly delicious). We also got a short rib but I found it to be a bit heavy in the sauce and on the saltier side. The dessert was a chocolate peanut bar that felt like a very elevated snickers bar. Overall, food is pretty good even though on the pricier side and the service is excellent. This is definitely more of a special occasion kind of restaurant!

Came here for the valentines tasting menu, service was great, everyone was super friendly. Very clean and quiet inside. The food is very unique, it's definitely a fusion take on a lot of dishes and most things I forgot what it was but ate it happily. Overall the food was good I don't think I was shockingly amazed at anything but I did enjoy the food thoroughly! For the price though I feel I could get something I personally would enjoy more else where.

One Fish is our favorite restaurant in Campbell (and probably all of South Bay). The food is fresh, innovative, and delicious! Trent, Josh, Edalyn, Lucy, and Team are top-notch and truly passionate professionals. An evening here is less like a formal dinner, but rather more like a nice meal with friends (who freaking kill it in the kitchen and have an outstanding playlist). We love coming with our pups and enjoying the outdoor seating. The food and vibes are perfect for a true happy dinner party feel! If you're looking for big portions and/or traditional sushi/sashimi, this isn't the place; go to Sushi Confidential down the street. It's most certainly quality over quantity at One Fish. Come with an open mind, a thirst for something new, and a hunger for an enjoyable dining experience. The pictures are from their Happy Hour (4p-5p Wed-Sun), a nice way to introduce yourself to One Fish.

Brought my husband here for his birthday celebration. I came in, thinking we would do the family style meal, but my husband didn't want me to pay over $125 per person, so we went with the Ala carte menu. We basically ordered everything off of the raw menu. The raw fish was really fresh/melt in your mouth!! Oysters - 3/5 - not much flavor. Ahi tuna - 3/5 - kind of bland. Sushi roll - I think it was the dragon roll? 2.5/5 - the rice seemed...undercooked/dried out? The rice didn't have much flavor. This was my least favorite. Hamachi poblano & chorizo - 5/5 - we loved this! More flavor and the fish melted in our mouths. Halibut with pineapple & tomatillo - 4.5/5 - loved this too. Interesting flavors with the sweetness of the pineapple. Albacore with tuna tataki & fiji apples - 4/5 - pretty tasty too! Cornbread - 5/5 - definitely must order this! It's pretty unique. My husband couldn't stop talking about this one. We loved how it had a "crust" texture with every bite. Service was great! Nice ambiance. I recommend making reservations, just in case. They even gave my hubby a bday dessert which was fantastic! Pricey date night spot, but creative flavors.

My husband and I popped into One Fish Raw Bar for the first time on Saturday for a late lunch, little did we know we were in for an amazing treat. Everything--truly everything--was delicious. Trent took great care of us and offered spot-on recommendations. We shared the chowder, cornbread, hamachi, salmon, and kampachi. The presentation was beautiful, the service impeccable, and the food absolutely off the charts--fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully prepared. With just five small plates, we felt like we traveled the culinary world, hitting some of our favorite flavors from Thailand, Mexico, and Japan. We weren't sure how the Irish chowder and cornbread would fit alongside the raw bar selections, but it all came together seamlessly. A fantastic experience from start to finish--we can't wait to return.

Oh yes it's expensive. Yes it's very unique. I posted a bit of the pictures. The experience is something I can't quite explain. Everything was unique and favorable. There is quite the selection of Sake for your liking. Some beers as well. Overall a unique experience with some friends. There are a few different dinning options. We were the only people in the restaurant. It is small. The only small complaint is perhaps a visit from the chef who we saw working and then left. Perhaps it's on purpose or perhaps I could have asked. But this kind of experience I would assume that. My fault maybe.

    Cornbread to die for

We came here Saturday upon recommendation from a family member. First impression upon walking in - it's small and sort of empty. Is it really that good? We went with the Omakase tasting menu, which seemed pricey at $125/person but was recommended. We were in for a TREAT - Food was absolutely excellent, inventive, creative and beautifully presented. Omakase was 3 "snacks", 3 more small dishes, 3 main dishes, and dessert. It was the perfect amount of food, with "snacks" being understated for the size of some of the dishes. Overall, I would come back here anytime. It truly is a gem and I don't think many people know about it yet, so get in while you can get a table!

Yum!!! I was not expecting much from this restaurant but blew us away! We actually initially thought we were getting the Omakase but you have to reserve that 24 to 48 hours so we got the family style plan which is sort of like a mini Omakase for $125 each. You get four dishes of a raw option, four dishes of snacks option, four dishes of cooked option and 1 dessert each. They could easily accommodate if you have any foods you don't eat. Thief raw fish was super soft and high-quality and everything was so full flavorful. We've lived in New York and chicago in big foodie cities and we were so happy to find this restaurant. It's been really hard to find good restaurants in the Bay Area will definitely be coming back.!

Exceptional food & service! We did the 9 course & every bite was delicious, no misses (rare)! Will def be returning (: black cod w/ xo (?) spicy sauce, hamachi poblano chorizo, Cornbread w/ Dill Cultured Cream Smoked Trout Roe, and caviar egg were the highlights!

    Frank L.

4.5 rounded up cause the fam enjoyed the food and felt the $125 per person price was reasonable Everything was generally good. My only critiques are that the shirt rib gyoza or eggroll could have thinner skin. The thick skin is more western which is fine but I feel like the wrap fights with the short rib for attention. The dessert also could have been better. It was just ok for me. Overall, enjoyed our meals and will come back some day to try the 11 course tasting

Loved this omakase (Chef's Tasting Menu) seated at the sushi bar. It's a very small restaurant w just a few tables, and the setting was quiet, clean and bright. There was another couple who also made their dinner reservations at the same time as we did, and each course was served in tandem while each dish explained to all 4 of us at the same time each round. Beautiful experience!

    Fantastic fish dish

Very unique raw fish bar in downtown Campbell. We loved the ceviche and the rock fish dish. All the plates were tasty and very unique and beautiful. Our server was also great. Cute setting and nice outdoor with heaters option

~$100 per person. With 2 drinks & tip our bill came out to ~$300. Definitely worth it though! You get a ton of food and we were absolutely stuffed & very happy with everything we tried.

Went here on a Saturday night with a girlfriend and we ordered: Steak Fries, Bucatini Pasta, Clams, Tomato & Cheese Dip (AMAZING! ) In fact, every single dish was completely on point. The vibe inside is super fun--there's a tiny bar lit up by a spinning disco ball. However, the ordering process is pretty disconnected and chaotic. You normally have to order food and drinks at the bar, but because the entire interior was so packed with people waiting for tables and pre-dinner drinks, the host kindly offered to help us at our table. The catch? She could only take our food order and not the drinks. It's definitely a bit disorderly, but the incredible food almost makes up for the logistical mess!

My expectations were already low as I'm not usually into tapas style (aka small portion but expensive and possibly mediocre food) but boy was I wrong. All of the food that we ordered was genuinely so good. I still think about the BUCATINI (tom yum butter, lime, garlic and basil) and would solely come back for that dish. The portion sizes were on the smaller side but it is tapas, we had a group of 8 hungry people so that was on our part lol Overall, would recommend and come back to try some of their other dishes and wine! super cute for date night

Anywho, we ordered a variety of items to try: new stamina don, clam chowder croquette, kani chirashi bento, and a salmon kama bento. Regarding the food: New stamina don came with slice beef, sliced beef tongue, braised pork, poached egg, and kimchi over rice. The sliced beef was cooked to rare, and the braised pork was very tender. The rice also came with the poached egg, kewpie mayo and a lemon, mixing it all together with the rice made it have a nice creamy flavor. Clam chowder croquette was something I have never heard of before, so I definitely wanted to try it. This was delicious, would definitely get it again. A fried crispy croquette with clam chowder in it but also some mashed potatoes and tonkotsu sauce on top. Kani chirashi bento had snow crab, fish roe over rice, rolled egg omelette, sashimi, fried boneless chicken, and edamame, blistered tomatoes and shisito peppers with pickles. The sashimi came with 4 pieces, 2 tuna and 2 salmon. the tuna was a little fishy but the soy sauce helped. The salmon was actually pretty good - good fattiness. The fried chicken was fine, a few pieces were dry. Overall this bento was good. Salmon Kama bento is salmon collar over rice, fried boneless chicken, takoyaki and edamame, blistered tomatoes and shisito peppers with pickles. The salmon collar needed some salt in my opinion. For the food overall, it was a little bit under seasoned for me but for portion, price and quality are good.

She especially recommended the Gazpacho. Never miss a server recommendation. the cucumber-forward Gazpacho soup and tumaca, I marveled at the rich tomato. California tomatoes are often a disappointment but these were amazing. The chef strolled by, so I asked. Me: Where are the tomatoes from? Chef: My backyard. He went on to say he only uses tomatoes in season and has to disappoint customers asking for those dishes in winter. I'm not a big anchovy fan, but leaned into the anchovy dishes and was not disappointed. We tried both types and loved the combinations of flavors. Even the lone anchovies were accompanied with a perfect sauce. The delicias, bacon wrapped dates with Marcona almonds and Maldon salt were off the charts. It's such a cozy spot to hang out, and the vibe was perfect for a relaxed evening. The meatballs were especially delicious -- definitely recommend ordering them. What really stood out, though, was the service after my visit. I accidentally left my backpack there on Saturday and didn't realize until later. Even though they're closed on Sundays and Mondays, Tina went above and beyond to help me get it back. She responded to my email on Sunday and coordinated everything so I could retrieve my belongings. The gentleman serving us, who was wearing a black Mexico jersey, took our table but then disappeared for an extended period of time and never checked back on us. Management should address situations like this, as customers should not have to wonder whether employees are drinking while on the job.
