So I just had it mostly with the sweet and sour sauce. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken with white rice and my friend got General Tso's Chicken. Honestly, I liked my dish. There's a red pepper by the Kung Pao Chicken on the menu but it wasn't terribly spicy, just faintly. But then again I guess I do have a decent spice tolerance so try at your own risk. I also tried my friend's and I really liked her General Tso's chicken. It was tasty and the sauce was delicious. We both had large portion sizes with enough to take home for another meal. While they didn't take another hour to arrive, the entire experience still kept my group sitting there for over two hours. To make matters worse, the food itself was mediocre--some dishes were extremely hot, others were barely lukewarm. The service was poor from start to finish, and despite all of this, our group of four was forced to pay an outrageous $81 because an automatic 18% gratuity is added to parties of six or more at a table. I am not someone who expects special treatment or acts entitled, but due to the excessive wait, missing food, and consistently poor service, my meal should have been comped, and the automatic tip should never have been applied. We waited another 4-5 minutes while making eye contact with the staff as they walked by and noticed we were ready and still didn't not have any drinks but continued to walk. I also heard two different tables get asked if they were ready for the check or need anything else while consistently walking right by our table. The place was also not that busy maybe 5 other tables with 3 works working.
