From the very first time I came in, Mimi made me feel so welcomed. She's not only an amazing nail tech, but she genuinely takes the time to ask how I'm doing, get to know me, and actually connect with me. It doesn't feel like I'm just another customer sitting in a chair. The sweetest part was when I came back for my next appointment and Mimi immediately remembered that I was going to New York. The first thing she asked me when she saw me was how my trip was! It's little things like that that really make a difference and make you feel like they actually care about their clients. And Maya does my lashes and SHE EATS EVERY SINGLE TIME. My lashes always look amazing, and I genuinely look forward to coming in. Everyone here is so kind, the vibes are amazing, the pricing is great, and the staff is incredible. I always feel welcomed when I walk in and leave feeling so good about myself. Since I was at the mall already, I decided to walk in and ask. The salon is pretty clean and organized, and they have a variety of nail colors and techniques available. They were able to get me seated right away when I walked in. Kim worked on my nails. She is soft-spoken, efficient, thorough, and she took care of my nails, giving me exactly what I asked for. I love them! I got a gel french mani with some nail art. They came out so cute, and I would recommend working with Kim. Price was reasonable. They just told me who did my nails and told me to sit down. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes. When she finally came to fix my nails, not one single apology or any communication at all. I understand she was upset. But I am too...It's my time and money. They didn't even last me one week. She fixed my nails, and it wasn't even the same French tip that I asked for last time at this point I just wanted to leave and get this over with. The minute I got up. I went to settle in with my kids for a second and the guy immediately called me over and asked them if I was going to tip. He didn't even give me one minute to settle in grab my kids and head to the counter. He just started saying this can't happen again. I should've came in sooner and I tried explaining my situation, and told him I called and it was okay to come in. "I called Saturday to get my nails fixed but I was already late for my party. Sunday it was Mother's Day. And unfortunately, Monday and Tuesday my boys got sick with a stomach bug & we're vomiting." but it wasn't acceptable. He said it's been one week I immediately corrected him and told him no it has been 4days ...when I showed him pictures with date and time. Even if I came one day after I still would've wanted all my nails be done they were just not sticking. You can see on my photos my nails aren't even grown out yet. Now that I got them redone. Let's see how long they last me. I'm disappointed with the service. I would've loved to given them a second chance. But his attitude killed it for me. I won't be coming back.

The worse head spa of my life!!! I can't believe I spend $100 on this crap. Where do I begin…read more... For starters I made an appointment when I arrived they were clueless about my appt. I specifically asked if they blow dry and style the hair after it's been shampooed and she said yes. She still took me in but she seemed so lost (that should've been my red flag). They made me lay down on the most uncomfortable bed table where my neck didn't reach the sink. The room Was hot with no AC and no relaxing music it was dead. She started to supposedly do head massages using these tools that were cheap and horrible and didn't make my scalp feel good at all. She would only massage with them for 10 seconds and move on to some else so uncomfortable. She then put some eucalyptus oil on my neck and shoulders and started massaging me with her knuckles! I told her it was painful and very uncomfortable so she stopped. She then started to shampoo my hair and after I asked if she could put some treatment bcuz it was dry. She wasn't going to but since I told I'd pay extra she did. She then proceeded to wash my face and add a scrubber leaving my skin dry afterward. It gets worse! She had no intentions of putting any moisturizer on my face! I told her aren't you going to add facial cream. She then said oh u want cream?! She then proceeded to put body lotion on my face!!! Wtff! At this point I was so over it! I wasn't relaxed as I thought I would be and my hair felt hard from the cheap products they use. Then we go to the blow drying station and I see her add some basic spray and just do a quick blow like half assed. I then said aren't you going to blow dry and style and wait for it!!! She says oh sorry we don't do style here. I wanted to scream! I told her I specifically asked you if you style and you said yes or else I would've never stayed!!! I have a concert to attend and wanted to look nice and now I look like the scarecrow! Gets even worse!!!. I then had to take it upon myself and start to blow dry my OWN hair!!! I paid $100 to fckn blow dry my own hair!!!! I could've saved $100 and done all this shit in my own home and done a better job! I've been to so many head spas and was excited there was one finally close to home but it was the worst experience of my life!!! Please don't waste your time and money at this place! They don't know what they are doing and aren't qualified for this stuff! She even had the audacity to assume I would tip her like TF!!! I'm so disappointed never again! Stay away!

It's really difficult to find someone good. I had been going to the same place for over 5 years every few weeks, until they closed recently. Love Spa Nails is near my home and tucked away in a small shopping center. The first impression is large nail saloon that looked clean and very inviting and nice staff. The professional that did my feet was Mia, thank goodness I found this lady. She was patient and worked methodically towards undoing the damage and pain I was having in my toes and feet. Mia was very sweet and has an amazing attention to detail that you wished for everyone to have in this industry. I got the $50 amazing spa, let me tell you! Never had pampering like this. Nice water temp, on the warm side. No rush, let these baddies soak then inspected and cut, cuticles gone. The ingrown toenails worked on patiently and can tell she was trying to spare me of pain. Then callous removal, to scrub/massage, then steam bags for my feet with some fancy sauce, used steam rags on steamer on my legs/calves, more massage with some oil and lotion, ended with care instructions and treatment for my nails. My feet feel wonderful. The best I've ever had thanks to Mia. $51 bill was worth the luxury treatment and doctor to fix my two ingrowns. $54 tip because it was that wonderful, $104 total and happy as can be.
