This was near Adam and on Vermont (don't know the name of that shopping center) I talked to caveman and mariscos management(who were in charge at the moment) and they both told me that all buildings there pay their share for this valet service can make sure the cars and their owners are, where they are actually going to.... I parked in front of caveman chicken since I was picking up an order and this guy once I parked tells me that he told me to "wait" and that I should've listened to him... I go in get my order and am now backing out he decides to go up to my car and wants my reasoning why I didn't listen to him and then starts getting heated and cursing at me in Spanish and in English when then decides to come to my driver side and wants to pick a fight... he is very unprofessional and rude and wants to run the place saying he is in charge of it all , I couldn't get the landlords info nor the company of the valet until I searched up and found this on yelp hopefully the company can train their employees better read more

Well, I've never reviewed a parking service before as it's a service that I don't think twice about and usually goes smooth. The staff at the Hermosa Beach location were absolutely awful, lying about prices, and forced us to pay MORE than what was advertised and paid for prior in the day time. There was an agreement and fulfilled payment earlier in the day but watch out because they fluctuate their COSTS on the spot and force more money. Horrible business. read more

Horrible been fighting with them for months to get paid for the damage one of their own drivers caused by being on the phone while driving. No insurance no license. Do not use this service for yourself or at any establishment they service. Carlos whom claims to be one of the 3 owners was hungover or drunk the few times we spoke on the phone now nothing but answering machine.
