This is a Hidden Gem by all definitions. Barista skills, panini specialist, super friendly owner and staff, plus it's even hidden in a strip mall parking lot. Don't be put off by the 'Cuban' sign, they'll make anything you want. Breakfast and lunch only. Closed weekends.

    Best Shrimp Taco ever!

Excellent food at reasonable prices--specializing in authentic Cuban sandwiches and homemade soups. Not in the mood for Cuban food? That's ok--they have a variety of other offerings fro Shrimp Tacos to Buffalo Chicken paninis--all delicious! The owner is enthusiastic and waits on you himself--a personal touch with a great sense of humor. He makes sure everyone is happy and well taken care of....service was fast and friendly! Check out the fresh baked guava & cheese pastry, warm and yummy.

The food was not all it was hyped up to be. It's very expensive considering you don't get much food. The food doesn't have much flavor.

Crazy Cuban is now One Way Cafe. Soups & sandwiches are still very good. Service was prompt & accurate. Wish they had brewed ice tea.

The Croquettas Jamon Cubanas were as tasty as we're used to, and the mayonnaise-based sauce was nice and smooth. Unfortunately, the Empanadas De Picadillo have changed, and not for the better. Our Cubano Sandwich wasn't quite as good as in the past - - the pork was a bit overcooked and dry. Everything else was perfect. Our Margaritas were nice and refreshing, as always. Our server, Bryan, was terrific. His suggestions were helpful and his service attentive. Copacabana is light and airy - very comfortable. We sat outside on their large patio. Despite being right on Main Street, there was no "road noise" and it is well lit and very inviting.

They recently tweaked menu but not for the better. The empanada filling has a different seasoning and texture than it did before but was accompanied by a delicious chimichurri sauce. The pork in the Cuban sandwich was dry and lacked flavor. I'm happy to report that the croquetas served with a mayo sauce were delicious as always. My margarita was weak but had good flavor. The restaurant is charming with a good Latin vibe and a spacious outdoor patio.

I was even more skeptical…read morewhen I pulled into the parking lot which is quite dilapidated and many of the store fronts are empty. However, I know from traveling that some of the best spots are ones that appear to be a hole in the wall. I walked in, very cute inside! Staff was welcoming and I cozied right up at the bar to wait for my friend. I was immediately brought chips and salsa and a cold beer. We ended up sitting at a high top and our waitress suggested that I try either carne asada from the Mexican menu or Vaca Frita from the Cuban menu. I love me some carne asada but I was intrigued but this 'fried shredded beef' that was marinated in mole and cooked in a hot skillet until crispy. She suggested sweet plantains to go with it and white rice with beans which is traditional Cuban (instead of yellow rice). IT WAS FABULOUS! It was crispy on the outside and juicy. The mole was flavorful but not spicy and i appreciated that the meat was not dripping in sauce. My dinner date ordered chicken tamales which were seasoned in a Cuban style with yellow rice. She is used to Mexican tamales but said these really hit the spot! The only blemish on the nice was her second margarita which was the cucumber one which she didn't like at all. However, the first one she ordered (pictured) which was a different flavor was a show stopper.

We had a very long table and the servers were great in getting our orders. I ordered the Horchata in the lunch special, Lechon asado. The Horchata was delicious and not too sweet, which was great. I really liked my lechon asado. It was a good portion but the one thing is my plantains were pretty burned. I also got to try some of my mom's tacos. And those were yummy as well. Would come back!

Hey guys! Just a quick followup on this fantastic restaurant. So we went back yesterday for lunch,…read moreand again,NO DISAPPOINTMENT! The way the food is cooked here immediately transports me to my childhood home, with mom cooking, yelling at us kids to stop lifting the lids off the pots. This food is phenomenal. The rice and beans, platanitos, tostones, all have such a flavor, and that special ingredient that only a mother has, love. I had the tostones, the wife had bistec empanizado and we took the croqueta sandwich home. Man o man, I dont think I've ever finished ameal without taking a to go container with me. The service is excellent, food is 10 stars! I genuinely feel as if I was in a family members home for lunch or dinner, not in a restaurant. This place should be on a tv show somewhere. I think ill nominate them for Guy's Triple D. Keep up the great work, see you next week. :)

Restrooms were very clean and I loved the art inside. Food was delicious, well seasoned, cuban cuisine. Portions were large and adequately priced. Everything was house made and according to the server, it was grandma's recipes. In fact, the entire family was working last night so please come support this small business. The only recommendations I have is to minimize the number of small plates on the main entrées. Your dishwasher will thank you. The ropa vieja was well seasoned, but it lacked the tomato sauce.
