An absolute jewel! My dad and I met for lunch here and we flippin' loved it. Didn't catch the name of our server, but she was absolutely delightful! She came to our table and kindly explained the ENTIRE menu, offered suggestions as well as fan favorites, and even gave us a little history with the Thai food culture. It took about 15-20 minutes for our food to arrive as every plate is made from scratch. I got the "See You Noodles" with chicken, no eggs and limited spices (I'm a baby when it comes to heat). My dad got their most popular curry dish with chicken. There was an entire drumstick in his curry and the meat was falling off the bone. Flavor was excellent and very satisfying and comforting. My food was also quite good with actual breast meat chicken cooked to perfection. Portions are big. I will absolutely be back. Service and food were perfection. read more

First time in, got the Tom Kha soup and Appetizer Beef Jerky. Flavor on both was good, prices were reasonable. Asked heat level 1-10, I asked for a 10, as hot as they can make it and requested sliced Thai chilies too as I like it as hot as it can get. The soup had no chilies, no heat, no spice at all. However it was still good, I didn't get the heat I was looking for. Maybe next time I won't leave until I see the chilies, and know for certain the food is prepared correctly. Not the thaifood that we expected, we love thai food and been to Thailand twenty times. Thought we would get the Thai street foods fair as the name suggests, but sadly it is more like American Thai foods. And we have a bit of a sticker shock from such a small place with no restroom. Typical plates start at $13 and up to $15 with no complimentary soup nor appetizer. Most importantly the taste, my wife ordered steam chicken rice and I had BBQ pork rice. She asked for dark meat but only white meat was served, they were flavorless and dry and it did not come with chicken broth favor rice but plain white rice, big no no. My BBQ pork was ok, the pork were good but soaked in some sweet red sauce. The funny thing was the place has a TV playing Thai travel video with authentic Thai street foods non stop and we compared them with our plates that don't look good and don't taste good. read more

This is legit Thai Food. This compares with some of the best Thai food that I've had while traveling abroad as well. Everything is very fresh and the menu is very broad inspection. Got some take out the other day. Glad this place is right next to me! Very good flavor and nice aesthetic inside. The "See You" noodles were really good. Simple yet flavorful and spicy! The yellow and panang curry were also very good. Only complaints would be the panang curry was slightly too thick and rich compared to the yellow curry and panang currys I am used to. Also we asked for spice level of 3 on the panang and see you noodles and a 6 on the yellow, and the yellow was the least spicy. The see you noodles were the most spicy and the best imo. They have online ordering which is especially convenient: pick your meal, pay ahead of time, show up and grab your food with no hassle. My young children also enjoy the noodles dishes. Finally an authentic Asian restaurant in North County!!! Food tastes like the Northern Lao food I grew up with and miss dearly. Enjoyed the sausage with garlic chicken (ran out of beef jerky), BBQ pork and boiled egg dish with yummy super spicy papaya salad 6/10 spice level. Excited they have a variety of drinks, I got to enjoy an Okinawa milk tea, delicious! Ordered 3 things... The one2go fried rice with beef. The panang curry with chicken and the fish cake... My order took 30 mins and everyone else thay came after me got their orders first. I wouldnt have monded it if the food was good.... But the fish cake was the worst ive had. The beef on the fried rice was hard to chew.. The panang sauce was good but the chicken was not.... There's a reason this place has 4.5 stars! I ate so much I was extremely uncomfortable and yet couldn't stop! Serving sizes are enough to share with 2-3 people, prices are very reasonable and quality is superb! My kids loved it, and they are very picky eaters. Not good, I think they need to work on their recipes because everything was just off. Thai iced tea was so sweet it was undrinkable, potatoes in yellow curry were basically raw and the curry itself was really thin, like soup.
