Super clean facility! It is much nicer than giving blood on the busses. They take appointments. I didn't need one yesterday but I suggest calling them first. One Blood is in a great location in the Countryside shops. There is plenty of parking, Publix is right there as well as many cute shops and restaurants. Countryside shops is off of Flamingo at the corner of Sterling. Overall they have friendly staff. I did run into one with an attitude out of four visits but it seemed to be that was just their personality so I didn't take it personally. The man that works there is kind and very efficient. When I go back, I'd like to request him. They offer beverage and snacks when you are finished. I don't usually need anything but it is nice that they have it by the door. I received a colorful beach towel that will be fun to use this summer. Wouldn't it be wonderful if Yelp made beach towels?

I purchased a Semaglutide vile, and when I had about .25ml left, she decided to secretly inject me with the higher dose that I was already on which was something like .75-1ml, and she did not inform me that I only had .25 left, and she puts her coordinator on the spot to ask for payment, the poor girl clearly wasn't familiar with her tactics, so when I refused to pay "Beri" came out and started explaining to me that she injected me with the higher dosage I was on and told me what I actually had left, and informed me that I had to renew my package to continue my shots. I know I'm not the only one she has done this too. You are better off spending your money at a real professional spa!

I was lucky enough to be able to attend their grand opening party and was able to score some great offers on some of their treatments. I took the plunge and got myself a couple of syringes of fillers, which is something I have been wanting to do for a little while. I talked to one of their nurses, Deborah, a nurse practitioner in fact, and she told me exactly what I needed to buy. I booked my appointment for a couple a weeks later. She suggested that it would be a good idea to schedule it on a time where I didn't have any major events coming up in the event that I would bruise. I appreciated that because I never would've thought of it. On the day of my appointment is so happens that Deborah was the one who would do the treatment on my face. I came in exactly on time and had to fill out some papers of course. The receptionist was very nice and attentive she took me to a room to the side where she offered to make me some tea while I filled out my paperwork. Because I am me, I brought a friend to witness my shenanigans. She was also shown to the room and offered a cup of tea is well. Deborah came in and greeted me and was very patient and waited for me to fill my paperwork. She then took me to a room and applied numbing cream to the area and sent me on my way to wait 20 minutes. That, if anything told me that it would not be as painless as I hoped it would be. Once she started, she explained what she was going to do and told me exactly what each of the syringes were supposed to do, and how the whole process would go about. She was very thorough and very patient with me. For some reason I kept getting dizzy and nauseous and every once in a while I would ask her to take a small break. She even gave me a couple of cookies in case my sugar was acting up. This happened once before when I donated blood so it is possible, She did not rush me at all. I didn't feel pressured or that I was taking up her time. In fact she told me that I could take as long as I needed, which I really appreciate it. The whole process is not as painful as I thought it would be. There is pain involved, yes, if you have no tolerance for pain it might be very uncomfortable. I do have high tolerance for pain and some applications hurt more than others and in certain parts as well. And I am not going to lie it is a little freaky when you can hear the bone squishing or the liquid going in. It is a very weird sensation and hard to explain. I think Deborah did an excellent job. I can see the bags I had under my eyes greatly diminished, and the area a little fuller. I only got fillers on my cheekbone and under eye area, so I could get rid of the "tired look" and it did exactly that. It is not so noticeable that it would look weird or like I had something done. Which I could care less, hence I am writing this review but some people might. I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place and come back for more treatments in the future.

I'm not sure the purpose of requiring donors to make an appointment when they have such incredibly…read morelong wait times. The thing that really doesn't make sense is if a donor is late by 15 min or more, they make you reschedule. This place is slower than the DMV despite how few donors they have. Hemarus is the only other donation center that takes this long. The other two centers are ran much more efficiently. When I first came to donate, I told them I was taking a medication that was not on their list. They made a huge deal of it and required me to get a doctor's note which was not easy considering most doctors don't want to sign anything these days and the fact that when I "see" my doctor, it's over the phone. It didn't matter that I donate at other centers. They have their own policies and quite frankly Grifol's policies don't even make sense. The phlebotomists and staff are very nice. However, the week of Christmas 2022, they lowered the pay almost to half as much. How grinchy and this demonstrates how little they care for their donors. I won't be back anytime soon. I also think they should pay their staff more competitive wages so they won't have such a high turn around. These individuals work really hard and the pay out is close to Mc Donald's.

Then when I'm walking back in fourth after 5 minutes he ends up telling me nobody can accommodate my appointment and will have to come in another day. Well say less if u don't want my business I will end up going to another plasma donation place one that treats me and my appointment time with respect and display a professional attitude towards guests. Would rather go to Octapharma which I've never had a problem with and has always treated me nicely.

This is the same word that two employees used to insult me while I sat in one of the screening rooms waiting. Turns out, I'm not that person who will just sit there and accept to being assisted by someone with ZERO etiquette who is having a bad day. Yes, I was insulted after politely requesting to be assisted by someone else, given her attitude. Management, I understand that the company does all they can do to save a penny here and there, and to make a center profitable, but at what cost? CSL Miramar should educate staff to understand that Volunteers are essential for the center and if any staff member is having a bad day, communicate to superiors and have someone else fill in for them. Or, in the best case scenario, if they are blessed not to need a job, possibly renounce and leave the position for someone else more qualified. Also, I kindly suggest that staff in the center who are on duty, should carry some visible identification on them when entering the rooms to assist any volunteers. Wishing you continued success, I look forward to improvement.
