We barely touched it because it wasn't what we ordered expecting, and it just wasn't good. The presentation also wasn't appealing. The meat was simply piled on top of two tortillas, making everything messy and difficult to eat. They were also pretty stingy with the grilled jalapeños. The salsas didn't do the food any favors either. None of them really stood out, and the green guacamole salsa actually tasted like it had gone bad, so we stopped eating it. Service was attentive, but almost too attentive. Staff kept coming by every few minutes to ask if we were finished or if we needed anything. While I appreciate good service, it made us feel like we were being rushed through our meal instead of being able to enjoy it at our own pace. Overall, I don't understand the high ratings based on our experience. With so many amazing taco spots in Puerto Vallarta, this one didn't come close to meeting the hype. The green was more mild and fresh and also very good. I ordered three tacos: grilled shrimp, grilled fish, and the hibiscus flower and panela cheese. The waitress let me try a piece of the cheese before ordering since I'd never had panela before which I appreciated. That taco was probably my least favorite of the three- texture, not taste, but I like to try new things, so I'm glad I got it. Our condo rental included a complimentary breakfast voucher good at El Dorado for each day of our stay. The breakfast and location on the beach is a perfect way to kick-off the morning. Also, I have to give a huge shout-out to the manager of the restaurant. He's amazing and always greets us with a smile and kind words. When we arrived toward the end of breakfast service today, they weren't able to accommodate us due to a large party they were setting up for. Rather than turn us away, the manager walked us to the restaurant next door and asked them to honor our vouchers. Now that's how you do it!. Stellar service!! Same great food and friendly smiling faces I have come to know and appreciate over the years. This is one of my favorite waterholes in the area where their daily happy hour from 1 to 5 is not to be missed. Many places make a good lime Margarita in the area but No Se Nada's flavored margarita is top shelf in my book and a separator from the other bars/restaurants in the area where the passion fruit Margarita is one of my all time favorites regardless of destination/locale. Their Bistro style cuisine is some of the best food in the area and the roof top dining with sun going down is such a great environment that this is a destination restaurant if you are in Puerto Vallarta. Five Stars ++
