Couple weeks ago I had a take out order and my order was missing around $15 worth of food When I called the location I requested store credit as I lived far away and could not go back to pick up missing items The manager stated she could not give me store credit as that is not how they operate She said I either go back to pick up the food I was missing as she knew they had missed to place in bag and the food items we're sitting on their counter No other option for me. I told her I would call corporate and she said, call they are not honoring your request I filed a complaint online to corporate and no one has responded She was right, no one has responded because they most likely will not honor my request They kept my $15 Thief's!

Rawwwwwww chicken and shrimp tasted old. Food use to always be good at this location .

Great place for pick up. Place is very clean. We ordered the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Dish and the BBQ Beef Dish. My favorite is the chicken. The meat is so tender and I liked the marinate. Both came with rice, macaroni salad and veggies. The veggies are cooked perfect. The grilled Spam Musubis are the perfect size meal for my daughter. We enjoyed it!

Great food! The food is is decently priced and the portions are pretty big and filling! I had the chicken combo that I shared and the the macaroni and rice were amazingly good! I also loved eating the chicken with the veggies and cooked cabbage! Very yummy!!! The restaurant was nice and clean! The staff was nice and friendly and service overall was quick! Definitely going back!

Food's good but it's the slowest "fast food" place on earth. We went for lunch. Got there at 11:35 didn't get food until 12:05. Crazy

With that we decided to eat next door at HK BBQ and while we waited for our number to be called. I went back to Ohana Cravings to see maybe the staff were running late. As of today , i am not sure if Ohana Cravings will be back in business again? See photos below ..

When she finally came over to unlock the door, she was having a hard time with the lock, like a really hard time. When she got the door unlocked, she held it open, I spoke, she said nothing, just smiled. Not a big deal, but if I speak, SPEAK BACK!!! Ordered the Pineapple Coconut Wontons and here comes another problem. She then was having issues with the register ringing up my order for me to pay. My order was done before I paid, because of the system, taking it's time...I guess. When my total popped up on the screen, it was much higher than I expected. Then I realized, it auto populated a tip on there. Anyone not paying attention, can easily miss that, and I'm one of those people that goes through prompts fast. But I knew my total should have been in the $8 range and it was $10 and some change. When I took the tip off, it went back down to $8. They are one of those places, that charge for using a card as well. On the other hand, the wontons were good.

I texted the driver and he called me back only to tell me there were 3 orders to be dropped off before mine, and he was at that time waiting for an order took forever finish. And before you think, "then don't tip" first, it's really not the driver's fault, but also, you have to out the tip amount in when you submit. I was initially told it would be at my house in 20 minutes which is a little slow when I chose ASAP, but that became 30, then 45 minutes. I would have gone and gotten it if I'd known up front the time it would take. Not that anyone could have helped it, with the time it took to get here, but the food was ice cold (like, scary, should I eat this $100 meal, cold).

As you walk up, you're greeted by a massive shark head and you can spot their fun desert decor like cactus and peach umbrella covers. Instantly you know you're going somewhere fun. When you walk in, you stand in a line to order your food off a screen, and they call your name when your order is ready. There are QR codes so you can order a drink while waiting and you'll be entertained by the quirky surfer bro who's calling out names when people's drinks are ready. Everyone is donned with Hawaiian shirts and look genuinely happy to work there. There's a big outdoor patio with those peach umbrella covers to provide some shade, as well as seating inside. It kinda feels like you're in Disneyland because there's so much decor and so many things to look at. While waiting to order food, I ordered the island style cold brew with macadamia nut milk. It was good! We also got a tropical gangster, a frozen drink with passion orange and guava and it was the perfect drink to sip on for a hot day. For food, we got the pele poke bowl and the cabo poke bowls. The portions weren't big, they come in small bowls, and you're paying about $20 each for them, but they were surprisingly good. Not the best poke ever, but good enough for Big Bear. Both bowls had ahi but different flavorings and toppings. The cabo came with crunchy wonton strips and jalapeños, while the pele came with rice and veggies like cucumbers and peppers. My bf and I split both bowls and we enjoyed them! Your favorite Yelp correspondent and occasional Uber Eats driver found himself in the northeast corner of Ontario after ferrying a Mediterranean meal from my hometown of Diamond Bar to Ontario when my attention was riveted by the "Kra Z Kai's Laotian BBQ" signage alight on the building. Upon entering into the communal dining hall, I discovered that Kra Z Kai's apparently shuttered a month ago. I immediately noticed the long queue snaking its way to the register at Shootz. Though I was crestfallen about Kra Z Kai's closure, I decided to roll the dice -shootz my luck, if you'll pardon my brutal pun- and try out Shootz. I tabbed the best looking item on their pictorial menu- Their much balkyhooed Kimchi Buttered Katsu Chicken Combo, which comes with spicy Mac Salad and steamed rice tossed with green onions and furikake, a popular Nipponese seasoning comprised of minced dried seaweed (nori), sesame seeds and salt/pepper. The moneymaker dish is excellent. The katsu chicken has a nice but not overly crunchy exterior, drenched in a flavorful, Umani-rich sauce made of kimchi butter. Shootz has locations in Ontario, Whittier and Stanton, so I don't know when I'll have it again...but if I I find myself in Ontario again, then I'll definitely take -you guessed it- another shot.
