The gentleman was a very accommodating got them done within the three days that I had asked for, but of course I showed up on the fourth day. My mom and wife went in to get my daughters birthday outfit tailored, I was next door to total care urgent care getting checked in, when I was done I walked over to Sam's dry cleaners to meet my wife and mother, I walked in to the guy telling my wife that there's a "pre-pay for tailored items" so I simply told the guy "I don't feel comfortable paying you now for a tailor service I didn't receive yet" he reply's back with "ok then take your stuff and go" I said "no need to be rude" and he said "I don't like doing business with people from your country" so I honestly got angry at this sentence because why do you have to be racist about this, over something that was unnecessary, I understand he must of been fed up with my wife and mom about my 11 month olds outfit and how specific they wanted to be tailored, but no need to unleash that type of energy and racism AT All And I was considering the pre pay because the birthday is in a few days and needed the outfit at my desperate state and other dry cleaners in the area dont have a Tailor but after receiving racist backlash and being profiled completely discouraged me and disgusted me and honestly I'm disappointed seeing a business treat other people this way as well, so to however has future plans on coming here keep in mind the guy here is high tempered and will smile in your face as he says the most batshit stuff you'll hear I was flabbergasted by this man completely rudeness read more

I've been coming to this dry cleaners for many years and I've never had any issues. They always left my clothes really clean and they would charge me a fair price. Since the owners have changed, they've been charging me way too much and I have to say that today has been the worst experience I've had. First of all, they gave me my clothes back in the worst quality that there could be and they charged me $500 for it. They had a lot of stains and even hairs on it which is just very disgusting. They also lost a jacket that I took and they tried giving me another one that clearly wasn't mine. I know that I took a lot of clothes but these prices and quality are just ridiculous. One of the most important things besides how well a cleaners cleans your clothes is your ability to be able to pick them up when promised. This cleaners his Feld at this twice. The clothes are cleaned relatively well. I did have one dress shirt that they said I turned in ripped but I do not recall that. So we will call that a wash. If you are counting on picking up your clothes during their scheduled open hours you might be in for a rude surprise. This is the second time that I have shown up in the morning and the cleaners has not been open. The first time was it 840 and they're scheduled to open at 7:00. Today I showed up at 8:10 and they were closed and are supposed to open at 8 AM. Not sure how late they actually open. When people are going to pick up the clothes in the morning that usually means they need them. They must be having problems also with returning ripped clothes to other customers and other types of issues because there are now signs posted on their walls that you have to inspect your laundry prior to leaving the facility. I would give this place a zero star if I could. Took in 2 sheets, a blanket and comforter to be washed and dried. No dry cleaning. I spilled some coffee on them and immediately took them in to be cleaned, so the coffee would not set in. They called the next day to say I could pick up my items. I paid $48 dollars. They just notified us that they will no longer be giving discounts, are increasing the price of shirts and that we need to pay upfront from now on. So the stains would not be missed. I also asked that she note that the stains were blood. After drycleaning.... The stains were made darker. And the vest stains area was snagged with the fabric weave snagged as though someone took a metal bristle brush to it. No discount or refund offered. She offered to clean it again, but why would I want the same off-site cleaner to mess it up again or more? read more

My first and last visit to this cleaners! I walked in on a heated argument between the cashier and a customer. When I walked in, it was in English, then the cashier seemed to switch it to another language after 5 mins or so. Not sure if she was trying to make sure that I didn't understand what the customer was complaining about. I stood and waited about 5-7 minutes, then decided to walk out since they were still going on as if I was not standing there. I then had to go back in since I needed the garments for the next day. I went back in and waited some more, still no acknowledgement from the cashier. They finally wrapped it up around 10 mins and I was able to get my clothes. The cashier did not offer an apology for the long wait, but simply retrieved my clothes after I gave her my ticket. As I completed my payment, she finally apologized for the wait......too late in my opinion. Bad customer service! I noticed that there were various signs typed and handwritten and taped to the front windows and inside walls. One asked customers to unbutton the clothes in advance since they were short staffed....wow. Another sign was posted next to the front door on the glass that listed a phone number for complaints. Best suggestion is if they tell you that your order is going to be ready on Thursday, go in on Friday. I brought 2 white jackets in great condition for dry cleaning, but when I picked them up, both of them had a pink white tint. They look old and work out now. When she shoes the lady who works there, she denied she could see the pink tint but was quick to suggest that we get it cleaned again. We were told that they would be ready in 3-4 days, but when I went back, my jackets weren't there! They said there was a delay in their dry cleaning shipment. The following day, I want back to get my jackets only to find out that they didn't even reclean them! Do not come here for alterations. My daughter brought her prom dress to get hemmed and they ruined the dress. So attached pictures for proof. It looks as though they simply cut the bottom of the dress and even then they did it unevenly. Then they left the lining long so you could see it!! They charged me $40 to butcher my daughter's dress. I am very unhappy with the service that I received and the quality of care that was placed in the garments that I sent to this location. The first time I went to this cleaners I dropped off a sports Jersey and requested to have it dry-cleaned when I picked it up and went home I realize that the stitching was extremely loose in two places . When brought the Jersey back a week later and explained the matter, she restitched one area of the jersey but charged me $3. Also the advertisement for $0.99 to dry clean a men's dress shirt does not apply to a men's LONG sleeve dress shirt, therefore I was charged $2.50. That is true false advertisement. The dry cleaning is okay and customer service is mediocre. I wanted to get my jeans hemmed and it took them a total of 3 weeks. Originally it was supposed to be a week. They claim they were in between seamstress. Every week I would ask where my jeans were they blew me off saying alterations take a while. They gave me the owner's name of Amy but when I called it went to voicemail but voicemail is full so you cannot leave a message. I come in every week for my husbands cleaning and we bring a lot of revenue to this business, $70-$90 a visit. This place ruined 3 pair of $100 dress pants. They were so shrunken my husband couldn't even zip them up. $300 in pants down the drain. I don't believe they are dry cleaning their clothes.
