What's up: Meeting up with a coworker to catch up and hang out with our doggos. We saw that this place had outdoor seating listed so we decided to meet up here. Parking: Located in the Arcadia Landmark plaza, there is plenty of parking spots available shared among the nearby businesses. Environment: There are two sets of lounge chairs situated outside as their outdoor seating area. Inside, there are several chairs and tables as well as a lounging area in the corner. Order can be placed at the counter or on the self order tablet. Menus are located overhead and the restrooms are down the short hallway on the left, in the back. We placed our order and the drinks came out pretty fast. We asked if we could sit inside with our doggos and were given the ok. They also had a doggie water bowl located near the door. What was ordered: - Taiwan Tie Kuan Yin Milk Tea (regular sweetness. There was more milk than tea flavor but still good) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Staff member was friendly and the environment was pretty comfortable. We did eventually try out the outdoor seating towards the end and the chairs were comfy. Credit cards and Apple Pay accepted.
After getting dinner next door, swinging by next door to get some boba seemed like a good idea for dessert. Luckily enough, there was only one other person in line so ordering drinks went by pretty fast. This location is perfect for visiting since there's plenty of space for parking in this plaza. The store overall is very welcoming and inviting with the decor. I ordered a peach jasmine milk tea with 100% ice and 100% sweetness with boba. The drinks came out fairly quickly and the service was excellent. If I lived in the area, I would definitely want to come back to try the other drinks on the menu like some of the matcha drinks and cheese yogurt. Overall, if you're in the area or visiting this place is great to check out for some quick boba!
Great little place to hang out and get a great tea. The shop is kinda unique with minimum service by provided self service machine. High quality drink, I strongly recommend the real fruit drink. Def high recommended for coffee/refreshing tea in the area
Nice boba shop that has some cash discounts. The interior is very open and clean. They have a large selection of drinks, no snacks though. The drinks were well made and quite satisfying. Fairly priced and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I wanted to try this place given how it's so close to where I live and it's been awhile since I've visited this plaza. It was a Friday night (roughly 7:30pm) and the store wasn't busy, there was one staff member who basically took our order and made everything herself! I wanted something creamy so the recommendations for fruity teas weren't on my mind. We ended up ordering the Taiwan Tiekuan Yin milk tea with boba and the Baked Brûlée milk tea (both half sweet). If you want boba or other toppings, it's extra. While waiting, the seating area and decor was decent and felt like you can relax. There's very low folding chairs outside with little tables, best if you can't get up from low ground to not sit on these. There's other different seating arrangements so it's like a mix of camping and living room style. The staff made our drinks before more customers entered and wow about 10 people started coming in and lined up. We stayed a bit to relax but decided to walk around the plaza with our drinks. The creme brûlée foam was surprising, I didn't see the staff torch anything but there's speckles of burnt parts on top. The cream looked thick and was smeared on the cup making the drink artistic. The drink under the foam was good, it was decently sweet and had a vanilla taste to the milk tea. Unfortunately, we didn't mix the foam with the drink well. Therefore, when we tried the foam on its own, it was salty! It was creamy and thick but had a salty taste which I had to add water to finish it. I think we need to mix it before hand to get a better homogenized flavor? I preferred the Taiwan milk tea with boba more, I'm glad I got half sweet and the boba was decent and chewy. It was refreshing and I enjoyed finishing it. There's also a restroom sign near the back, but we didn't stay long to use it.
Cute shop with adorable cups. Straightforward tea/boba shop with great hours. It's open early and late enough. Great place to study as there are outlets, music is not that loud and there's seating. Parking lot sucks on the weekend but during the week it's chill especially in the morning. I've met friends here before because it's easy enough. Is it the best tea ever? No but overall it's good enough all the way around and would recommend.
Pretty good tea spot in Arcadia. I was eating at a restaurant in the same plaza and decided to stop by here to grab a drink. We got a Aiyu Honey Lemon and upgraded to the jumbo size which came in a funny looking bucket. The drink was good, not that sweet though (we got 25% sweetness) and slightly bitter because of the limes. It tasted healthy and overall we enjoyed it.
Came here on a Saturday afternoon and place was empty. I've been on the hunt for avocado yogurt drink/cheese drink. The official online menu didn't have avocado drink but they had it written in chalk on the in-store menu as "oops avocado." First of all no greeting with a smile. When I asked the barista what is in "oops avocado" she looked at me deadpan and was like "umm..avocado...milk tea" as if I was an idiot for not already knowing. I said ok I'll take that since I wanted to try it. It turns out it is avocado yogurt drink! Anyway the drink was on point but the service was lacking. She went straight back to staring at her phone after she finished the drinks. Decor was cute though.
Oops, I accidentally stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised! All jokes side, Oops Boba Tea & Coffee is a calm and charming boba spot in Arcadia. This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a modern and spacious setup with about 5-6 tables for seating. For their menu, they have a wide selection of different fruit tea, milk tea, and coffee drinks. Wifey and I stopped by after a long day of errands and opted to get the Taiwan Tie Guanyin Milk Tea and the Watermelon Peach Tea. Both drinks were very refreshing and were made in less than 10 minutes! Overall, we enjoyed the calm and welcoming ambiance of the shop. All of the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Put this spot up next for your next boba run in the 626!
Great environment to do work and drink good boba. I tried try the mochi barley tea and adjusted the sweetness level to 25% which was perfect. Curious to try other specialities here as well since everything looked so good
Went with friends to try a new boba tea. Her little wanted a drink from another shop two doors down. When we entered, there was only one person running the shop. That did add to the wait time. Made a request for two drinks to have less sugar but, they seem to have full sugar. That is why it lost one star. It shot my blood sugar level high! We sat down and played a game on my phone while we waited for our little one to get their order from the other shop. This shop had a few spots to sit and chat. It was clean and well organized. We might try this again but, I will see if they will listen to make the drink as requested.
Their drinks are honestly good, but would say the experience is far from 5 stars. They do not provide ANY descriptions for their drinks, so you have no idea what toppings there are unless you ask. For example, their best selling Dirty Strawberry uses jelly and popping boba on top of the fresh strawberries. I personally think the combination goes well because of the combined textures, but if you dislike certain toppings, that can be annoying. For example, I also had their new Barley Mochi Milk Tea, and it contained small barley popping boba which I honestly really did not like, and I was annoyed that the cashier neglected to mention this when I asked her what was inside the drink before I ordered. The mochi was alright, mainly because it didn't have as much texture compared to the one I've had at Motto Tea. Both drinks had really chunky ice, to a point that it made it hard to get the toppings through the straw. The boba is too soft, so I'd rather go with their other toppings. I'd definitely go back because I really liked their Dirty Strawberry. It's not in my boba rotation based on how my first visit went, but that might change after I've tried more things on their menu.
This cute boba shop is located in a popular plaza. The interior has limited seating; as I walked in some girls were doing homework in the seats to my left and a group of senior gentlemen were sitting and sharing embellished stories of their youth to my right. Oh, and then there's "laptop guy" near the register. Only one woman was working and she was washing kitchen items in the sink. She turned to see me at the counter and turned back to continue washing. Fine, I was looking over the menu above the register and needed a moment to decide anyway. After two or three minutes she turned off the water, aggressively removed her rubber gloves and slapped them down into the sink and came to the counter without a word, clearly annoyed a customer had interrupted her chore. I ordered an oolong milk tea with boba. "Cash or card" were the only words spoken...until a couple minutes later when I heard "here" as my order was placed on the counter and she went back to washing. The drink itself was okay, not sweet at all. The boba was also okay but a little too chewy and several were stuck together so wouldn't come through the straw. While I really liked the ambience and was amused by the behavior of the worker, I wasn't impressed with the drink.

Relatively new boba tea shop that replaced Journeys Tea and Coffee and they are doing BOGO 50% off probably until the end of the year from what I heard from the cashier. Stamp card is buy 8 for $4 off instead of the usual buy 10 in some places. I got the fresh peach passion fruit tea which had peach bits in it and it was really sweet and tasted like a lollipop, even though I got less sugar. I also got the oops messy milk with boba which is kind of like the brown sugar milk drinks with the cups drizzled in the brown sugar sauce that you may find at other places. It was at 25% sugar and that one was also really sweet, but still good. Boba has nice texture . However even with the intense sweetness, I can still taste the quality in the drinks. Like other people have said, it seems like you need to lower your sugar percentage than your norm when coming here to get a quality drink. read more

Came back here again for their fresh fruit tea. Tip: lower your sugar level by one or 1.5 level than what you would normally ordered. For example, if your usual sugar level is 75%, do 50% or less. I have ordered my tea with 0% sugar and the drink still came out a bit too sweet for my taste. I would usually ask them to add more tea to the drink to bring down the sweetness a bit. Got their new fruit tea: grapefruit orange. It's super refreshing and you can taste the fresh orange pulp in every sip. The citrus taste goes so well with the grapefruit. read more
I saw this place advertised on an Instagram Ad with a BOGO 50% off promotion . Admittedly, I was attracted to this place since it seemed similar to Omomo's matcha drink with the swirls. So I decided to try it with my boyfriend. It is located in Arcadia, near the freeway in the plaza with Tokyo Wako. They are doing in store orders, with proper COVID guidelines so you can just walk in. I got the Oops Oreo Brûlée matcha milk tea which is matcha milk tea with a brulee swirl shell and Oreo topping sprinkled on top of the drink. My boyfriend got the dirty strawberry. The drinks were slightly disappointing to us and the flavors seemed slightly off for some reason. For the Oops Oreo Brûlée, and other drinks with a shell, they use a shell that is premade and kept in a refrigerator. Although I don't have a problem with this, this makes it hard for the brûlée to dissolve when you're drinking the drink because it is stuck to the side of the cup. This made it hard to enjoy the flavors well. The sweetness level of the drink is not too sweet so getting regular sweet (100%) is good. However, I feel like the thickness of the drink was more than I preferred and I felt really full after drinking less than half. The dirty strawberry was essentially strawberry and milk with popping boba. It was pretty sweet so I would recommend getting less sweet. If you like strawberry milk this might be a good drink for you. However the consistently of the drink tasted too thick, almost like a milkshake. This place offers a discount for using cash so keep that in mind! The total for two drinks after the BOGO and cash discount was just under $10 for us, but normally the drinks are pricier and close to $6 each. I think this place has potential and can improve on some things to make the flavors and textures of the drinks better. read more

The workers were really nice when we came in and we didn't know what to order. I ended up getting a Strawberry Cheese Foam drink and my boyfriend got a Strawberry Yakut green tea drink. We got the drinks at 50% sweetness and it was perfect. Both drinks tasted good and I didn't expect the Strawberry Cheese foam to taste more like a Strawberry Yogurt drink instead; which I really liked a lot. Other than that, customer service was great and there is no restroom to use there if you're looking for one. This is the place if you're look for fruit tea and I highly recommend it! read more

First time here, just pass through and decided to stop by with my sister. Got the Ooos Matcha and she got the Oops Oreo Brûlée Matcha. The atmosphere is so cute, I love the decorations and furniture that they have! Very cozy and warm. The two drinks we got were also so delicious! Definitely a great boba shop!!! The service was also quick and easy! The workers were patient and kind, would definitely come back whenever I'm in the area! read more

We got the Oreo Matcha Milk Tea and Baked Brulee Milk Tea. The Oreo Match Milk Tea had a good balance between the two flavors and had actual Oreo chunks! I think the milk tea flavor could have been stronger for the Baked Brulee, but otherwise it was a pretty good drink. The custard was decadent and the brittle sugar top created a nice texture to the drink. Definitely want to go back to try their other drinks when I'm in town :) Also, try their handmade snowflake candy! It's only 50 cents and it's yummy. It has a soft texture at first, with a slight crunch from the dried strawberries. Kinda has a cookies n' cream taste to it. An experience within itself haha read more

Cute boba place, very cozy. I went on a weekday at 5ish so it wasn't packed. Staff was really nice and helpful, drinks were ready in spilt second. Restroom is very clean and nice. Drinks are a great but nothing phenomenal - still recommend this place for the cleanliness and service read more

The drinks are great - boba not the best and freshest I have had but the mix of flavors were good. I really liked the Oreo Brûlée Matcha and Watermelon Peach Tea. The Baked Brûlée Milk Tea was okay. The Cheese Foam Milk Green Tea is a little lacking in flavor. The woman at cash register though really knocked down a whole 1 star. She seemed to not want to be there and the responses to all my questions were super curt and as if I was intruding on her. I never understand why take a job for customer service when you don't want to interact or answer simple questions. When I asked for a little more milk in my MIL's green tea it was as if I had asked her to go milk a cow for more milk. Aye aye aye read more

Stopped by to get a tea but saw fresh papaya in the display case so decided to get a papaya milk slush instead. I told the cashier I wanted no added sugar then she recommended less sugar so I said ok. The drink came out extra sugar, it's so sweet to the point even my husband (who normally drinks full sugar everywhere he goes + drinks coke regularly) thinks it's way too sweet. Like they're purposely messing with me because I said I wanted no/less sugar pretty annoyed. I drank this much (see photo) so far and just can't finish it. I gave a 3 stars because they use fresh fruits! read more

I wanted to try something new for boba and Oops was the first to come up on Yelp in my area. I went in a little blind and unfortunately the menu doesn't give too much explanation to what the drinks are. I asked what a "Dirty Strawberry" was and the cashier said it was "strawberry milk with lychee." So I got that! Regular sweetness with boba. I do wish I was told that there was already popping boba and lychee jelly in the drink because the regular boba with it was definite overkill. The drink itself tasted fresh and i believe it was just regular milk with lots of strawberries stirred in. I wasn't blown away but it wasn't bad! I wouldn't mind coming back to try something else and hopefully update my review! read more

It's amazing that for such a hot day that I find here opening a new Boba &Coffee shop. The shop is cute and the staff is so nice. I ordered the Oops matcha and my friend got osmanthus oolong tea. Luckily they have new store promotion buy one 50% off. We were impressed with the drinks they provide to us. Also they are doing good for social distancing. Totally love their store. read more

I came to this location around 2pm and there were not many customers, which is nice if you want a place to hang out or go on a date. I got an Oreo Chocolate Smash Special and oh boy, it was thick. There were lightly smashed Oreo pieces in the bottom of the cup with an extremely creamy shake on top. This drink isn't for just casual sipping, it's a whole experience. There is a lot to commit to. You like Oreo milkshakes in general you should give this drink a try. read more
