What's up: Meeting up with a coworker to catch up and hang out with our doggos. We saw that this place had outdoor seating listed so we decided to meet up here. Parking: Located in the Arcadia Landmark plaza, there is plenty of parking spots available shared among the nearby businesses. Environment: There are two sets of lounge chairs situated outside as their outdoor seating area. Inside, there are several chairs and tables as well as a lounging area in the corner. Order can be placed at the counter or on the self order tablet. Menus are located overhead and the restrooms are down the short hallway on the left, in the back. We placed our order and the drinks came out pretty fast. We asked if we could sit inside with our doggos and were given the ok. They also had a doggie water bowl located near the door. What was ordered: - Taiwan Tie Kuan Yin Milk Tea (regular sweetness. There was more milk than tea flavor but still good) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Staff member was friendly and the environment was pretty comfortable. We did eventually try out the outdoor seating towards the end and the chairs were comfy. Credit cards and Apple Pay accepted.
After getting dinner next door, swinging by next door to get some boba seemed like a good idea for dessert. Luckily enough, there was only one other person in line so ordering drinks went by pretty fast. This location is perfect for visiting since there's plenty of space for parking in this plaza. The store overall is very welcoming and inviting with the decor. I ordered a peach jasmine milk tea with 100% ice and 100% sweetness with boba. The drinks came out fairly quickly and the service was excellent. If I lived in the area, I would definitely want to come back to try the other drinks on the menu like some of the matcha drinks and cheese yogurt. Overall, if you're in the area or visiting this place is great to check out for some quick boba!
Great little place to hang out and get a great tea. The shop is kinda unique with minimum service by provided self service machine. High quality drink, I strongly recommend the real fruit drink. Def high recommended for coffee/refreshing tea in the area
Nice boba shop that has some cash discounts. The interior is very open and clean. They have a large selection of drinks, no snacks though. The drinks were well made and quite satisfying. Fairly priced and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I wanted to try this place given how it's so close to where I live and it's been awhile since I've visited this plaza. It was a Friday night (roughly 7:30pm) and the store wasn't busy, there was one staff member who basically took our order and made everything herself! I wanted something creamy so the recommendations for fruity teas weren't on my mind. We ended up ordering the Taiwan Tiekuan Yin milk tea with boba and the Baked Brûlée milk tea (both half sweet). If you want boba or other toppings, it's extra. While waiting, the seating area and decor was decent and felt like you can relax. There's very low folding chairs outside with little tables, best if you can't get up from low ground to not sit on these. There's other different seating arrangements so it's like a mix of camping and living room style. The staff made our drinks before more customers entered and wow about 10 people started coming in and lined up. We stayed a bit to relax but decided to walk around the plaza with our drinks. The creme brûlée foam was surprising, I didn't see the staff torch anything but there's speckles of burnt parts on top. The cream looked thick and was smeared on the cup making the drink artistic. The drink under the foam was good, it was decently sweet and had a vanilla taste to the milk tea. Unfortunately, we didn't mix the foam with the drink well. Therefore, when we tried the foam on its own, it was salty! It was creamy and thick but had a salty taste which I had to add water to finish it. I think we need to mix it before hand to get a better homogenized flavor? I preferred the Taiwan milk tea with boba more, I'm glad I got half sweet and the boba was decent and chewy. It was refreshing and I enjoyed finishing it. There's also a restroom sign near the back, but we didn't stay long to use it.
Cute shop with adorable cups. Straightforward tea/boba shop with great hours. It's open early and late enough. Great place to study as there are outlets, music is not that loud and there's seating. Parking lot sucks on the weekend but during the week it's chill especially in the morning. I've met friends here before because it's easy enough. Is it the best tea ever? No but overall it's good enough all the way around and would recommend.
Pretty good tea spot in Arcadia. I was eating at a restaurant in the same plaza and decided to stop by here to grab a drink. We got a Aiyu Honey Lemon and upgraded to the jumbo size which came in a funny looking bucket. The drink was good, not that sweet though (we got 25% sweetness) and slightly bitter because of the limes. It tasted healthy and overall we enjoyed it.
Came here on a Saturday afternoon and place was empty. I've been on the hunt for avocado yogurt drink/cheese drink. The official online menu didn't have avocado drink but they had it written in chalk on the in-store menu as "oops avocado." First of all no greeting with a smile. When I asked the barista what is in "oops avocado" she looked at me deadpan and was like "umm..avocado...milk tea" as if I was an idiot for not already knowing. I said ok I'll take that since I wanted to try it. It turns out it is avocado yogurt drink! Anyway the drink was on point but the service was lacking. She went straight back to staring at her phone after she finished the drinks. Decor was cute though.
Oops, I accidentally stumbled upon this place and was pleasantly surprised! All jokes side, Oops Boba Tea & Coffee is a calm and charming boba spot in Arcadia. This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a modern and spacious setup with about 5-6 tables for seating. For their menu, they have a wide selection of different fruit tea, milk tea, and coffee drinks. Wifey and I stopped by after a long day of errands and opted to get the Taiwan Tie Guanyin Milk Tea and the Watermelon Peach Tea. Both drinks were very refreshing and were made in less than 10 minutes! Overall, we enjoyed the calm and welcoming ambiance of the shop. All of the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Put this spot up next for your next boba run in the 626!
Great environment to do work and drink good boba. I tried try the mochi barley tea and adjusted the sweetness level to 25% which was perfect. Curious to try other specialities here as well since everything looked so good
Went with friends to try a new boba tea. Her little wanted a drink from another shop two doors down. When we entered, there was only one person running the shop. That did add to the wait time. Made a request for two drinks to have less sugar but, they seem to have full sugar. That is why it lost one star. It shot my blood sugar level high! We sat down and played a game on my phone while we waited for our little one to get their order from the other shop. This shop had a few spots to sit and chat. It was clean and well organized. We might try this again but, I will see if they will listen to make the drink as requested.
Their drinks are honestly good, but would say the experience is far from 5 stars. They do not provide ANY descriptions for their drinks, so you have no idea what toppings there are unless you ask. For example, their best selling Dirty Strawberry uses jelly and popping boba on top of the fresh strawberries. I personally think the combination goes well because of the combined textures, but if you dislike certain toppings, that can be annoying. For example, I also had their new Barley Mochi Milk Tea, and it contained small barley popping boba which I honestly really did not like, and I was annoyed that the cashier neglected to mention this when I asked her what was inside the drink before I ordered. The mochi was alright, mainly because it didn't have as much texture compared to the one I've had at Motto Tea. Both drinks had really chunky ice, to a point that it made it hard to get the toppings through the straw. The boba is too soft, so I'd rather go with their other toppings. I'd definitely go back because I really liked their Dirty Strawberry. It's not in my boba rotation based on how my first visit went, but that might change after I've tried more things on their menu.
This cute boba shop is located in a popular plaza. The interior has limited seating; as I walked in some girls were doing homework in the seats to my left and a group of senior gentlemen were sitting and sharing embellished stories of their youth to my right. Oh, and then there's "laptop guy" near the register. Only one woman was working and she was washing kitchen items in the sink. She turned to see me at the counter and turned back to continue washing. Fine, I was looking over the menu above the register and needed a moment to decide anyway. After two or three minutes she turned off the water, aggressively removed her rubber gloves and slapped them down into the sink and came to the counter without a word, clearly annoyed a customer had interrupted her chore. I ordered an oolong milk tea with boba. "Cash or card" were the only words spoken...until a couple minutes later when I heard "here" as my order was placed on the counter and she went back to washing. The drink itself was okay, not sweet at all. The boba was also okay but a little too chewy and several were stuck together so wouldn't come through the straw. While I really liked the ambience and was amused by the behavior of the worker, I wasn't impressed with the drink.
I'm so happy that I stumbled upon this place. The place is very clean and has cute indoor seating areas that you can take pictures at. Every corner of this place had details that brighten up the store. Also, it's worth noting that they give a discount when paying cash instead of card. As for the drinks, I really enjoyed my Oreo brûlée matcha milk tea as it wasn't too sweet or overpowering of a drink. I enjoyed this one more over the jasmine milk tea, so I would come back again to try their specials. read more
I came here on a Sunday evening to catch up on some work. I decided I wanted to get an item on their top drinks menu and I didn't really want anything with caffeine so I opted for their dirty strawberry milk since I love anything creamy. When I got my drink I was surprised at how many toppings it came with. It had real strawberries, jellies shaped like stars, and strawberry popping boba. When I saw the popping boba, I immediately thought it will be too sweet and I wouldn't enjoy my drink but I was wrong. The juices from the boba wasn't that sweet and it actually added the perfect amount of sweetness to my drink. I think it might be because I got it with 50% sweetness. Full sweet would be way too sweet. After I finished the drink, I was so full due to the amount of toppings that this drink came with but I highly recommend this! Can't wait to come back and try their other top drinks like the cheese yogurt foam strawberry, oops matcha, and oops taro. read more

Found this place while waiting for my pick-up my order from LAN noodle next door. The outside of this place definitely caught my eye due to their sign and bright lights (the interior is just as cute). The store is quite spacious and would have made a great study spot pre-covid. I ordered the jasmine milk tea which was very flavorful. I don't usually order milk with this particular drink because I'm always scared the milk will overpower the tea. However, I was impressed that the tea and milk balanced well together! The boba was chewy, but nothing too special since I don't think it was coated with honey or brown sugar. The price of the drink is average ($5-6) and it does come in a cute cup! I definitely recommend trying this place if you're in the area -- unfortunately, it's a bit out of the way for me but I do look forward to trying their other drinks. :) read more

I recommend the Dirty Strawberry with OatMilk! There's oat milk, fresh strawberry, lychee star jelly and popping boba. Amazing combination and was sooo delicious! Highly recommend and the person who took my order was very nice in answering questions. It's a cute study/hangout place for groups or individual! They don't sell food here, only drinks. I got the osmanthus oolong tea and it tasted pretty good. The staff is friendly and they have some good music playlist. Would come back again! read more
First time trying this place and it did not disappoint. The drink I recommend is the "Fresh Peach Passion Fruit Tea", 30% sweetness and less ice. The peach flavor is strong and even has peach bites inside the drink; perfect for peach lovers. The boba was fresh and the location was easy to find parking. Will be coming back here again. Okay I've heard about exploding bobas but this is actually the first place I've ordered a milk tea drink that served them. They were a pleasant surprise. And if you are wondering what that is...it's exactly what it sounds like...time bobas with liquid inside that explodes once they pop in your mouth. I've tried a couple of their drinks so far and have not been disappointed in anything. If you like avocado I highly recommend their avocado creme brûlée drink....it's soooo good. It's creamy and it like drinking a avocado ice cream. I've been coming back here every weekend and it's one of my highlights for the week when I'm in this area. read more

WOW, I would give this place 6 stars if I could! I get boba just about every week now and honestly haven't had this good of a drink in a while. Ordered delivery through DoorDash and got the Oops Matcha with Brûlée and Cheese Yogurt Foam Strawberry. The Oops Matcha with Brûlée was not only extremely flavorful and creamy, it had a well-rounded flavor and had just enough if not more than enough sweetness. As for the the Cheese Yogurt Foam Strawberry, the foam was thick and the drink was overall refreshing with real strawberries in it. This place definitely does not cut corners and for the price, it's worth it. Definitely coming back! read more
This place is so cute and I love their drinks too! They're currently offering a bogo 50% off, which is totally worth it. They also use fresh fruits and real milk/ cream. Ooos matcha - One of their popular drinks that's an ice blended, matcha milk drink. Its kinda light, yet creamy and the matcha after taste hits you. We ordered less sugar and it was perfect. Fruit tea - It's a black tea infused with real fruits. Kinda like a lemon ice tea but with fruits instead. It's super light and refreshing. There's a couple pieces of lemon, strawberries and watermelon inside. Less sugar was also perfect for it. I'm definitely coming back to try more drinks! read more

Was in the area and decided to give this place a try. It was surprisingly pretty good. Pros - Super friendly staff - keep fairly clean - made great recommendations based on me telling her I usually order roasted oolong milk tea at other places but like mine strong. Anyway she recommended the TaiWon Tieguan yin milk tea and it was very good. Anyway they have great tasting tea. Also ordered the oolong no sugar and not watered down like other places. Lovely little tea shop with unique concoctions from avocado milk to ceylon milk teas. I opted with the messy milk: a Hokkaido milk tea layered over warm sweet perfectly simmered boba and topped with fresh milk. It was so addicting, I usually don't get boba in my drink, but I couldn't put my drink down! I would definitely come and try all their other options. read more

They're ok. I was a little put off by their baked brûlée milk tea. It literally tasted like jackfruit instead lol. Good thing I like jackfruit, but it certainly wasn't very crème brûlée. The oops matcha drink was fine too. At least they weren't overly sweet. Sorry this place is 3 stars cuz they also didn't have boba that morning they opened. And it took a bit of awhile to make our drinks when they tasted just ok. I get it, it's covid times but honestly I've had a lot of better boba drinks during covid. I would've given 2 stars but 3 is the lowest I'll give during COVID. At least they are a cute store with nice Halloween decor. read more

I am so glad to have walked into this boba shop. My family and I were craving for some boba after having lunch around the same plaza and we noticed this boba shop right across from us because of the cute store name. After walking into the store, the aesthetics was real and so pretty. Parking is not too difficult because the plaza is pretty big so there are a lot of spots. But I've only came here during the afternoon. Also, the workers are very patient and answered all my questions. We ordered 4 drinks total: Fresh Peach Passion Fruit Green Tea, Jasmine Green Milk Tea, OOPS Messy Milk (basically brown sugar fresh milk with boba), and Jasmine Green Milk Tea with boba. We had our sugar level adjusted and it was perfect. Most places would still end up being too sweet but this one was just right. The boba was also warm and chewy which makes it so much better. Cute decor, aesthetics and good drinks? I'm here for it. read more

Love love love this place! It's super clean and cute! A friend recommended me and I've come a few times, but it took a while to find my "go to" drink from here ... but now that I've tried their watermelon peach I'm addicted! It's so refreshing and such a nice, light balance of flavors. The boba is always a great consistency and the staff are friendly and efficient. Definitely can't wait for my next time! Parking can be difficult if you go during lunch or dinner time since this place shares a plaza with a lot of restaurants and is kind of tucked away in the middle of them (super easy to miss!). If you do plan on going during a crowded time, I'd recommend calling ahead and picking up in store. The matcha is my friends personal fave! read more

Oops I came back here 3 weekends in a row? I have to say I was impressed by this place. Each time I have come here I've gotten the same drink- STRAWBERRY YAKULT GREEN TEA. They use fresh strawberries and it's refreshing and has that yakult milky taste. Their drinks are on the sweet side so even 50% was a little overly sweet to me. I have also tried the watermelon peach tea and it's pretty good as well. The best part is the bogo 50% off deal that they offer. The only negative thing is that there is a 4% charge when you use card. I feel like in this pandemic do we really want to be handling cash? I want to come back to try their other fruity drinks. read more

I loved to get drinks from this Boba shop. However, this is my last order from this shop. I ordered a jumbo fruit tea via Hungry panda apps. I was so happy to get a good deal via apps. I used strawer to eat fruit. The orange skin is kind of soft. I was wondering that is a watermelon. After I finished the whole drink, I found out that there is a rotten orange. I can't believe that the Boba shop put a rotton fruit in the tea. I almost vomit when I see the rotton fruit. read more

Sadly...poor customer service. Asked for regular Ceylon black tea. When it came I told her it wasn't supposed to be milk tea and she insisted I had ordered milk tea...I'm not sure about others but I wouldn't get aloe and lychee jelly with milk tea. To be fair the tea is really good. read more

This place has a 4.5 star rating and I saw reviews likening it to Omomo so I had to try it but personally I find it to be just average. Oops is located in a large plaza with plenty of parking. The sign outside still says Journey Tea & Coffee though so I was a little confused trying to find the store. The interior has a cute cafe vibe and there are a couple tables outside. Yelp and the sign outside of the shop indicated that they were doing a BOGO 50% off soft opening but it wasn't applied to my order for some reason. I ordered the Oops Taro Smash w/ boba because they did not have the Oops Thai Tea advertised on their online menu. I thought that my drink kept getting sweeter the closer I got to the bottom --maybe because the cup is coated with a darker purple syrup to create that marbled look? The boba was a bit too chewy and tough. The taro, however, does taste natural and the cups are reusable. This place definitely has room to grow but has potential. read more

First time coming here, was super excited to try it out based on reviews. The girl that took my order couldn't be bothered to help me when I asked for a recommendation she just gestured at a preprinted paper on the counter rather than answering my question of what was her favorite. Her attitude immediately turned me off and made me wish I had gone to one of the 153794 other boba options in the immediate area. If I were the owner of this shop I'd fire her. Definitely not how I would want my customers to be treated. I won't be back no matter how good the drink was, and yes it was good but not good enough to be treated poorly. read more

New boba tea and coffee spot in Arcadia. They are doing a soft opening promotion for BOGO 50% off. Grabbed two drinks while waiting for lunch order from next door. I ordered two drinks at 50% sweetness and they turned out perfect! You have to try their tea products among other things. You can really taste the difference when a shop uses high quality ingredients. And they did not skimp on quality! This is a great looking place even though all the tables and chairs were pushed aside and stack up since, you know, you're not allowed to dine in right now during the pandemic. The waiting area is spacious and there're a couple of chairs lined up at the store front as well. I can totally imagine coming here to work or hang out with friends when that's allowed again. read more

Cute little shop next to one of my favorite noodle spots! First time visit, their menu was really interesting and the interior was so cute. They give a discount if you use cash, and for the size of the drink, they're really fairly priced! These two drinks were $11 total Boba was soft and chewy, flavors were really interesting and tasty too! Would recommend going 50% sweet if you're sensitive to sweetness, otherwise a cute shop that I can't wait to visit again read more

This would be my second time trying this place. The first time I tried this place, it was not a pleasant experience because I made a mobile order and the person who I spoke to was lowkey rude... they seemed super annoyed. But, today my coworker encouraged me to give it another shot because it was her favorite place to go to in Arcadia. But today, it was much better experience, they were friendly when I called and the drink was pretty good too. Last time I got the grapefruit yakult drink and it seemed pretty average, but the dirty strawberry drink that I got today was pretty good! read more
