    Molly after Oops Pet
    Frankie M.

Molly came back, smelling fresh and new. Love her cut. She likes it to. Happy pup, happy daddy.

My cat's beautiful tail before the groomers ruined it.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! This is the worst groomer ever. Not only was my cat "done" in 15 minutes, but they did not cut my cat's nails AT ALL, and ruined her beautiful tail!!!! I cannot believe they took our money just to make our cat look worse. This place should go out of business. Edit: Yes, because it is under my fiancé's name. My cat's name is Ella. Look her up.

Love a spaw day for my baby! Appointment was easy to book and text confirmations are sent out to save and refer to. Facility is clean & Service is A1! I drive from corona and have to say it is 10000000% worth it. This is one of the things that are so good you want to gatekeep it to yourself but also want to share because it's so good. Chrystal is just an absolute gem and I highly recommend her! I have a shih tzu and not a lot of people are good at cuts and styling when the fur is a little longer. It can come back looking choppy. Chrystal is AMAZING. Not only does she do a great job, my dog absolutely adores her and you just know she loves what she does and enjoys being with your fur baby. Will be continuing to come here. Full service grooming & fur dye is available too. :)

This place was a great find!! We've taken our baby bentley here about 4 times now and every time she comes back super happy and very well bathed or trimmed! I will take bent here anytime she needs any type of grooming. It's hard to find a place that does a good job plus your baby isn't traumatized. It's also conveniently located close to my home too is a plus.

After the first time my 7 lbs yorkie had breathing problem, I gave them a second chance to redeem themselves. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the outcome. Despite the groomer spending three hours on my small Yorkie, the result was an uneven haircut across the entire body.

This is by far, the best groomer I've taken my little doggies to. I've been a customer since they open! They do a full thorough job and always look cute after spa day. Haircuts are excellent, nice pedicures, clean ears, sanitary cleaning as well.

Never seen my pup so fresh and clean! Would definitely recommend this place, employees were patient and kind to address our concerns and questions. The whole process was about 3 hours and the cut was exactly what we asked for as well. (The shaved area was due to surgery prior to the appointment :)

My dog has been here for full bath service almost over 7 times . They are very professionally good ! My baby is 44lb dog and only need bath service and I definitely satisfy their service every visit:) staffs are very kind and the place is pretty clean even though so many large and small dogs are coming and out. Thank you for your service! My baby w

My dog had a grooming service for the first time. The hair cut was quick, but not to our satisfaction. They spent some time to understand what we want and tried to make it up. When we got home, my dog kept scratching himself so bad every day, and his skin is turning red and having some kind of infection. This had never happened before. We are taking him to vet tomorrow to see if there is any way we can do. It is definitely not recommended. Additional comment, this business owner was trying to make people thinking it is pre-existing issue, so it's out of her control. But my dog has never had this kind of issue before. Now he is scrubbing himself every minute. I just want to share my experience here and hope other pets will not get hurt by the irresponsible grooming practices.

My Dogs looked beautiful after grooming.

Kiba had his first groom at Oops on 6/15/23; they took excellent care of our chunky poodle mix. Being 12 years old, he has some older dog issues such as a lipoma on his belly and a few warts on his body; it's all harmless and at his age we won't put him under anesthesia unnecessarily, but it is always a particular concern that he might be nicked during haircuts. However, Kiba left Oops with a clean, shiny white coat, tangle and burr free, looking adorable with his summer cut, and no nicks or injuries whatsoever. I will say his ears seemed a little irritated after, but I think this could be easily solved by maybe trying something different to clean them? I also appreciate that they caught some fleas I had missed on him, immediately let me know, and even texted me pictures during his flea bath. Kiba does get a little nervous when I drop him off, but when I arrived for him, he was calmly waiting for me, and I felt comfortable and happy with my choice of taking him to Oops. Prices were also very reasonable / comparable to chain stores. Kiba visited Oops again on 9/28/23, and I can say we are again very pleased with the experience and results! Making an appointment is quick and easy; they send text updates during the groom and seem to genuinely care about our pet's wellbeing. We'll definitely be back again and plan to set up more regular appointments

Mia did an amazing job grooming my dog. The front desk staff was super friendly to both me and my dog. I asked Mia to shave my dog down short and leave her face fluffy for a teddy bear cut. She did exactly what I asked for and my dog loved her. I also love how open and clean the space is. I could see the space where the dogs are groomed and felt super comfortable and safe leaving my dog in their care. The full groom took about 2 hours and they texted me as soon as she was ready. I'm so grateful to have found this place and will be taking my dog here for her grooming from now on.

    Super adorable mini schnauzer cut

Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

After reaching out to several grooming places for quotes, one place stood out--they called me back promptly after I expressed my interest, and they offered a fantastic first-time customer discount, which I thought was a wonderful touch. I took my dog there, unsure of what to expect but hopeful. To my surprise, she seemed incredibly comfortable with the groomer right away, which is unusual because she's typically a bit skittish around new people. I was amazed when she walked over to the scale on command and actually sat down--a feat she rarely accomplishes with anyone other than me! I explained exactly what I wanted, dropped her off, and to my delight, I received a call much sooner than expected saying she was ready. When I picked her up, she looked absolutely fabulous! I did ask for a little touch-up in one area--a tidy-up for her bottom--and the groomer took care of it without any fuss. The best part? My dog was so calm and relaxed with the groomer. Given some past horror stories with other groomers, I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went this time. It was pure joy to see her happy and stress-free when I brought her home. While the prices felt a bit steep, I realized that having my dog groomed without the anxiety for her is totally worth it. I can't wait to bring her back for another pampering session!

We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it's like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well. Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well. We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn't have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful! Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. When you find a service provider that goes above and beyond, you MUST leave a review! The owner,…read moreCarrie, has taken such thorough care of my dog, Gracie. She did this at a point where I took my dog as a last ditch effort. My dog has extreme allergies (both food and environmental) and scratches ALL day long (if she's not eating or sleeping, she is scratching). Her skin was in terrible condition and she had been ripping her hair out and causing hot spots. When I say I took the dog in horrible condition, I am not exaggerating. Our Vet has given us advice (guesses) and given the dog prescriptions, supplements, injections, and tests....with ZERO improvement! I've spent thousands of dollars trying to get our dog healthy and nothing ever helped! Based on a recommendation to take Gracie to The Spaw I dove in telling myself this is the last time. If this fails, we will just do the best to let her live her life out as comfortably as possible, which is a sad place to be as a dog mom. She's not even 7 years old and she still has a lot of life to live. Meeting Carrie was the best thing that has ever happened to our dog! She recommended some specific testing and said that Shih Tzus often have low Zinc which can lead to skin issues. We had her tested by a Vet and sure enough, her Zinc was SO LOW!!! She made some suggestions about supplements we could give her. At a follow up test, we could see some improvement in her Zinc levels. She also said that it looks like my dog had mange and that Shih Tzus are also susceptible to mites. Our Vet never once mentioned that as a potential cause nor did she test for mange. We did a skin scraping with a different Vet who found no mites, but she suggested we put her on a mite medication for a couple of months. The stuff that came out of/off my dog was disgusting (old die off???)! Through skin cytology, we also confirmed Gracie had serious yeast overgrowth. That was not a mystery to me, because our house smelled so bad! I didn't even like to have people over because it was so embarrassing. Carrie gave Gracie sulfur baths and used some other amazing technologies on her; Ozone baths, red light, blue light, and micro bubbles to name a few. It was a lot of work, but I can tell you for the first time in years, I'm actually optimistic about Gracie's future AND my house no longer smells disgusting. We boarded her for a period of time so we could do some deep cleaning and reset our house before she returned. I'm so glad I made that initial call to The Spaw. Carrie truly loves my dog and my dog loves Carrie! When we drive to The Spaw my dog knows. When we hit Tustin Ranch Road from the 5 Freeway, Gracie starts going crazy! When we get there, she practically jumps out of the car. Thankfully, her harness is clipped in, so she can't get out of her car seat without help. ;) On the subject of Boarding: I love that The Spaw has staff on the premises 24 hours a day and that the dogs aren't locked in crates all day. I am so grateful to see my dog's hair growing back and for her to have noticeably more energy and MUCH less scratching! Carrie clearly loves animals and is a true blessing. She admitted that my dog's issues forced her to do deep dive research to find help for Gracie. I will forever be grateful for the life she has given back to my dog! She is much more than "a groomer!"

Most of the time, our dog's cut is incredibly cute though once in a while there is a slight miss. They will usually try to get you the look you want and make adjustments as requested. The only note is that pricing jumped near 10% at least two years in a row. With tip, it can cost nearly $150 or more for a small dog cut, which does seem pricier. Would love to see price increases calm down so we don't get priced out of affording their services. With that said, we still keep going because it's hard to find the level of service and good to great grooming technique used by the Spaw. We have not used other services here so will not comment on that. Plenty of parking and decent availability, but I would call at least a couple of weeks in advance for scheduling. Thank you for keeping our dog looking cute!
