For starters, we travel around the USA a lot, and we've noticed that not all Korean BBQ/hot pot places are the same. Here in Oklahoma, this spot definitely had a different feel to it. The BBQ side had thicker cuts of meat, while the hot pot meats were sliced thinner. Overall, I'd rate it about a 2/5, but for korean bbq/hot pot. Okay but still enjoyable. I'd say cause in Oklahoma there isn't many spots like this for this area it's closer to a 4/5. They did have a sauce bar/side section, and we came in around 2 p.m. on a Friday after the lunch rush had died down, so there were a lot of empty tables. That being said, they only seemed to have one server, so some plates weren't cleaned up right away. Our waitress was very sweet, though, and took good care of us. They also had a lot of different sauces, but I wouldn't really consider them Korean BBQ-style sauces; they seemed more Vietnamese-inspired. The veggies were good, and they had the classic options you'd expect. To me it's a little on a cheaper side , 29 for both is a price I'm not used to in Dallas, usually it's like 29 for one than 10 more for both. So the pricing here is justified. The manager was yelling at one of the employees cause someone walked out but they had the poor girl by herself cleaning and watching tables and hostessing. What a disappointment. We went to Oppa House--Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, Broken Arrow, for our second visit because my wife liked their bulgogi tacos on our first visit on last Memorial Day Sunday [Szechuan House was closed]. We were immediately greeted and seated at table N12. First, our waitress took our drink order of two unsweet iced teas. A man arrived with 1 sweet and 1 unsweet iced tea. Had to ask another man to trade out the sweet tea when he passed by. Our waitress returned to take our order, Bulgogi Tacos and Spicy Bulgogi with onions, bell peppers and white rice. A man delivered the Bulgogi Tacos that appeared to be drown in spicy sauce. A few minutes later, another man delivered my Spicy Bulgogi dinner. After he left, I noted it was missing the bell peppers. After about 10 minutes, I flagged down a server and asked for our waitress and a menu. Our waitress arrived, I looked at the menu and my order and noted it was supposed to have bell peppers. I showed her that and she left. About 5-10 minutes later, a man showed up with a plate of cut bell peppers and left. I noted they were cold. When our waitress finally returned, I told her they were cold, that they were supposed to be cooked along with the bulgogi. She took them back. About 5-10 minutes later, she returned with cooked bell peppers-more than the first plate of peppers Only after we paid, did a woman [I assume was the manager] come to our table and asked how our meal was and my wife told her about the experience. No quality control coming out of kitchen! Basically, sorry about that [aka too bad]. We will not return. read more

Oppa House is the Korean resteraunt, we've been looking for, since covid closed our go-to. Portion sizes were great. I had the spicy pork bulgogi and my wife had the beef binbap. Both were excellent and spiced as advertised. The difference between a good bulgogi and a great one depends on the marinade. Oppa House delivered. Service was great, our server came by several times during our meal to ensure we didn't need anything. Oppa hose has the ambiance of a bar and grill, but the decorations set it apart. Signs with Korean Towns, a love lock fence and pretty spacious dining area. I almost forgot about the self-serve banchan and sauce stations. Dfinitely worth a try. It's earned a spot in my local fav collection. read more

Best Bulgogi I have had since my trip to South Korea. Highly recommend this place. Soooo delicious. They also have a huge condiment and sauce bar with all kinds of salads, Jap Chae, and other stuff that's free. When you see that most of the clients are Asian, you know it's legit! read more

Oppa House is an AYCE Korean BBQ & Hotpot in Broken Arrow. Grand opening date was on 8/16/25. We dined in on 8/20/25, a party of three. There was a wait of 10 minutes although the restaurant was operating at 50% capacity. The restaurant looked really nice. I loved the red and black decors look inside. Dining options: gold tier - $38.99 per person and included every items from the menu. Silver - $28.99 per person with limited items from both BBQ & hotpot menu. The sauces were okay. Some basic condiments were missing like vinegar, ponzu, and limes so you could make your own special sauce. The meats and vegetables were fresh. The meats for the grill were well seasoned. Food tasted great but most orders were too little. Scallops were tiny. An order of bok Choy had only 3 leaves in it. When we tripled our order, they brought us 3 containers, each with 3 bok choy leaves. I am pretty sure one could fit 9 bok choy leaves in one container. Whoever is managing this restaurant really wanted their workers to work. The only one that came out big was the galbi which they gave us a full plate. The small orders theme continued at Oppa House. Butter for the grill came out 2 pieces on each plate at a time. Since they gave us a whole bunch of the galbi to grill, we had to ask multiple times. By the 3rd request, the young man that brought our food remarked inexperiencedly, "Again?" We asked him before but he forgot and did not bring us any so we asked the second time to remind him. The issues with Oppa House are mainly related to the grand opening. Two main kinks that they need to address are the order size and the service. You have to make the orders bigger so that your workers could work smarter, not harder. Either that or find a good manager. I am pretty sure these issues will improve with time but for this visit, Oppa House gets 3/5 for an underwhelming initial experience. read more

It's nice to have our personal hot pot with bbq, and we chose two soups each for no additional charge. It was so much food for just the two of us. They gave us smaller portions for each dish. I am not sure if I would pay more for the gold selection. read more

My husband and I had dinner here for the first time on Friday, and we had such a great experience! We tried the Gold Tier buffet and it was totally worth it in my opinion. We mostly had the ribeye, galbi, pork cheek, and steak fingers (a new favorite of mine!). You order your meats and drinks directly with your server, and then use a QR code on the table to order sides and starters. This was a new concept for us, but I actually really liked it. I could browse the menu and pick what I wanted at my own pace, especially since it was AYCE. I was worried it might slow things down but everything came out super fast, just as if we had ordered it all at once with the server. Hot pot is included in the buffet price, so we did both the BBQ and hot pot. My husband loved that they even had pho broth available for the hot pot. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing! They even have a la carte menu, which is nice if you're sitting at the bar or just don't want to do the buffet. We also met one of the owners, See, who was so friendly and helpful. All the staff were very nice and checked on us a few times throughout dinner. We can't wait to come back and try their karaoke rooms next time -- they fit 8-10 people and are $75/hour, with the option to add food/the buffet. Pros: my husband loved the decor. Based on the colors and the signage, it felt authentically Korean. It was a wide open restaurant. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of parking. Our favorite banchan was the pickled jalapeños. Weirdly, the waitress said it was hit or miss. With most people not liking it. Second best was the sweet potato noodles. It was good, but something was off about the flavor. The service was good. Very sweet girl. Very cheap prices. At this place, you can choose between silver or gold level. And with both you can have hot pot and BBQ grill for the same price. Cons: I'm sure many people will be happy it's an AYCE. This kind of thing doesn't matter to me and my husband. We don't eat that much food so we prefer the food. Be good quality. That being said, the meats were very similar to Won. Han definitely has this place beat on quality. My husband didn't like the type of rice they use. They didn't use Korean rice. They used a dry rice. My husband didn't like the quality of kimchi. He prefers his kimchi less fermented and more fresh. read more

The Sundubu Jjigae soup was delicious. Not too spicy even though it says spicy. I added lemon and cilantro because I add it to everything usually. The Gold Tier serving was more than enough food for one person. The hostess and server were both very helpful in explaining how we choose the food and then cook it in front of us. We arrived for a late lunch here Thursday, 4/23/2026, at about 1:30pm. It was dead at this time with only one other table there. Started off pretty slow but once got food coming, tabletop grill searing our proteins and the hot pots starting to boil, we were in our element. Food, quality, service and ambiance was good. Variety of meats to choose from was great. From looking at the menu right off the bat, this would definately be a place i would come back to when i return to Tulsa. Shortly after the meal started, it went south. The service was horendous. Lets start off by saying we never got our drinks. Ok, it can happen right? Move forward. Next, the meats came out quickly. Then we ordered more. Nothing. The delay in service to the servers just disaapearing and never returning just made the experience bad. We had to ask 2 times to get our drinks and 3 times to get more napkins. We spent most of the time there at our table just sitting and waiting. nothing cooking. no drinks, no food. just waiting. To top it off, we ordered the baby octupus. Well, they brought out 1. Yup, you heard right. just 1 baby octupus. Apparently, if you want more than 1 baby octupus, you have to tell them you want more than 1 and specify the number. Little odd, but i have never experienced that ever in my life. I have been to many Korean BBQ places around the states. Never have i ordered baby octopus and they bring out 1. Its insane. Bottom line is this. The food quality was good. Selection was good. But service was one of the worst i experienced. With that, it doesnt matter how great the food is. When service sucks, it makes it bad and the entire experience is ruined. I don't even know where to start- my BF and I came in to eat and the only positive thing I could say about this restaurant is the front desk Lady was very kind and very quickly- upon arriving and being sat- our waitress came up to us and asked us what we wanted, but we've never been here so we had asked if she would explain how this works: she talked to us like we were stupid and had no idea what was going on- honestly the only good thing that we ate after trying 80% of the menu was fried premade meat cheap. It didn't taste soup base was honestly and felt very premade and we didn't get a single drink refill, although our cups were more than halfway through our visit overall, I do not recommend this hot pot. We had a mini date, ate there for the 1st time. Our waitress was a gem, Audrey. She was a wonderful energetic person. All of the employees seemed to be happy, having good attitudes. All the staff was friendly, and very attentive. The food was also very good, the Korean wings brought back memories of being stationed in Korea up North. The Silver and Gold levels were a good idea.
