I walked in, was greeted right away by the owner not knowing that he was the owner. He helped me fix two pair of my glasses without hesitation. I was satisfied when he made the smallest adjustment because they were in a horrible shape. My friend sat right on them so you can imagine how distorted they were. I've been getting my glasses from Eric for years. I made the mistake of getting my last pair of glasses at the McDonald's of eyeglasses (rhymes with Bens Laughters) and the comparison to Eric's collection is not even close. The guy does wonders with helping you pick the right frames. I tried on about 10 pairs and Eric took his time and gave his honest opinion on each one of them. I ended up settling for 2 instead of just the 1 I came in for. Top notch quality, excellent service, and custom fitting...and I almost forgot to mention that his pricing is amazing. I have been a long time customer of Optics Fusion. I have ALWAYS been extremely satisfied with both the selection of glasses (both sunglasses and eyeglasses). Eric the owner is very knowledgeable, patient and gives amazing customer service!! When the glasses loosen up, just stop by, Eric always can fix them:-) I was referred by a past customer and now am the one referring many others! I have a small face and have had a challenging time trying to find other eyeglasses that are stylish and are of fairly priced. I have previously purchased glasses at Oliver People way back, simply because no other glasses looked good on my small face. In addition, I have gone to many other retail stores and have never been as happy as I am with Optics Fusion. I now have 4 pairs of regular glasses and three pairs of sunglasses (looking for another soon). I have purchased all of them at Optic Fusion, other than one pair. However, on that one pair purchased elsewhere, Eric took the glass out and turned them into prescription glasses for me. I followed Eric from the Beverly Hills optic business where he worked for years, When he opened his own store, even though Tarzana is not as close to me as he once was, I was (and continue to be) happy to drive however long I have to in order to have him fill my prescriptions for eyeglasses. Not only is he as precise in his calculations and making of lenses as he used to be (I am extremely sensitive to ANY degree of imprecision), but his selection of eyewear is even better than the Beverly Hills shop where I met him - without the Beverly Hills prices! I was a little skeptical about all the positive reviews on Yelp about Optic Fusion. But man, I'm glad I chose this place! The owner, Eric was super polite and very professional. I came to get some prescription lenses put into my sunglasses. He told me about some different options of the kinds of lenses, but at the same time didn't try to upsell me into something I didn't need. Prices were at least $20 less than another place I called (really, every buck counts these days). Got my glasses back a day and a half later, and really couldn't be happier with them.
