They came on time, they were professional, they wrapped the some furniture that needed it sometimes without explicitly being told. Their pace was good. Their price was fair and they discounted the 15 minutes into the next hour. They took everything from inside the old house and carried them up the stairs in the new where I told them. This is the fourth moving company I've used. By far they were the best that I've seen! Miguel, Anthony, and Jorge arrived on time, were very careful with all of our furniture, and worked quickly. Even with some of our more delicate furniture and definitely with the heavier ones, there were no issues at all. They had enough equipment to keep all of our belongings protected during the rain that happened during the entirety of our move, which we were concerned about the day before but were encouraged they'd be prepared. Great guys! They arrived 10 minutes early, asked for instructions and started working right away. I moved some furniture from my house to an apartment. I started marking the furniture with post-it thinking they would not remember what was to be moved and what wasn't. They told me I didn't have to do that. I just had to tell them. They did remember everything. They carefully wrapped my heavy furniture with blankets and shrink wrap, carried it out, took it to the apartment, unwrapped it, put beds together... The team of women who packed up the apartment on day 1 were prompt, efficient, and very detail-oriented. They responded quickly and gave me a fair quote even with New Year's approaching and only a few days notice. Daniel, Alfredo, and George arrived on time and were very quick yet careful with moving and handling my mom's stuff. They were very professional and respectful and placed every item carefully in her home. We had an upright piano that needed to be moved as well and the extra cost was very reasonable. They even offered to help set up and assemble some of her furniture after all the items were moved in. Hands down the best movers yet! They were so patient and very kind and professional. They made my move from Jersey Village to Humble quick and painless. I even had an issue with miss placing my credit card and they didn't give me ugly looks or judge me. I highly recommend them. They work.....no hanging around and get the job done. We only have praise for Optimus moving services! We initially used Optimus to handle our residential move from Bullard, TX to a local storage facility in May. We hired Optimus again this month to move our belongings into our new home in Richmond. Our experience with Optimus was 5 stars from start to finish. Trae was prompt when returning calls and answering all our questions and he made scheduling very easy. Both packing and moving crews arrived on time and utilized their time quite efficiently. The drivers expertly maneuvered the large truck up and down our curved driveway. Packers and movers were courteous and friendly. Each crew had a leader with whom it was easy to communicate. Our belongings were handled with care and were packed sufficiently and safely. Boxes were correctly and fully labeled. This made the move in process quick and smooth. Movers were very conscientious about furniture placement and putting items in the correct room. They carefully reassembled bed frames, dining table and living room furniture. We chose Optimus based on the positive reviews from former customers and their reasonable moving rates and we were not disappointed. I used this company to help me with my move on 3/10/17 and was absolutely blown away by their customer service! I've used other companies before and was expecting an ehhhh kind of service as I have received in the past but Gonzalo, Alex and Carlos were amazing!!! They took exceptional care of my belongings and made my move almost effortless. They broke down beds, unhooked appliances and when moving to my new place hooked up all of my appliances and made sure all of my beds were set up. I highly recommend this company but more importantly this exact team. They were wonderful! They had the truck packed with two bedrooms worth of furniture, boxes, appliances, patio things and even took extra care to pack my tvs in an hour. Just moved my 2 story 2500 sq ft home that I'd been in for the last 10 years. It was work! Optimus showed up 15 minutes early and was ready to hustle. They wrapped everything and I was amazed how they used every inch of the truck. They work efficiently and are very good to point out if they see anything scratched or damaged before they load. I was always already aware of the things they pointed out but it's nice to know they are trying hard to make sure you get to your new home with everything exactly as it was. There were a couple of things I saw (small scratches on side of dress, 2 small dents on fridge) once I started unpacking that were new. All in all it took 9.5 hours to move me. I was very concerned about my 77" OLED TV being damaged. They made a separate trip just to make sure the TV would arrive safely and it did. I will hire Optimus anytime I need to move and I definitely recommend them. read more

We booked Optimus for a 2 bedroom 2 bath move. The scheduling process was smooth and easy. They called 24 hours ahead of time to confirm and kept me posted throughout the day in regards to ETA of the move time. The 3 man team was led by Gonzalo. They were very professional, packed everything very carefully and had all the materials to sufficiently wrap all furniture and valuable items to ensure nothing got broken or ruined. They even put the boxes in the corresponding rooms per the writing on the boxes which made unpacking that much easier. Price was very fair especially when considering the quality of how they moved our items. Carlos, Juan, and their entire team is amazing! From the very beginning (via YELP) they were extremely responsive to all my questions. Their estimate was spot on to what the move ended up costing me in the end (this included cost of packing materials, packers, and movers). Carlos and the team stopped by my home three weeks ahead of the move and estimated the packing materials and left them for me so I could get a head start before my pack/move date. On the date of the pack/move the team worked tirelessly from beginning to end. Best Buy cancelled the delivery of my washer and dryer on move day so Carlos and team came back the following week to help move the units upstairs for us. They bent over backwards to make it a positive experience for us and I would absolutely use them again in the future and will give positive reference to anyone searching for a pack/move team. My husband and are so grateful that we chose Optimus for our move. I asked for a quote and received one pretty quickly via yelp message from Darlene. After settling the date and rate, Darlene called the day before to confirm. Miguel (the crew lead) called me 30 minutes before arrival (which they arrive at 11 am on the dot). Alexis and Jonathan were the other two on the crew and they all shook our hands and introduced themselves (which I've never received from previous movers so that was nice). Our entire move took 5 hours which was great considering that they had to move two 10x10 storage units from two different locations as well as some furniture and a few boxes from a house to another house that was 45 minutes away. The crew was very careful with our belongings and wrapping items that had the potential to get damaged. At the end of it we ordered pizza and all had a few slices before they headed out. I don't plan moving again, but if I ever do I'll be sure to use Optimus (which is saying a lot since I was very loyal to 3 Men Movers for the last three moves). read more
