Turns out they're a few doors down in a new office now. The new office has a really clean, modern vibe that made me feel comfortable. Still run by Henry and Carol, but they've hired some other staff too. The staff who helped me were extremely helpful, polite, patient, and punctual - I was helped as soon as I got there. Great service, reasonable prices, and overall a really pleasant experience. No complaints and will be back the next time I need a LiveScan. read more

i came here to get a live scan done (essentially fingerprinting service) & made an appt through the phone! bc it was my first time utilizing these services, I wasn't super familiar w/ how they go. the staff were incredibly helpful & friendly, having no problem w/ walking me through the whole thing and answering any questions I had. even when I wasn't positioning my fingerprints correctly, the person taking them was very patient & kind! all in all, I think it took about 20 mins: super quick! also, the interior of this place is very modernized and clean. it has that minimalistic vibe to it. lastly, there's a parking lot right next to it that makes it even more convenient. overall, their 5 star yelp avg is definitely well deserved: id recommend it!! :D read more

I got my fingerprinting done here a few months ago. I think most places that used to provide LiveScan services stopped doing it due to Covid-19. I came in and the process was quick, easy, and affordable! They even had lotion for me because my hands were too dry for the machine to read my fingerprints D= I also highly recommend Options Insurance for your insurance needs. When I contacted Henry and Carol about switching policies for my mom, they were able to provide multiple quotes from various insurance carriers within an hour or two of when I first reached out to them. They are always so nice and so helpful with any request you have. A few days ago, I was having issues logging into my online account. I felt like an old person who couldn't remember their password, but Carol responded in the nicest way and did not make me feel dumb at all (even though internally I definitely felt super dumb.) She even followed up with me to make sure I was able to log-in after I didn't respond due to being swamped with work. So thoughtful of her! We eventually got my login issues figured out! Their office is not like your typical 626 insurance location - it was modern, clean, bright, some good throwback music playing, and the staff are all helpful and attentive. The worker who did my LiveScan was very patient and friendly even when I was rolling my fingers too hard/not hard enough. I needed to get something notarized, and saw their 5-star review on yelp so I thought "why not?" Much to my surprise they don't just notarize, they do live scans, insurance and various DMV services. They're really out here doing the most and I appreciate all of the OPTIONS they have available. The sign totally makes sense now! Since I was already here, I thought why not let them quote me on my insurance. He was ever willing to respond to all queries be it on email or phone. While you can get quotes directly from insurance companies, I have rarely seen anyone going the extent Henry went to make things work for me. He also doesn't charge any fee. Hubs came in last friday for a livescan. They were more than helpful! I called beforehand to see if we could go in without the form. The owners were kind enough to search it up and print it for us which I was so thankful for, given the fact that we were no where near a printer and no where near the facility to pickup another form. Couple days passed and to no suprise, he lost the livescan sheet.. i called right at 9am in panic because today was the last day to submit the paper and we were both at work with no time to pick up another copy. Carol saved us!! She emailed it to us and even called back a few moments later to ensure we received it. My wife came in for a LiveScan fingerprint. The place is very clean. Everyone inside was wearing masks. Hand sanitizers were provided. They even opened the door for her on the way out so that she wouldn't need to touch the door knob. Everything was done in roughly 10 minutes.
