The office is very easy to find. It is located right across from Carl's Jr., near the corner of Rosemead Blvd. and Valley Blvd. There is a small parking lot nearby. There was no line. Carol offered a drink while Henry expeditiously reviewed my paperwork. The live scan itself took longer than usual because of my dry fingers, but Henry was very patient throughout the process. I went to Options Insurance to do my Livescan, after 2 months I have received a note from the DRE that my fingerprints were never confirmed. I called back and Carole answered. The Department of Justice completely lost my fingerprints and I had to resubmit. When I resubmitted my Livescan the Department of Justice once again did not have my fingerprints on file. After another week, Carole helped me redo and completely resubmit a new Livescan. She was extremely nice and kept me updated, which relieved my worry. read more
