I cannot tell you that the prices are "cheap," but the quality of the items made the purchase worth it. I cannot wait to go back again!

The 1-star rating comes from my experience at the gun counter to receive my certificate. I waited close to 45 minutes despite the store being almost empty. And during this 45-minute wait, one of the employees behind the gun counter flagged me and another gentleman multiple times while handling a 9mm pistol! This is unacceptable, especially since it was an employee. NEVER point a firearm at anything or anyone you are not willing to destroy, and it does not matter if it was accidental. One of the 4 basic safety rules of handling firearms and a Turner's employee working the gun counter broke that rule. If a manager of Turner's is reading this, please reach out to me. I would love to identify this employee for you.

And he still said no to me which raised even more red flags Which makes this whole thing an issue for me is that the employee who sold me the launcher explicitly said that "it wasnt a pepper launcher " and basically a powder one. And I believed it because why would a FFL gun shop sell an illegal chemical weapon right? Makes you think what else they may be selling under the table. Wouldn't be suprised if they offer glock switches under the table. It is your typical open air outlet mall and there is plenty of parking. Columbia specializes in apparel designed for sports and adventure but more so geared towards adventures such as hiking, backpacking, running etc... They always have a sale of some sort for different items and i feel they offer great products at a competitive price making it a good value. The service is always friendly. I Love their Omni-heat jackets. I also love their T-Shirt prints and i used to buy all my tee shirts from them only. But unfortunately I stopped buying them because for some reason, they no longer use quality cotton Tees which hold up and wear a lot better than the ones that they use now. I feel that the ones they use now. The fabric is really thin. It wrinkles really easy and does not wear well at all. That's really disappointing for a big brand like Columbia. I have brought it up to the manager of more than one store but nothing has changed in the past 2-3 years since the change occurred. Thus the reason for taking 2 stars away. Please bring the quality cotton tees back and do not cut corners. I bet that your sales will increase.

Everything seems aimed at the mid-range market. Not toys like you would get at Target or Walmart, but also not the high end equipment you would get at a specialty store.
