I've been meaning to write this review for some time now as it is much overdue. I've been going to Orange Circle Dental for a few years now and have been very happy with the service. They take great care of my teeth and I've had no problems while here. My previous dentist was always trying to upsell me, after a while, it just got annoying. In contrast, I am very happy with the service and care here at Orange Circle Dental. Bonus points that parking is never a problem, the wait is always minimal, and everyone is super friendly. Special thanks to Teri! I've been seeing her pretty often since I started Invisalign and recently she noticed that my chipped tooth that had gotten worse (I didn't even notice). She's pro. I've been thinking about how to describe her work. She's a combination of a surgeon (very precise), artist (she erased that chip in my tooth and subtly reshaped some other teeth too), all while being very gentle and with dash of friendly sarcasm. A completely exasperating dental office who refuses to acknowledge, investigate, and fix errors: Right after my 9/6/23 appt I went to the desk and made a 3/29/24 appt. On 2/3/24 they called me to move a 3/2/24 appt (which I never scheduled) past 3/4/24 to meet the 6-month threshold for insurance to pay. I emailed them to cancel this 3/2/24 appt (which I never scheduled) bc I already had a 3/29/24 appt. They sd there was no 3/29/24 appt bc they don't see patients that day (which is not what they told me on 9/6/23 when I scheduled the appt with them in person) but they had me scheduled for 3/22/24 at 11:45am (another appt I never scheduled.) I needed a Saturday appt anyway, so I asked for their next Saturday appt which they scheduled, and confirmed booked via email, for 6/1/24 at 9:15am. Then on 4/23/24, they called me to move my 6/1/24 appt to meet the 6-month threshold for insurance to pay... I said, "We did that already!" "Oh, right. Sorry. There were no notes in your account." They still said the 6/1/24 appointment at 9:15am was confirmed booked, no problem. Then on 5/15/24 I got a system text from them to confirm a 5/29/24 9:30am appt that I never scheduled. When I called them to ask what happened to my 6/1/24 9:15am appt, they said, "We don't have Saturday appointments during the summer." What?!? I had been told twice, once via email, once on the phone, that this appointment was confirmed booked. To make matters more exasperating, they told me that they had no history of me ever making this appointment. So I sent them the email history of them making the 6/1/24 appointment that they say they have no history or record of. To this day they have not acknowledged the mistake they made or the errors in their system which have caused so much disruption to my schedule. I asked when their next Saturday appt was since they had no history of me ever making the 6/1/24 appt that they previously confirmed in their email to me. They said 8/3/24. I just went ahead and took it because I needed a checkup. But then discovered that their website mentions Saturday appointments on the 2nd Saturday of every month, and 8/3/24 is the 1st Saturday of the month. Furthermore, their website, makes no mention of "no summer Saturday appointments." So many inconsistencies between what I had scheduled in person, via email, what was in their system, the text notices I received from that system, what their website said, and what they actually said their schedule was. Even when I showed them written email proof of their inconsistencies, they denied there was ever any problem to investigate, troubleshoot or fix and just kept trying to reschedule the same appointment. They also made my daughter at each of her 2 previous appointments. When I told them about it, they just said they were doing their job. Funny, every other dentist she has seen has been able to do their job without making her feel ashamed about her teeth. We got so frustrated that we finally took their advice and looked for a dentist that better suited our needs. Other patients should do the same. read more

It really hurts my heart to have to leave a bad review here , I started seeing Dr. Lahmani back in 2008 and he was my favorite dentist I never had one single issue with him ever and he was so affordable for me ,,,,, BUT unfortunately because of our scheduleing issues he passed me over to a new female dentist that I must say was the worst dentist I ever experienced !! the procedures were vary painful I always left in pain and I literally had PTSD after one procedure that was extremely painful and now a year later I'm having to have two fillings she performed replaced from falling out !! , one of the root canals was botched and I have to have it redone now , I had to complain about the intense pain I was in after a procedure was done and was charged for the redo.... And simply just gave up and started seeing another dentist I will not send a dime of what I owe to pay for the botched painful work that she performed on me I don't know if she just don't like me or what but I will never let her touch my mouth again . I'm sorry Dr. Lahmani you were my guy but that lady did put me through a lot of pain and I'm not paying for it !! I told Veronica about my experience and she apologized but offered no discounts or anything for it .... I miss you Dr. L and really wish I had never had to let that woman work on my teeth, I would still be going there if she wasn't there!!! read more

Have not been to the Dentist in years. Was worried about my breath kicking or being judged. Dr. Lahmani and his staff were courteous and professional. Scheduled me with no issues, verified my insurance quickly. Parking was easy in a neighborhood where it is rough out there. The lobby is very welcoming and the reception is quick to handle paperwork and get you in a chair, so they're very respectable about your time. Im from out of state and went here to get my teeth cleaned. I take great care of my teeth (never had a cavity before). I got told I have 5 cavities which was obviously concerning for me. They were certain and wanted to fix them the same day. I declined and got told "I'm so independent". I just went to my dentist at home that I've been going to for years and turns out I have no cavities still and my teeth are in great condition. I can only imagine how messed up my teeth would be if I let them fix my "cavities". They also told me when I get my wisdom teeth out I have a high chance of getting a nerve hit and having half of my face numb permanently. Also recently got my wisdom teeth out and almost had zero swelling and guess what, I can feel my face! I did not have the main dentist I had a women, she needs her license revoked. I just noticed I hadn't typed a review for Dr. J and his team yet and I am surprised by that. I should have given him a raving 5 star review 2 years ago! Bottom line, they are all fantastic! I came to him for a second opinion when my last dentist claimed I needed gum surgery to the tune of $5000 out of my pocket. I didn't feel I had any issues so I asked Dr. J for a second opinion. In his words, I had no problem at all and would not recommend any surgery. I then decided not to return to my last dentist, also here in Orange, and started going to see Jason instead. Dr. Lahmani (Jason) was great! He's everything I would want in a dentist. His personality makes the visit to the dentist less painful! TVs on the ceiling make for a great addition to the experience as you're able to choose anything to watch on Netflix to distract from the tools in your mouth. His staff is friendly and top notch. They are very flexible and work with your schedule as well as offer great quotes on procedures. Dr. Jason is a stand up guy. The office is clean and he was able to get me in for an emergency appointment the same day. I had to get a root canal and was in excruciating pain - he was able to pull out the nerve and clean out the area to finalize the root canal later this week. It was painless (besides the novocain shots) but he made sure that I was super comfortable throughout the whole appointment. The televisions on the ceiling helped to distract actually being at the dentist. Never been a fan of going to the dentist. Love how clean my teeth feel after cleanings though. I highly recommend going to him and I will be driving down from Los Angeles every time just to go to the dentist because he was very kind and made sure I was taken care of. First of all, Dr. Jason Lamani is a pro. He is by far the best dentist I have ever worked with. His office is super modern, clean with each chair equipped with current and entertaining movies for your viewing pleasure. I have been going to him for several years and he is THE DENTIST for my entire family including my children, my sister (who is a basket case and has major dentist anxiety), and her entire family. Btw, my sister can't say enough great things about him. We will never go anywhere else. Dr. Jason Lamani is always on time yet he never rushes through an appointment and always answers all of my questions thoroughly. I like that the office calls and reminds me a day before my expected arrival. And Dr. Lamani is always very understanding and patient as I am not the best patient often not follow Dr.s orders with my Invisalign. I travel from Laguna Beach to see Dr. Lahmani. He did 5 of my veneers and a bridge for me and some fillings. He was super fast and professional, I mean really who wants to sit for a long time in a dentist chair...right?? Dr. Lahmani get's it done. My veneers are better than any other dentist has done me in the past and this is my 3rd set. He also made me a splint to wear when I sleep at night that has helped my bite tremendously. I had not been to a dentist in a couple of years and was referred to Dr. J at Orange Circle Dental by a friend. Dr. J was awesome, I can honestly say it was the best dental experience that I have ever had and I'm 60 years old so I have had my share of dentistry. I had a tooth crack and when I called he got me in immediately. The tooth had to be capped and I felt very little pain when he prepared the tooth. The temporary cap was created in his office and was very comfortable. To top it all off Netflix is available for watching during the procedure. I don't normally write reviews BUT with Dr. Lahmani, I think I won't be able to sleep well at night until I do! I have been his patient for two years now and he is by far the best dentist I have ever had! I came into Orange Circle Dental in pain and was certain that Dr. Lahmani would suggest a root canal but nope, he was able to save my tooth! I can finally eat on my left side with no pain. The office was warm, clean and welcoming and the staff was so friendly. Dr. Lahmani was super professional and talked me through the procedure and super gentle, I didn't feel a thing!! My husband and kids go to him too now and even they are not scared of visiting. I can't say, my kids love to be worked on but I could say they love Dr. Lahmani and his staff. They know that they can sit in that comfortable chair and get to choose their favorite movie to watch. Dr. Lahmani has a special way with kids and it is just amazing. My experience at with Dr. J was easy and NON-upsetting. I have had major dental work for the past 30 years; crowns, root canals and fillings. I had avoided dentists when I was younger and paid the price. I came in for a teeth cleaning and had a great experience, I went on to have my whole mouth checked out and without hesitation asked Dr. J to take out my metal fillings and replace them with non-metal. He even replaced some 20-year-old crowns. I had NO aftermath pain and NO residual effects. I was impressed and very happy. He is NOW my dentist and I look forward to making appointments and getting my teeth cleaned.:) read more

I have wanted to change my dentist for awhile and wanted to find a dentist closer to home. I received a mailer from Dr. Jason's office and my fiancé and I decided to visit and make an appointment. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We were able to get an appointment the next week! I came in today for my appointment and met Dr. Jason, he introduced himself and went over what he does. He explained how he looks to help with prevention and ensure healthy oral care with no hidden costs. My ex rays were done in the chair and while I had my cleaning done I was able to watch netflixs from a tv on the ceiling which was nice because it made my dentist experience more enjoyable and go by quickly. I've heard horror stories of how awful wisdom tooth removal can be, so when making my appointment for an extraction of one, I was less than thrilled, but knew I was going to be in great hands with Dr. Lahmani. My expectations were exceeded though! I was in and out of the office in no time, and the majority of my time there was spent asking the friendly dental assistants 100 questions which they were ready and willing to answer! I had little to no pain in the days following and Tere even said she'll call me in a few days to see how I'm recovering!
