They do not over book and I was not left waiting for an excessive amount of time. She has late day appointments and that was very convenient for me. Her staff from the girl at the front desk to her dental assistants in the back were very pleasant. She is professional and thorough. My crown came out very good. I had no pain throughout the entire process from the temporary crown to the permanent one. I also had 2 pretty big cavities filled and that was also a painless process. I was looking for a new dentist and am so glad I came to Dr. Kim. My first visit was this year in January when she had a promotion going on: FREE TEETH WHITENING! Because I have braces, I couldn't get it at the time. Dr. Kim said once my braces are off, she will do my teeth whitening for meee. YAAAAASSSSSS! Because my teeth are yellow af from all the boba tea and coffee I drink. She redid my cavity (that the previous dentist didn't do a good job on) and I'll be for sure coming here every 6 months for my regular cleaning. She was very gentle with my cleaning. I have had a lot of traumatic experiences with dental care since I was a child and due to that issue I haven't been to a dentist in over ten years, so now as an adult I had absolutely no clue on where/how I can begin to look for a proper dentist. I searched for local dentists in my area and non of them gave me a "good vibe" and I always trust my intuition with that. After no luck on google I searched through the medical website and GOOD DAY DENTAL was the 3rd on the list. I don't know what it was but I was immediately drawn to it and I had to book mark it. After getting over my anxiety I finally called the office and was welcomed by an extremely friendly "Hiiii" Kit was my first interaction and honestly made me feel safe through the phone. I don't know how but they did lol. The appointment making process was smooth and easy. The day of the appointment I was extremely nervous still but something in my gut told me everything was going to be ok. My fiancé and I arrived like 20 minutes early and we were greeted by Dr. Kim. She immediately gave off a sweet caring energy. I filled out the new patient paperwork which was pretty thorough and now it was time to wait. Once they brought me back ,Bella started taking X-rays of my mouth. She made sure I wasn't in any discomfort and was quick with the pictures. This office is EXTREMELY thorough and made sure to X-rays of everything! Finally it came time to begin the actual appointment, Dr. Kim advised me that she tells all her patients that this would be the longest first appointment because of how thorough they are . She took the time to explain the X-rays to me, as well as the action plan of my mouth. My teeth always embarrassed me so it was nice to feel not judged about it. When she did the cleaning she was gentle and not aggressive like others. After she finished Kit came back to the room and explained my treatment plan and made sure I understood what was going to happen. I appreciated that. Since then I went back once a week the entire month of December because they made that much of an impact on me. I genuinely can't thank Good day dental care enough. This lovely place fell on my lap out of nowhere during my search for a new dentist office and took it as a sign that I should come here. I'm glad I did. Dr. Kim is beyond words amazing, she has the most important thing in mind, and that's getting the patient what they want and need. She tells you what you need based on X-rays, and never pushes any dental work on you. Everything is your choice. Which is very refreshing. Dr. Kim also has light hands, i had a cavity and filling on my front teeth and I felt hardly any discomfort. Due to my filling in the front she was concerned of how well the teeth whiting process would take so she did research and got the best whiting solution for my situation so I can have a beautiful sparkly white smile. I've never had a dentist go so above and beyond this way. It makes me so happy that she cares so much. Kiet, he is more than just a front office clerk, he is a ray of sunshine in this office. He has such an amazing professional personality. Just like Dr. Kim, he is so caring and always has the patients needs in mind not the money sign. He goes over the expenses with you in detail, like what you pay out of pocket and what your insurance covers. AGAIN very refreshing. Mrs. Bella is a dental assistant and is learning so much more as she goes along. Be kind, be patient to her since she is still learning English as well. Her bedside manner is so comforting as well. She held my hand during the process at times and it helped calm me so much. the office is always so clean and safe, very much a huge concern for all of us since we are still in a pandemic. This office, is like no other dentist office I've ever been to. You actually get greeted by friendly caring staff. I know it's their job to do so, but it's genuine when they greet you and are actually happy to see you. I feel safe when I go and I never fear that I will receive a surprise bill either. I was looking around for a dentist because I haven't gone to one in years; I knew i needed some work done. I came across Dr. Kim earlier this year and I must say I am very pleased with the work and services performed by her and the staff. The facility is kept very clean and all COVID protocols are followed. I've been here multiple times now and I never had to wait in the lobby for long. I even came late on several occasions and Dr. Kim was kind of enough to still be able to squeeze me in. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and really cares about her patients.
