The Greddy exhaust that I brought to you to install was correct and was installed the next day quickly and perfectly by Advanced Mufflers and Auto Repair 1234 E Walnut St Pasadena, CA 91106. (I would strongly advise anyone to use them instead of this place). You were incompetent in your attempt to do the job, you DID damage my new car and the fact that I didn't notice it immediately because it was raining that day doesn't change your guilt. I wanted performance exhaust on my 2003 F150. I love the truck but as you know stock Ford exhaust is less than thrilling. I wanted a deep tone for my 4.6 V8 which admittedly could be tough. Scammers tried to charge me $300 for a muffler delete. Stay away, I would suggest mikes muffler.

I called Orange Grove Muffler around 10 years ago when I needed a catalytic converter. Everyone else in town was charging $1100-$1500. Not Kevin, he did the job for somewhere around $800 or less. After he installed it he told me to come back and he would take care of me for all my automotive needs. He has lived up to his word and then some. You see I am a son of a mechanic and I have years of auto shop experience and have repaired my own car for a long time. I no longer do repairs because I am a musician and I don't want to hurt my fingers. So I play dumb in front of mechanics to see if they take advantage of my apparent lack of knowledge. Not Kevin for years he had no idea I knew anything about automotive repairs. He always took care of me like I was family and never tried to get me to repair something that was not necessary. If you are getting your vehicle repaired by any of the big box names you are making a big mistake. I guarantee you will not get the level of service that this family owned business will provide you. Last week while I was driving home with my family from Universal Studios, i heard a loud noise followed by a huge power loss from my engine. I went to check it out as soon as we got home. I found the pipe from the cat where the flange meets cutoff completely. The welds just came off.
