I went here today to get acrylics but found out they do not do them. At first I was disappointed but still wanted to get my nails done anyway. I decided to do a regular manicure to see if I would like how they did my nails. I had a hard time trying to pick a color because there are a lot of options to choose from so I had asked Mina to pick a color she thought would look good on me. She picked a beautiful color and I had a wonderful experience. My fiancé LOVED the free drinks and snacks the salon provided and we both had a great conversation with Mina. Also, I had a very nice massage while my nails were drying. I am definitely coming back and I think Mina has changed my mind on getting acrylics. I'm going to stick to gel from now on! Also, the experience I had today was not in any way discriminatory (I am mixed). I did see a review before I entered the salon that said the technicians were discriminating to an African-American woman. But for me, it's was a great experience with Mina! I came here for acrylic nails 10 times. This last time I had such an awful experience I will not be back. The woman who worked here doing acrylics prior was great, she quit and the last 2 times I got a fill my nails have been awful looking lumpy blobs of acrylic. She rushed through them and while using the dremel was so fast she constantly filed my skin. She used a pointy file for under my nails and poked me so hard she bruised under my nail and her only reaction to me was to laugh. I chose a polish that said +$10 on it, I said yeah that's fine, when they rang me up that was actually +$25. Which ok not a huge deal but this experience as a whole is enough for me to never return. Save your fingers and frustration and go somewhere else. read more

If a nail salon has open availability on a Saturday, Valentine's Weekend, there's a reason. Paid almost $130 for a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. I was trying to find a salon last minute and they were the only ones with availability. The pedicure was far from relaxing...it was actually painful. The drill was used to take off my prior gel pedicure and they filed my toenails too thin to the point it was painful and burned. I repeatedly had to ask if my feet could soak before attempting to file, trim and remove cuticles/dead skin. I asked for her to cut my toenails and I'm honestly surprised that there's still toe nails there, they're that short. I told her exactly how I wanted them, but she did her own thing anyway. The gel didn't dry during the pedicure, and instead of asking me to choose a different polish, she shoved my sock on when she was done, with me not even realizing she was done with the pedicure. I got home and my sock was stuck to my toe. The dip manicure was very bulky, and the nails started popping off like press ons not even a week after. I refused to go back and have them fix it after my experience. I paid for my services and still tipped well, but I will never go back. Save your money, I definitely wasted mine. read more

I also posted this review on Google. I have 2 major issues with this business. The person doing my nails was not using very sanitary measures. For example filing my nail down with a used looking file. Then looking at her own nails filing it down putting it back and then using the same file on me. That is gross. Also, within a day they started peeling off the sides. I must admit I wrestled with some groccery bags & packing some boxes but nothing serious. Waste of money. Do NOT recommend. They had good COVID measures by having dividers which is nice but would not return due to the nails not even lasting more than 2 days. read more

I just got a manicure and pedicure from a women name Alicia she was horrible and unprofessional. Although her service was not to my expectations I still attempt to give her a tip she did not have enough courtesy to say Thank you, so I took my tip back she had the nerve to tell me I need it more. She need to be fired no one should be serving anyone with that kind of customer service and attitude. I asked for the manager or owner all of the ladies there said there was not no manager. Save your nails! They completely destroyed my nails. I had 2 different girls and they were both so rough. The girl who did my pedicure picked at my toes painfully until the cuticles started to bleed despite multiple prompts to please be more gentle. The manicurist removed half of my nail with the gel to the point where my cuticles were bleeding. My nails were strong and healthy before This was such a painful experience all around and now my nails need some serious TLC and time to grow back. A few weeks ago i went to this salon for a quick manicure. The older woman that works only sundays did a great job - there was also a sign hanging at the front desk saying if you made an appointment you'd get 10% off that service. So I decided to make an appointment for an upcoming wedding. Two weeks later I got a full set and a toe polish change. The full set took 1.5 hours and they look horrible. It must have been the girls first day. And when I went to pay I saw she had crossed off the 10% off next to my name and appt in her book. I asked if I was still getting the 10% off since I made the appt (while the sign was still up) and she said no it's not a promotion anymore. I will never ever go back to that salon. After a yoga class and realizing how bad my winter feet looked I stopped here because I saw the sign advertising 20% off. Great, I'll get a pedi. There was one person getting their nails done and one person getting a pedi... At least 9 empty pedicure chairs. I was greeted and immediately asked if I had an appointment. I did not... It wasn't busy. I was asked to come back later because their next appointment should be walking in soon. Seriously??? I could see if the salon was busy...as in every station filled, but this was a Monday late morning. Don't advertise "walk-ins welcomed" if you're going to turn them away. I always used to get gel manicure done at other places, but my nails would start to peel within a week. My gel manicure NEVER used to stay on for 2-3 wks like my friends did. I tried Orange Nails and Spa last year and my gel has stayed for 3 weeks!! I had three different technicians do gel for me, and they have always stayed on for 3 wks (until I get my refills). I believe that their stiff is high quality and the technicians are very experience. On top of that, the salon is clean, pretty and very classy. Love going there. read more

Just left this establishment. Went there a week ago for the first time for a gel manicure, Isabel was my manicurist. She was awesome! Loved my manicure- unfortunately I went to a wedding right after and wore a navy dress. That dress has pockets which is great but it dyed the tips of my pale pink nails. I drove past the other nail salons that I usually go to in KOP to go back hoping to get a gel polish change. I did not see Isabel. The other women there were terribly rude telling me I have to pay $30 for another full manicure. I even had my card that they sign for perks showing I was just there and they would not offer to fix or change my polish. I understand that this is a new salon and both times I was there only 2-3 clients were there. You look like you need more customers and you just lost 1! There is a nail salon on every corner do better if you want your business to succeed. read more

I would take my 10 year old and would pay children price for her. Then when I went today they said only under 10. They make up charges. I got my nails done on a Thursday morning and by Saturday morning there was a chip in my polish. Now a week later there is another chip on another nail. As I sit here receiving the most amazing pedicure from Ellen all I can do is admire how spacious and clean Orange is. Their staff is very tentative and you can really tell that they take pride in their quality of work. I don't know about you but other places I've been you always have to wait for a pedicure chair to open up, here you will not have one problem. Orange is lined down the whole right side front to back with beautiful glass bowl pedicure chairs. It's a big let down when you pay good money for a pampering service only to be disappointed with the lack of pampering and feeling like you are part of an assembly line but that certainly isn't the case here.
