Loran came to my house to help out on a rat infestation, at first everything was fine, me and him were working together and he set traps down. Now by week 2-3 of nothing getting caught and the problem growing we both got frustrated. So now it leads to a distasteful situation, The thieving rats had stolen my rotisserie chicken, I sent a picture to Loren off business hours, he didn't tell me to keep the chicken, when he comes out to check it out the next morning he tells me, "where is the chicken?". I have children in my home, I'm not leaving contaminated food, and he didn't tell me to keep it. I proceed to dig in the trash because he wanted the chicken as bait, once he saw that I was looking for it and was not finding it, he then says "it's fine", then goes back inside the house and started picking up his little traps and said that he wouldn't continue the process. This situation plus him not believing there was rats made me frustrated, so we then argued in front of my house. "Do you think you know more than my 20+ years of experience?" Was his favorite line, they could improve on there customer service because this situation left me annoyed enough to seek there yelp, I don't like writing bad reviews but I work in customer service and this situation sucked, so there is a lot of room for improvement, (I have a lot experience in that Loran). Anyways my landlord found a different pest control team who saw things loran didn't, they believed me and I also have footage of the rats if Loren ever wants to see it for his peace of mind. read more

We've had 2 other pest control companies that can't/won't/don't do what Loran does. I was doing some repairs to an apartment complex, and saw this truck pull up with the sign, USA Pest Management on its side... I spoke to the gentleman that got out. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what he was going to do. One of the tenants that had to be evicted left a huge mess in the apartment and a massive cockroach infestation. The other tenants were very relieved she was gone. They had been battling cockroachs for a while. She was the source of everyone's pest problems. I peeked inside after everything had been removed. The unit was completely empty and cleaned. I saw thousands of cockroachs all over the tile floor. I have never seen so many before in all my almost 60 years of life. When Mr. Davis advertises Pest Management, he really means Pest Extermination. He wiped them out!!! Messy job that I would never want to do. I called and talked to Loran on Tuesday and they came out Wednesday morning. He said they would be out between 10:00 and 12:00 and they were here a little after 10:00. I couldn't be more happy with this company. They sprayed my lawn Front and back. They even got all my cobwebs that were all over my patio. He even sprayed all around my shed that's in the backyard. I initially called because I had seen a couple of roaches in my garage. You know if you see one or two roaches there's a lot more. I had a possum problem. I called Lauren and he was able to come out almost immediately. Within a weeks time he captured both of the possums and was releasing them into a field. For the last few years I have tried to rid my house eves, gutters of paper wasps (thinking I was solving my problems). Finally I decided to call a pest company because I was tired of getting up on ladders & buying cans of spray. I checked with several different pest control companies. Wanted only one time visit to deal with paper wasps & didn't want to sign a contract. I was able to reach Loren on a Friday & discussed my problem.
