Something that was conveniently left out of the details during the purchase. I had to get a new fob and both keys cut, but was told there's mysterious 3rd key out there somewhere by the programmer. He told me that the reason that the engine was extremely loud was because it was a HEMI. That was a lie. The Dodge Charger comes with dual mufflers. The second set of mufflers was missing and this resulted in the louder than normal sound. In addition to this, I was informed that the reason that the tire pressure sensor was activated was that there were after market tires on the vehicle. This was also a lie. Les Schwab replaced a sensor and the warning signal went away. In each case, I did not ask the question 'Why?'. The salesperson (Adonis) volunteered the information. But for the fact that he lied to me I would have given this business a 5 star rating.

Cohen was even worse, after declining my financing offer, he sent sarcastic messages like 'Missed out on a great deal' after changing the listing price. I understand negotiating is part of car sales, but acting immature and disrespectful toward potential customers is not how a dealership should operate. JD was the only one who didn't respond rudely. He just didn't respond at all. The Jeeps also seemed overpriced for the mileage and age, and any attempt to discuss pricing was met with ego instead of professionalism.
